Where to Get Takeout for the Super Bowl in Nashville | Eater Nashville

"I ordered Jasper’s Game Day Party Packs, which include crowd-pleasers like firecracker wings, queso with pork rinds, shrimp cocktail, and even football-shaped cookies—items that can be ordered up to 48 hours in advance." - Delia Jo Ramsey

This was my first time here and the food was great. It was cooked to order and it came out hot and freshly prepared. The sweet potato casserole reminded me of home. I sat at the bar ands the attendant was prompt and knew her way around the bar. This is a large restaurant but I did not get the large restaurant vibe which was a good thing. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Hands down my favorite place to eat in the DMV. The foods I order are incredible. Stay away from the Mac n Cheese tho it’s tasteless and too much of the wrong cheeses. Every time I go I order Tiger Shrimp Crab Cake Egg Rolls and the Crab & Shrimp Cocktail and an Electric Lemonade. I’ve been going here for over a decade and this meal has yet to disappoint! The service is great they always remember you and your order which is amazing. At least 4 of the bartenders have been there since I first started going so that’s consistency and they must get treated well as employees to stay so long.

We didn’t have a good experience at jaspers unfortunately. The online site doesn’t work efficiently and once we got inside, we didn’t receive help. It took about 5-10 min for someone to stop and tell us how to place a to go order. The crab and shrimp dip was good. The beans and rice needed some seasoning and I’d rather not have tomatoes in it. The Mac and cheese had no salt. Salmon bites were delicious. And the fish tacos were overly wet. I didn’t finish eating it. Overall this wasn’t worth the money spent. If I ever go back it’ll be to have a drink and allow traffic to die on during my commute home.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jasper's Restaurant, and let me tell you, they truly went above and beyond with their menu offerings and flavors! We started our meal with an array of appetizers: Parmesan Crispy Fried Salmon Bites, tiger chicken wings with their famous tiger sauce, Lump Crab Cake Special, and chicken Egg Rolls. Each dish was a delightful mix of textures and flavors, leaving us eager for what was to come. For the main course, we ordered Cajun Jambalaya, Southern Fried Chicken, garlic mashed potatoes with country gravy, mac & cheese, and Blackened Salmon & shrimp. The standout dish was the Southern Fried Chicken—juicy, tender, and seasoned to perfection. The garlic mashed potatoes and mac & cheese were a perfect complement to the meal. While the Blackened Salmon & shrimp was delectable, the Cajun Jambalaya fell short of our expectations. Overall, our dining experience at Jasper's Restaurant was wonderful, and I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. The bill came out to around $190, which was well worth it considering the portions and quality. Be sure to mention that JJ the food critic sent you when you visit! 😉

Great food and great vibes at Jasper’s! The atmosphere was really enjoyable, and the food was delicious. Only downside was that the service was a little slow, but overall, it didn’t take away from the experience. Definitely worth a visit!

Met up for my cousin's brunch. Glad a location is still open Declined the buffet. Super busy. Pasta was tasty. Salad was good, not a fan of the ranch dressing. Ill be back when I'm in the neighborhood

I often stop by Jasper’s when I’m working in the area. Despite some negative press, the food is consistently delicious. I especially love the crab cocktail with a side of rice and a strawberry margarita. Happy hour is the best time to go—great prices and a chance to try all the appetizers! Big shoutout to bartender Shawn, who made my solo lunch after work really enjoyable.

The presentation was very bad as compared to the last time i visited. How to you expect me to cut this chicken inside the mashed potatoes? You mixed grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and mac&cheese together without giving any space for me to enjoy my meal . This is messy
