This hotel is small and a perfect paradise island. All the staff is so nice, especially Daniel he took extra care of my sister and I. We had the best massage by the beach by two fabulous ladies. They were so kind and attentive. The breakfast that is included was amazing. We loved having the guacamole and a drink by the beach or the rooftop terrace (amazing views). Our room was very clean and comfortable and always kept clean. We also felt very safe here. Towels were easily available for us at the beach and pools. We will definitely be back for another visit, we weren't ready to leave.

The Experience we had at Jashita was perfect. Our main goal this trip was to power down and relax which was made possible by the Jashita team. It's easy to put into words the beauty of the environment, the deliciousness of the meals, the perfect drinks, the well appointed rooms, the top notch spa offerings etc. But it was the staff and owners of the hotel and restaurant that hit the home run. We left feeling cared for in subtle and authentic ways that is hard to achieve in the hospitality industry. When leaving I felt like we were leaving our good friends who all have a genuine care for each other and for their guests. That is what truly stands out at this hotel. Thank you to all of you! Particularly Enrique who was so warm and helped us with our spanish, but also Fernando,Juan,David,Gabriel,José ,Miguel,Nicolas ,Gerardo ,Raul, Daniel,Brenda,,Ruby, Cristina, Ophelia, Angelina and of course Clement! I know I am forgetting some names, but thank you to everyone and the folks behind the scenes, it takes a lot of effort to make hospitality look effortless. Also, if you are a celiac, you can dine safely here without a worry! Pandano restaurant team has you covered, down to the homemade gluten free bread! Until next time!

Jashita was absolutely outstanding and perfect. It is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and amenities. If you are looking for a quiet, intimate place to just go relax, Jashita is perfect. ||It's fairly small (only 30 rooms) so there are never issues about finding a beach chair or waiting in line at the restaurant. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. 10/10||The staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed to possess a magical ability to appear when you needed something and to disappear when you didn't, allowing you privacy and relaxation. ||Overall my stay at Jashita was one of the best hotel experiences Ive had anywhere in the world. I recommend it highly.

Just got back from a 4-day vacation at this hidden gem and what an amazing and tranquil property! Everyone was so friendly and courteous that we felt well taken care of during our entire trip. The cocktails were out of this world (highly recommend the passion fruit margarita!) and we didn't have one bad meal during our stay - really enjoyed the warm croissants and fresh fruit and juices at breakfast every morning. We splurged on a romantic dinner by the beach and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. The owner of the restaurant, Clementine, stopped by several times to check on us and even hand picked the beautiful roses that adorned our beach side table. Thanks to Ruby for recommending and booking two excellent restaurants for us offsite. Both dining experiences were A+++.

This is the 6th time we've spent between one and two weeks in Jashita, and each time it's been an undeniable pleasure. Between the beauty of the site, the serenity that emanates from it, the staff of both the hotel and the Pandano restaurant, always so kind, smiling, friendly and attentive to the slightest request, we feel right at home with a top-class service. We've become part of a wonderful family. Thank you all, we're already looking forward to coming back next year :-)

Our snorkeling trip we did with Fernando and Byron and Ezekiel was fantastic! The deep sea fishing trip was also so fantastic along with our beautiful trip to the local cenote and Tulum ruins. They are excellent hosts and treated our families so well and with such care and attention! We would recommend this trip to anyone! It’s a beautiful place to visit and the snorkeling trip was so fun!

The hotel is situated on a beautiful cove with amazing views from our room, poolside, & dining. The staff makes this place so special. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to truly relax, snorkel,|spa, and yoga I highly recommend. We ate in the hotel restaurant for our entire stay and enjoyed every meal.

Absolutely incredible experience at this hotel!! Highly recommend this hidden gem. It is a beautiful property, the owner is a very cool guy and the staff do everything to ensure you have a wonderful experience. The tour guide Byron was well worth the price.|Highly suggest doing their spa experience its worth the money, the shaman provided a cacao ceremony, the herbal baths were very relaxing and unique and the massage outdoors was divine.||Rubi in particular was great at front desk, Brenda the manager also super helpful. In the restaurant Juan, Eduardo were a few names I remember but frankly every staff was courteous, engaging and welcoming.||Of note the resort is about 30 minutes from the beach zone and 20 from the main town. Taxi should be approx 50USD each way which is alot but the hotel pricing was more reasonable. I suggest renting a car or scooter.||Thanks again Jashita Team|Taj
