The service was exceptional. The waitresses were welcoming, attentive, and thorough, guiding us with helpful recommendations and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the evening. While the presentation of the dishes was outstanding, the flavors didn’t fully live up to the expectations. The shrimp dishes, in particular, had an unpleasantly fishy taste, and while the green curry was decent, it wasn’t extraordinary. However, the desserts were the true stars of the night. The mango sticky rice was next level—the best I’ve had in Thailand. The Phattalung Sago with chocolate and coconut ice cream was so delicious I didn’t want it to end. I would have happily ordered a second one, but unfortunately, the kitchen had already closed. Jaras is worth a visit for its stunning ambiance and impeccable service, but the main dishes left room for improvement. That said, the desserts alone might just tempt me to return.

I had a fantastic time at Jaras! If you're overwhelmed by their menu, I recommend the tasting menu. Note: you need to reserve 24 hours in advance and pay a deposit. There are 3 tables sectioned off and dedicated to this experience. I was treated like royalty and Jessica, my server, took great care of me! Every dish was flavorful and I appreciate that they adjusted the spice level to accommodate me. Everything was beautifully presented. It's a lot of food, and even though I came with a hearty appetite, I struggled to finish the last dishes. I didn't pair it with the wine, but I did have a glass of the Thai wine, which I enjoyed. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and a unique way to experience Thai cuisine in Phuket!

Tonight our server is Ms Cake. She is absolutely friendly and funny! She explained every dish in details. The dishes are surprising! Definitely changed my impression on Thai food. A good place for celebration. The tasting menu is very worthy! Thank you Chef and Cake and your team for the wonderful night. Really appreciate it! On a separate note, we appreciate the concept of zero food waste and making good use of invasive plants and animals. Keep it up💪🏻

I had some time for a work trip for a reservation at Jaras and it was a highlight during my stay! I reserved a tasting menu experience, dining solo, but felt like my servers had become my friends and the best company by the end of my meal. Goffrey and Cake waited on me and both were incredibly welcoming and fun. They were just the sweetest servers and made me feel right at home. There was thorough explanation about the Thai culture and sustainability they implement throughout the dinner and every course. I have a hard time understanding how there could be any rating lower than 5 stars. Each dish was incredibly creative, well presented, and rich in flavor and culture. Thank you, Cake, Goffrey, chefs and team for a beautiful dining experience! I cannot wait to return again! Khap kuhn ka!! 🤍

From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, a perfect blend of elegance and authentic Thai charm. Every dish presented to us was a masterpiece, meticulously crafted with a balance of flavors that danced on the palate. The use of fresh herbs and spices elevated traditional Thai dishes to new heights, with each bite revealing layers of complexity and depth. The signature dishes, in particular, were a revelation — combining the boldness of Thai cuisine with innovative techniques that paid homage to both tradition and creativity. The service was equally impeccable, with staff who were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also genuinely passionate about sharing the rich culinary heritage of Thailand. Their attention to detail, from the precise presentation of each course to the thoughtful wine pairings, made us feel truly cared for throughout the entire evening. A significant part of that was, a big huge thank you to our server, Cake, who provided impeccable service from start to finish. Her warm demeanor and genuine attentiveness made us feel truly welcomed. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made thoughtful recommendations that added to our enjoyment. It's rare to find someone who brings such grace, professionalism, and kindness to their work. Cake made our evening memorable, and we left with not just full hearts but full smiles as well. I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her outstanding service. Thank you, Cake, for making our experience at Jaras restaurant so special. We need to return!!

We had degustation menu and it was amazing. Many new taste on original Thai cuisine. So awesome was the personal. On our journey on the degustation menu we were guided by the waitresses named Cake which gave us really deep inside in the Thai local cousins and this new intake of her Chef. She was amazing presenter. It was a pleasant experience which will last in our hearts for a long time. My GF also celebrated her birthday and we get a surprise cake and congratulations from the staff At last I would like to mention the CHEF himself came to introduce the last dish of the menu. Truly unforgettable experience!

The best Michelin experience we ever had. We are from Denmark and the local Thai food that was made for us was very good and delicious. Most of all very good served by Jessica and the chef who makes the food. Thank you for a great experience Jaras and most of all thank you Jessica for a great evening.

I was here for Sunday brunch 🤤 If you're looking for a perfect Sunday brunch with beach vibes, this is the place! The seafood was fresh, the ribeye steak was juicy, and the live DJ and saxophone set the perfect mood. Highly recommend 👍
