JARS by Fabio Viviani - Smyrna

This place is excellent and in a fantastic location in the West Village in Smyrna off of Atlanta Road. I was at a lunch meeting in the Village and purposely did not order dessert so I could check our Jars. I knew nothing about it other than I suspected they offered something sweet. The young fellow that greeted me behind the counter was excited to explain the offering and the flavors of both soft serve treats and the custard and cakes, as well as his favorites. I got the Oreo cookie soft serve and the Peanut Butter Cake jar for later. There was some time between consumption time but later was not as much later as I intended. Hard to get the Peanut Butter jar off my mind after the soft serve was so good. Both were excellent, and I especially like the servicing containers - the jars. I got to meet manager Symone, and she shared how exciting it has been opening up something new to the area and how great the local support has been and how well local support is growing. If you have not been to Jars yet, I highly recommend it.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I was eating lunch at Zama and they came in with samples… OMG. The cookies and cream was to die for! Will definitely be back!

5/5 stars! Just hit up the new Jars dessert spot and it was everything. Symone helped me out. She’s so kind, patient, and didn’t mind all my questions (and I had a lot 😅). I got the Cookies n Crème Cake Shake and whew… 10/10, no crumbs left. I also got the Banana Cream Pie & Red Velvet Cheesecake Jars. Sweet tooth = satisfied. You need to try this place!

Stopped by for a sweet treat after dinner and I am a fan! Service was cheerful and helpful. I brought home 3 jars to eat over the weekend. I had the banana cream pie jar on the same day, and omg it is so good! Light, fluffy, addictive. I ate it all up before I could take a picture. 5/5 I will be back!

New to the area and had saved Jars as a place to try for a sweet treat. When you walk in the space is bright with large menus, the front counter & order kiosks. Definitely a grab and go place as theres no seating in or outside. We were helped promptly but found the menu lacking. They were out of red velvet cheesecake and said the seasonal carrot cake was replacing it. They were out of cake dippers and out of all ice cream until next week. I chose the oreo cookies and cream and after we paid we were informed that was out also. The menu has no descriptions of the flavors just photos so I quickly chose the strawberry tres leches. If we hadnt already paid I wouldve told the cashier not to worry about it. Both were just ok. The carrot cake tasted strongly of pudding mix, the tres leches just tasted moist & sweet. We both agreed we didn’t need to come back.

Symone stopped by my office today and dropped off some treats for us to try. I must say she is very professional, had a beautiful smile, I loved her vibe! We will definitely be using JARS for our Resident Events soon!!

I just had the pleasure of being offered a complimentary banana pudding flavored jar by the chef and it was semi- sweet and succulent surprise! Highly recommend!!

This place is disgusting. The manager is an absolute creep who repeatedly made unwanted sexual comments toward my girlfriend. It wasn't just one offhand remark; it was constant, uncomfortable, and completely inappropriate. No one should have to put up with harassment just for walking into a business. If you care about being respected and safe, stay far away from this place.
