I tried putting in an online pickup order at 11am this morning for $300 in MEDICAL product. The online platform would not let me add the PROMO orders without numerous ERROR messages. I called Jardin and spoke to Aaron several times (who was so professional, prompt and solution-based. Together we filled my cart and my husband's although both orders came up under my name (I had two orders over the NEVADA STATE limit with both shopping carts, but it processed). Regardless, I was advised to add a note to hold the order until after 7pm. When completing the online order, I logged into my and my husband's JANE accounts as I have for the past 5 years @ Jardin and entered our NYS Medical information. Received numerous texts that the orders were being prepared.
Arrived via COMMERCIAL CAB at approximately 8:30pm from Tahiti Village Spa (I could have chosen a closer location but I really REP Jardin) spoke to the driver about how much we LOVE JARDIN, he replied he has never taken anyone to or travelled to your location. We continued to recommend Jardin over all other destinations. He pulled into the CURBSIDE, I got out of the car to alert Security we were awaiting Curbside because we had 2 pickup orders waiting.
Two cars arrived in the lot AFTER we pulled into CURBSIDE, a RUDE young lady races out and heads directly to the cars that arrived after us, took their IDs AND IGNORED US. We alerted her immediately we arrived first, she answered by saying she thought we were loitering. We are African American, the two cars pulling up after us were clearly WHITE or Caucasian American customers.
She RUDELY requested our ID etc, no courtesy. We had ALL DOCUMENTATION. This is not my first rodeo at Jardin, have spent MONEY at this establishment and will not AGAIN. The cab driver observed all of this before leaving saying he did not understand why we were treated the way were and he would NEVER RECOMMEND this location to any customer before departing. And, charging us $60 for one way and waiting unnecessarily.
Clarice Williams was HORRIBLE, she started to appear like she was about to cry like we were aggressive when we are simply intelligent and well spoken AFRICAN AMERICAN PATIENTS from out of state on vacation, she reverted to a "KAREN" stereotype instead of being PROFESSIONAL and admitting there was fault on behalf of THAT rude young lady. Instead she failed to respect and remediate the situation. In the heat of the moment she self disclosed her father was Black and that should make us feel better. You have to be kidding me! I asked to be treated with dignity and taken somewhere private to resolve this. She offered us water instead. Then she started to become flustered, nervous and completely emotional. She argued with another hostess in front of us that our information was invalid because she got an email from corporate. I became offended she couldn't resolve her communication issues AWAY FROM US. I am here on vacation. I don't need this stress. The rest of your staff clearly understood and tried their best to process us quickly.
We were at Jardin for a medical pickup for over a half hour with a TAXI METER RUNNING. My trip from Tahiti Village to Jardin was $60 ONE WAY, we walked him for a round trip as this was an online PRE ORDER PICKUP. Your management staff tonight did not live up to the Jardin standard I am used to.

After this review, I received a few calls from Zared Wilburn, manager at Jardin, he called the next day to follow up on the events that took place Saturday night. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY SHOWN. Zared treated me like a priority and simply asked me to share what happened. He was patient and actively listened, expressing concern. I mentioned this was the oversight of two employees, the rest of the staff did their best to expedite us. Again, Zared was patient and validating. He comprehended the situation and ameliorated it easily and efficiently.
I cannot wait to meet him in person. I am a business woman first and always, nothing is personal when I conduct my business. Customer service should be just as important as asking for my money, the purchase should leave me feeling satisfied and confident. Medical marijuana online curbside pickups must be discrete, fast, and respectful; this is a service. I see that Zared understands that and is making efforts to improve the business model.
Five stars for Zared's excellent leadership, problem solving and compassionate communication.
I will patronize Jardin again, the specials and variety of merchandise is always top tier!!!
