Best non michelin star restaurant I have dined at during my third trip to Thailand and i truly believe that in many other countries Jaras would easily have a star. During my 7 day visit to Phuket i visited three times and always had different dishes. Some were outstanding while others were just really good. I cannot say any dish was simply average. The drinks are great and wine selection is really impressive. Last but not least the service is amazing. Super friendly, professional and always smiling. Whay an amazing restaurant ❤️ I will miss you Jaras 😞

We had the pleasure of being served by Jessica, and she truly made our evening special. From the very beginning, she explained each course with such clarity and enthusiasm that it elevated our dining experience. Throughout the night, she served us with a warm smile that never faded, making us feel genuinely welcomed. On top of that, she kindly took wonderful photos of me and my wife, capturing memories we'll cherish. Jessica's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail deserve the highest praise. Thank you for making our night unforgettable!

Already for some time I had preparing this as a surprise for my fiancee and the restaurant helped me accomodate with a flower bouquet and everything... So when the night was finally there, I was ready for the surprise with the 9course tasting menu, with the wine pairing as well. The chef takes you on a journey throughout the (mostly) southern thai cuisine, bringing you the original tastes, but delivered in modern and bold style that shows you a completely different take on Thai cuisine. The whole meal was guided by Jessica who waited us the entire evening with a smile, stories and also listening to ours. The food was amazing, and so were the wines. There was a bold choice from going from white to red and back to white, but it worked wonderfully. They only offer this service to 3 tables per night, but if you can get your hands on a seat, you most definitely should!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a beautiful experience! 🌿 Jaras is truly amazing, the food is absolutely delicious, and you can really taste that everything is homemade with top-quality ingredients. Every dish is crafted with so much care and passion. I love that everything is eco-friendly and sustainable, you can feel the respect for nature in every detail. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the place itself is gorgeous, cozy, and full of great vibes. A really special spot where you eat wonderfully and feel genuinely cared for. Huge compliments to the whole Jaras team!!

We visited on a Tuesday night for the 9-course tasting menu dinner along with the wine pairing option. The food was INCREDIBLE. The flavours were bold yet balanced. Very creative dishes with clever use of local ingredients. All dishes were well executed with every component of the dish coming together harmoniously. We enjoyed every single dish and the carefully curated wines were a nice touch. Most of the wines were meticulously sourced from less common countries and vineyards which left us pleasantly surprised. Special shout out to Cake and Golfrey for the amazing hospitality and service. They were so passionate in presenting the dishes with a personal touch on sharing more about the local Phuket culture and cuisine. I hope Jaras continues to maintain this personal touch and authenticity even as they continue to earn more Michelin stars! We look forward to visiting again when we're back in Phuket! I highly recommend a visit before they get too popular!

This is one of the restaurants I had really been looking forward to visiting. I recently had the chance to enjoy a dinner at Jaras Restaurant, which features a very interesting concept—creating dishes using sustainable ingredients. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. My favorite dish was the goat curry—the meat was tender, young, and had no strong odor at all. Highly recommended!

We really loved this place - upscale Thai… very innovative food but don’t be put off by the menu descriptions (invasive species etc etc) and there is a regular Thai menu hidden on the last page after the wine 😮‍💨 Speaking of wine the Monsoon Valley Thai chenin is awesome. Chicken and crab (yep! 🍗 🦀 🤷🏻‍♂️) appetizer is delicious - I actually think they should put a soft boiled quail’s egg in it and go full scotch egg on the thing. Green curry was a perfect example. Also check out the fermentation pantry 👀 Highly recommend.

Food was amazing! Very good quality. We had a slight issue with the water the gave us and the billing which was upsetting as the food was excellent. We couldn’t get outside seating as we were a bigger group, 7 people. To begin with, the room was very cold but the AC was turned off after requested.
