We love their stir fried local Phuket vegetables and fish and Look Chok yellow curry! They’re very delicious. Also the mango sticky rice is A Must! However, their shrimp tom yam is a bit salty for us. The fried fish and stew pork dishes are ok, not wow though. The staffs are very friendly and service minded. Thank You.🙏🏻

It's a very delicious Thai food. The presentation is beautiful. All the staffs are very good. I was very impressed. I came to eat here for 2 consecutive nights.

We discovered Jaras Restaurant through the Michelin Guide before coming to Phuket, and it was immediately added to our must-visit list. Since we were staying at the InterContinental Hotel, we decided to have dinner here one evening. At first, I was a bit skeptical because it’s located right by the beach, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But once we experienced it, I was pleasantly surprised — the food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was carefully prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

We had a wonderful, delicious dinner at Jaras while staying at Intercontinental. Our hostess Pooh and waitress Jasmin provided friendly and efficient service. Had a nice brief conversation with Jasmin. Food, service and atmosphere were worthy of their Michelen rating.

This was soooooo good. It’s been a long time since I’ve had upscale Thai that was this good - perfect balance, perfect textures and excellent flavours. The prawn salad with pomelo was the standout for me.

My husband and I stayed at Intercontinental Hotel, and were pleasantly surprised by how good Jaras restaurant was. We had fish curry, grilled squid, and shrimp yuzu salad. Every bite was phenomenal. The ocean view made the dinner extra memorable. It was so good that we went back again before we left Phuket.

The service was exceptional. The waitresses were welcoming, attentive, and thorough, guiding us with helpful recommendations and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the evening. While the presentation of the dishes was outstanding, the flavors didn’t fully live up to the expectations. The shrimp dishes, in particular, had an unpleasantly fishy taste, and while the green curry was decent, it wasn’t extraordinary. However, the desserts were the true stars of the night. The mango sticky rice was next level—the best I’ve had in Thailand. The Phattalung Sago with chocolate and coconut ice cream was so delicious I didn’t want it to end. I would have happily ordered a second one, but unfortunately, the kitchen had already closed. Jaras is worth a visit for its stunning ambiance and impeccable service, but the main dishes left room for improvement. That said, the desserts alone might just tempt me to return.

Tonight our server is Ms Cake. She is absolutely friendly and funny! She explained every dish in details. The dishes are surprising! Definitely changed my impression on Thai food. A good place for celebration. The tasting menu is very worthy! Thank you Chef and Cake and your team for the wonderful night. Really appreciate it! On a separate note, we appreciate the concept of zero food waste and making good use of invasive plants and animals. Keep it up💪🏻
