I was looking for a close pad Thai close to me , it was a little restaurant. I got the lunch special which did come with a lot of food, I got it spicy number 6. Compared to other pad Thai I’ve had before I wasn’t highly impressed. Was not very spicy, wasn’t the best

I LOVE this place! First of all I’m huge on customer service and treating customers with kindness and respect and every employee in this place was courteous caring and above and beyond in making our experience great. We ordered the chicken phô Phad Thai and spring rolls. Due to allergies I had to order egg on the side and they brought it for my daughter to eat instead of putting it on my phad thai. At first the prices seemed a bit high but The portion sizes are definitely meant for sharing so after receiving the huge portions of food I realized the price was actually a very good value for the amount of food that was given. Normally when I need to modify a food item at other places I get irritated sighs or people who won’t help me at all but this place was happy to accommodate my allergy to egg and for that especially I’m grateful as I loooove phad thai. The sauces tasted fresh and homemade the noodles were cooked perfectly and the overall taste was great! I’ll definitely be visiting again. Thank you to the wonderful staff here! The music was at a fun level and trendy which made the atmosphere a nice place to enjoy the meal with my 4 year old. I hope if you haven’t tried this place yet but love Thai and Chinese foods that you will give this place a try! They even helped me by explaining how to order not too spicy when ordering a Thai dish. Always say “American spice level” or “Thai spice level” depending on how your palate interprets spicy foods! Haha awesome place thanks again Jasmine Express!

I ordered my mainstay order of crispy potstickers, salt & pepper calamari, and mushroom beef only to be told that I would be their last delivery order. Jasmine's is closing. And I for one will miss them greatly. Thank you for offering consistently delicious food with a side of great service 😉 I am so sad to see you go 🥺

Absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here since 2014, probably before. This place has been my comfort food spot for years. I’ve come here when I was sick, when I was heartbroken, and just because. I’m so sad to see this restaurant close, I just hope they stay blessed and are on to better things 🤍 Thank you Jasmine Express for your years of excellent service and yummy foods

I ordered Cajun fried rice. The sausage tasted spoiled. It was so bad and not edible.everything was very very bland. Nothing Cajun about it. The shrimp was described a garlic butter shrimp… not even close no taste at all. I should have trusted the reviews but really wanted to give it a try. I just hoped for the best. I seen reviews from up to 4 years ago… apparently they are not taking them in consideration.

Food was piping hot, but absolutely tasteless. The sweet and sour chicken was neither sweet nor sour, just red. Chicken fried rice was scorched and bland. Rangoons were the best things, but 3 weren’t worth the cost of this wasted $17+ tip meal. Definitely will not return. So disappointed!

I always order delivery from them. The portions are huge! I went to eat in the restaurant once & it's a one man show. He was an absolute beast managing everything on his own with such ease. Didn't make any mistakes on the order. This is why I always order from them.

First visit here, decided to stop in after visiting Wow Wow lemonade. Service was ok, not very personable but speedy. Food... Crab Rangoon's were probably the best I've had in Vegas. Chicken fried rice is bland and the chicken tastes like it is boiled. I got shrimp chowmein. It was pretty good with plenty of shrimp and veggies. A lot of sauce though! My husband got kung Pao shrimp and it was not very spicy 4/10 . It did have good flavor though. Both were part of the daily special. And for $15 it is a MASSIVE plate of food. My husband and i could have shared a plate no problem. Will be back to try other food, just going to stay away from the friend rice.

could someone please tell me what happened to this GEM OF A RESTAURANT????? Either dining in, door dashing or just simple take out was so quick and big portions??? PLEASE COME BACK

I've lived in this area for years now and I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally try this place! So many options on their menu from traditional Chinese dishes to Vermicelli bowls, Pho, Thai dishes and curry, and sooooo many boba smoothie options. I decided to try it when I was looking for Yang Chow friend rice and this place popped up. Placed my order on the phone for pick up and drove over and man they were busy with so many delivery (3rd party) orders. But they were extremely efficient and fast. I got there pretty quick so my order wasn't ready yet, but I watched the process they were really friendly with everyone and got ppl in and out. There was also ppl their dining in that were enjoying their food. The space is a decent size about 8-10 table for dine in, casual spot. Yang Chow fried rice 4/5 stars - great size portion and lots of shrimp. Flavors were delicious but the rice was a bit mushy. You could tell the rice was just made and didn't have time to settle before they made it into fried rice. Orange chicken 3/5 stars - good size portion Sauce had good flavor but wasn't 'saucy' kinda clumpy the chicken (breast meat) could've been crispier. Overall we liked it and will try them again.

Best asian restaurant in North Las Vegas!! Highly recommend! 11/10. The food and drinks were perfect, I will be back soon.

Jasmin Express is an Asian, boba, and tea restaurant located in North Las Vegas. It's very casual and you order and pay at the counter. They have a few tables for dining in. I tried the Szechuan chicken. The chicken was cooked nicely and it came with nice fresh vegetables. The sauce was spicy from red pepper flakes but was on the flat side and tasted like thickened soy sauce and was very salty for me. The pork rice plate was a generous serving of nicely prepared pork but was maybe was only mildly Vietnamese style.

I continue to be more and more impressed by this place. My hubby & I order delivery usually once a week-ish and they just do not disappoint. We normally order the Rare Beef Pho, it comes with all the fixings and 98% of the time they are perfect. There's been a few hit and misses on some ingredients but they are always friendly and professional when fixing the mistake. I highly recommend the Rare Beef Pho, the meat is always fresh and is a generous portion!

Fast service, now just waiting on the food. Will update after we eat. Greeted is pretty quickly and brought out water and menus. Within a few minutes returned to take our orders and we can hear the grill and it smells delicious.

Love this little gem! Great service and fast! I love coming here! It's never crowded and the gentlemen are always so friendly. It's in a shopping center next to a smoke shop I like that the menu is so diverse. My bf always gets the pho. This time he got some secret, wink wink, nudge nudge menu item. I think it was called Tom ka pho. It had the usual stuff in pho plus mushrooms, tomatoes, shrimp, chicken. Looked and smelled wonderful. Had a very good citrus flavor to it. You did not need to add any lime! Myself I had the Penang curry. I love this curry! It has bamboo, green beans, choice of meat and heat level choices. If you don't select any heat level it's not spicy at all. I selected level 4 out of 10 which gave it a nice little kick for me. The food is always made fresh when you order it so it takes about 15 minutes to get your food.

Good atmosphere has lunch speacial for 11.99 really good food recommed and close to my home

I'm not gonna give the place 4 starts because I think a 4.5 is better but giving it 5 stars because it's so good and fresh. I'm giving it a 4.5 because the consistency is kinda lacking I order the same thing and some days it has more cabbage than eggs and crab. Or more crab than eggs and cabbage and I know who doesn't want more crab?! Right but I would like an even middle last time I had big chunks of eggs and little chunks of crab here and there. I love it either

The first time I tried pho it was amazing great portions too but the 2nd and 3rd time it was a different taste idk maybe different cook so I know go to my other usual spots and the boba drinks are ok they look better on pictures I still give it 5 stars because it's was good service all the times I've gone

My bf and I just went in to have a nice Sunday lunch. There was a bald older gentleman behind the counter preparing boba. He did not greet us. He never acknowledged our presence. We sat ourselves and grabbed a menu from the coumeter. An older gentleman customer let us know he had been waiting for 15minutes and wasn't greeted as well. Needless to say we walked out. Customer service is EXTREMELY important in the SERVICE industry. It's close to our house but we will not be returning.

Ordered delivery pho and this is what I received. Some really old brown meat in the Togo container and some fresher raw meat in a sandwich bag. Gross. Will not try again.

Got it on Uber Eats and it was delicious!! Pho was full of flavor, crab rangoon were delicious, probably best ever had, and the sesame seeds balls are perfect texture and sweetness, I could eat 100 of them!!! and the pad thai and fried rice were super tasty too. I was beyond impressed with this place, will order again.

Used to order takeout from this place when I was in high school yeaaaarsss ago and completely forgot about it when I moved to the other side of town. Jasmine Express has an expansive menu that features many Asian dishes. In addition, they also have a boba menu that is bigger than some of the big time boba places in Vegas. Came in on a Wednesday night for some pho, there is a bunch of seating and the tables were clean and ready for customers. We were served right away and didn't wait too long for our food. The combo pho is on the same level as Pho Kim Long/ Pho Saigon 8 EASILY. They pack in so much meat, noodles, and veggies into a bowl full of hot, delicious broth. This was much needed on a super cold night in Vegas. I will be back!!

This is the best kept NLV secret ever. The menu is large enough to explore a neat little range of variations. Everything is cooked to order by a little lady, she is badass!!. The service is always warm and friendly. Some nights they get too busy to answer the phone, so it's best to order online or instalation. You won't be sorry. Extra: they have expanded the Boba. Not a fan, but the line up is awesome.

Food and wonderful and hot and service was with a smile. It was very quiet inside and I loved the colored lights. The tables were clean and the bathroom was clean as well. The man behind the counter was so friendly and served us our food fast.

The wait took forever we order the chicken yellow curry which was very watery, lacking flavor and even the potatoes weren't fully cooked. Peppered beef lacked flavor most of the beef pieces were to chewy was like chewing gum and could never swallow. Orange chicken was again super bland no flavor and the chicken was dry. The sweet and sour soup was the worst I have ever tasted in my life. Was like spicy water no flavor massive long pieces of tofu. Just wasn't appetizing at all. The bbq pork fried rice was another flavorless dish. Even the Thai Tea drink and the Golden Milk Tea were pretty un-tasteful. Won't be back...

This is our go-to Chinese restaurant around the area. First off AJ is such a lovely bubbly server that will definitely make you feel welcomed. Unfortunately, two days ago was her last day. She's leaving to pursue higher education. Good for her. The place is clean and the noise is average. We come here at least twice a month. The food is very delicious and portioned appropriately. When you order anything breaded such as sweet and sour pork, the meat is visible. There's more meat than bread and that is an indication of quality cooking for me. Not only is their food flavorful but really fresh and cooked perfectly. We come here often, so, you must try! They also have a points system, accrue 1000 points and get $10 free.

Horrible horrible customer service! First time going there tonight and ended up walking out. Was not greeted. When my wife asked if we were supposed to order at the counter or wait for someone to come out, the guy that was working threw his hands up and while shaking his head at her said "I'll be with you in a few" wont be coming back here. Not to mention this place is waay over priced.

Jasmine Express has the best combination fried rice. The serving size is great and the service is so friendly. I will definitely be back. Oh yeah, I have had their combination fried rice three times and every time it's great.

This place has a busy takeout line. Limited seating due to covid. They play super upbeat music which could be energizing or annoying. I placed a to go order for the combo vermicelli with shrimp and pork and 2 egg rolls. It was a long wait for a to go order - 35 minutes. Was it worth it? Not to me. It was a lot of food. Taste was ok. But I don't need to go back to try more. What I didn't like is that the bathroom was gross. No toilet seat covers. No paper towels. Looked like it had been some time since it had been cleaned. And if this is what people in front can see, I wonder about back of house.

Service when walking in we weren't greeted and the cashier went from sweeping/cleaning to taking are order and giving are water idk if he even went to wash his hands. When he gave us the menu he left and went straight on to his phone by the register it took maybe 15mins till he came to ask us what we wanted. I didn't mind waiting thought cause there crew was only two people working. Other then the service the food was on time and very good. The combination pho was great it had big pieces of meat and a lot of it. The crab rangoon was also good it beats most places I go to with less filling so if you like your crab rangoon with a lot of filling this is the place. Pretty good first time going to Jasmine Express.

The food is absolutely great! There was a discretion in the amount I was charged, and I did not even notice it, and as I was waiting for my food, one of the employees, or the owner actually walked over to me, pointed out the discretion and provided me a correction on my behalf.

I grew up eating a variety of Asian cuisines in El Monte, CA & this Jasmine food was ok. The rice didn't look normal, taste ok, felt fluffy, no eggs, fake chicken. I got kung pao shrimp & wasn't spicy at all & peanut were differently no bueno. The chow mein was whatever. It was my 1st time there, so I don't know if I can go back.

I don't know what happened but the food and the portions are phenomenal. I used to get food that was flavorless and burnt grill pork with small portions. Now the food taste great and the portions sizes are huge. But don't stop at at food the menu . The drink menu is great. I'm addicted to the Thai tea smoothie and the honey dew milk tea. Let's not forget the friendly employees. Overall a gigantic yes

I like the orange chicken from Jasmine Express. It's one of my favorite dishes to call in and pick up. The rice is really good too. The orange sauce isn't too sweet so I always like it. It's always hot when I pick it up. The portion is very generous for the price.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. We ordered chicken teriyaki bowls and we waited for 30 minutes for the food. When we received the food the chicken was still frozen. We were not able to eat the food and they still charged us. I highly recommend not going here.

So glad we gave this place a try. Guy at cashier was so personable, which is rare at a Chinese restaurant. What surprised us the most was the food. It was soooo good! Way worth it with good portions. And crab Rangoon as a side with the meal is a bonus! I got Mongolian bbq and I should've told the guy mild cus they made it super spicy! Was so good but my mouth was on fire and i felt almost high lol. My bf got some chicken broccoli and he was also very happy with the food. We had major food coma after with plenty left over for tomorrow. Only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the boba. It was ok. A little undercooked, and hard in the middle. Maybe I got a bad batch? Will give it one more try.

BOMB.COM BOY This place is the real deal , it's actually a Vietnamese restaurant but they also sell Thai food and Chinese food baby. I'm a big foodie and I'm so glad I now know about this place. Good service and good portions of food. The pad Thai is marvelous good quality noodles, good taste, not too spicy unless you add the chili paste stuff . Lunch specials are legit and so Is the dinner specials the fried rice is so flavorful and good, cream cheese rangoons OMG they are my favorite so soft and bomb. I'm pregnant too so I don't play about my food, y'all gotta try this place, worth the drive.

This was the first visit to this restaurant. My family are trying to find some great restaurants around us after we recently moved from California. The food in this restaurant is great. I would of givin a 4 star but i ordered the food at 7pm and didnt get my food until 820pm. They also didnt have enough staff to cover the front for customers to eat in the restaurant or ordering to go food. They also had quite a few orders from Doordash and other deliveries. I think for a Friday they should of had more staff. Good food. Late food times to pick up. Room for better ratings. Searching on for better response time.

this pho was the most disgusting thing i have ever had so i never went back. goodluck on trying the actual food

We order from here several times a year and the quality of their food has changed in a bad way. One of our favorite dishes is the Chicken Tom Ka soup the last 2 times we've ordered it, it's been missing several ingredients you can tell from the photo that I'm posting that it's missing spice and the coconut milk. The quality of the food isn't what it used to be.

Before I ordered my food to go, so I never got the opportunity to come in and sit down to enjoy the atmosphere and customer service. Tonight after running some errands we decided let's eat some Pho. Im glad we picked this restaurant. When we first came in there was def a dinner rush. Our server was very personable. He quickly sat us and dealt with all of the other patrons without skipping a beat. I was impressed by this. He made sure we were taken care of. We ordered the pork egg rolls, chicken teriyaki bowl, rare beef pho, hot tea, and a mango Boba tea. All of the food was hot and delicious. My only suggestion would be a little bit more broccoli in the teriyaki chicken. Other than that. Wonderful. Location is Camino Al Norte/ Ann - ample parking

I ordered sweet-and-sour chicken and combination fried rice or sweet-and-sour chicken had no bell pepper onion or pineapple in it. I was told it doesn't come with pineapple bell pepper or onion in there sweet-and-sour chicken maybe I'm thinking of the wrong dish I'm a old man I've been ordering sweet-and-sour chicken for many years always has onion pineapple and bell pepper. I will not be patronizing this business ever again

I don't know where all of the bad reviews are coming from.. I wanted to wait until I ate here a few times before I shared my opinion. I've dined here (and used doordash) 6 times now, and the only bad experience I've had was when I used doordash. The driver was late picking up my pho and walnut shrimp and the food was soggy. Not the restaurants' fault as I watched the driver park at random spots along the route.. Anyways! The things I've tried: Beef Combo Pho w/ egg noodles (bombbb) Pad Thai w/ chicken (good, could be spicier) Walnut Shrimp (delish! Crunchy and not too sweet) Chicken Pho (didn't try, but my son enjoyed it) General Tso's Chicken (breading was too thick for me) Wonton Soup (great flavor, wish there was more meat) Watermelon Slush (refreshing and not too sweet!) Iced Thai Tea (yum) Overall a great value for the price, and for a do-it-all Asian restaurant the food is pretty good.
