We booked the Lighthouse Cruise on the Glass City Pearl for August 24, 2025, 2-5 pm. My family of three, along with 30+ other passengers, arrived at the designated dock on time. The boat was in the water, but the dock gate was locked. No staff ever showed up to open it, and despite calling multiple times, no one answered the phone.
Everyone stood waiting until it became clear we were not going to be able to board. There was no email, call, or sign posted to explain what was happening. We are flying out tomorrow, so rescheduling isn't possible.
We paid $180.15 for this cruise, and not only missed the experience we were looking forward to, but also wasted our time on what should have been a special evening.
Very disappointing and unprofessional. I am requesting a full refund and hope J&M Cruise Lines improves their communication and reliability.
