"Those looking for a steakhouse or wine dinner need not look any further. But it’s not just fancy fare here — there’s also a menu of “backyard fare” that embraces hamburgers, ribs, and various grilled meats. It’s got a private dining room and happy hour offerings, fully embracing the high/low mix of a classic American grill." - Courtney E. Smith

All I can say is wow! The food was amazing. The server was perfect not too clingy and just the right amount of attention. Great cocktails and wine. The brisket flatbread was the best thing EVER! Also in the first picture is duck and purple carrots. They look burned but it is the color of the carrots. Not burnt.

Google
This is a high end American food place. It had some of the best prime rib I’ve ever had. The chocolate cake was also very yummy and moist. I really recommend getting the crab cake, while it is on the pricier side it was almost entirely lump crab meat and delicious with the poblano sauce.

Google
Had heard good things about this place and just based on pricing assumed it would be good. Visually it was all very nice. Flavor it was okay and lacked seasoning heavily. For a $100+ meal for two, there are other restaurants we’d go to first but it was worth trying.

Wow! I had never been to Jaspers but last week we went on a Thursday. We had a wonderful dinner! Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. Our food was hot and delicious 😋 I already look forward to going back! Perfect date night spot!

Christina Morales

Google
Art was our host this evening. He was charming and knowledgeable about the menu and gave his recommendations, which were all phenomenal. The service here is impeccable from every angle and the quality of food is superb.

Google
Everything about our visit was excellent. Our greeting was friendly and warm, our server attentive and helpful, our food was outstanding (try the venison!), and the desserts comped for our anniversary. Jasper's combined the ambiance of a fine dining restaurant with a more relaxed vibe that made for a great evening. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a nice dinner out, treat yourself to Jasper's.

Google
This place is amazing! The food is delicious and the customer service is excellent! I first tried Jasper's in Nov and I've been going ever since!

Google
I visited Jasper's with my family this morning for brunch, and we had a superb experience! The staff was welcoming, the food and drinks were so delicious, but the exceptional service was the highlight of the visit. Our server, Mar, was attentive, friendly, charismatic, patient and ensured that we had everything we needed and provided us a genuinely delightful encounter. The hospitality of this establishment is phenomenal!

Carmen H.

Yelp
We were so thrilled to go to the Justine Wine Dinner with the new Chef Joshua Mixon, Yum! Everything was Deliciousness! We ate Shrimp Ceviche, Seared Scallop, Smoked Stuffed Quail, Tri Tip and Cheesecake. Along with paired wines! Always excellent service, like the family you wish to dine with. Happy to call Jasper our Family Kitchen! oxo

Yelp
I'm giving this place a 2 for last night, but we have been there at other times and it was much better. So, I'm hoping last night was just an off night and not the new normal. My wife and I got the 8 ounce fillet and when it arrived we both looked at it and thought "no way that's 8 ounces!" But, we didn't say anything and proceeded with the meal. Have you ever had a steak that had absolutely zero flavor to it? I'm not sure how that happens, but that's what this one was like. After a few bites, we both looked at each other and said simultaneously "this has no flavor at all does it?" Then we laughed until we realize we just paid $55 for a tasteless steak......

Yelp
First time back after Covid. What a great experience! The bartender was awesome!! He needs a bar back, but able to handle it well on his own. The calamari was excellent. The prime rib dinner was superb; but , the accompanied potato needed a little more butter love. I'm giving a 5 star for service & efficiency

Jasmine T.

Yelp
My partner and I dined here to celebrate my new job. We were seated quickly and in the seats requested per the reservation. We ordered the Smokehouse Chicken, Trout, Mash potatoes, and asparagus. The chicken was cook well but lacked color. The trout, mash, and asparagus all lacked an immense amount of flavor. We received a free dessert, chocolate cake, and it was the best item of all. Our two stars definitely go towards the great service and the ambiance.

Gina H.

Yelp
Happy hour is so fun! I ordered a fabulous Old but there forgot the all important cherry. I told him about it and got 2! YES! Veryg Good!!

Suzanne C.

Yelp
Beautiful warm ambience. First time there last week. Had only been to the now closed Frisco location. Went for happy hour. Excellent $10 menu of hand crafted libations and delicious apps. Bar staff attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Tried all the apps, loved them all, but the prime rib queso fries, ridiculous addictive good yummy!

Beth W.

Yelp
We came by Jasper's to try out their happy hour drinks and food that runs daily from 4 - 7pm. We weren't disappointed. We started with drinks off the menu - The Brush Fire and the Barb's. Both were delicious and went down with no issue. ;) For food, we went with the Sushi, and Spicy Beef Queso Fries to start. The sushi pieces were on the smaller size with spicy tuna and the flavor was great with the kick of the pepper on top. The fries were such were you want to find a way to get all of the cheese sauce with every last bite! Then we next tried the Buffalo Chicken Sliders. We liked those so much, we also tried the Tenderloin Sliders which were also delicious. We had more drinks from the happy hour menu along the way. All along we had great service from the team tending the bar and seating area. Always helpful and welcoming as we debated if we were done or were up for trying more. There wasn't anything we tried that we didn't enjoy. It will be hard to come back and only pick a few things to enjoy.

Mickey C.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and we got a nice round table for 7 which was awesome. The food was hot and fresh. I had the mushroom soup which was heavenly and the mashed potatoes were also great. The surf and turf was shrimp and not crab/lobster so that is the only reason for the 4. Reasonable pricing overall though.

Merlyn M.

Yelp
First time dining at Jasper's and our favorite from all the things we tried were the burrata salad and the burger! The service was awesome, the waiter was helpful with his suggestions and recommendations when choosing from the menu. It's a nice date night spot or celebration spot as well! Recommend the burrata salad and burgers!

Archana P.

Yelp
Great calamari, and grapefruit matini and deviled egg app I teaser. :) Cool amibaince and my team members loved their meals . But ribs just, ehhh. The water bottle holders were pretty cool. I'd go back ! Check it out !

Reena G.

Yelp
I just was not wow'ed. Service was fantastic but the food not so much. I did really like the blue cheese chips. The short ribs lacked flavor and the potatoes that came with it were cold and dry. They even brought out a new side of mashed potatoes and they were still cold and dry. The trout was flavorful though and I did enjoy that. The desserts were okay. They tasted freezer burned. Maybe we came on an off day but I definitely was not impressed.

Wilma F.

Yelp
What a wonderful experience we had at Jaspers. It was our first time and we lived it. Stephen was a wonderful waiter, the good was amazing and we love the ambiance. The cocktails were sooo good. We're looking forward to go back soon

Steve H.

Yelp
We've been here a couple of times over the past several years and had a positive experience. This time not too much. Perhaps the menu changed. Seemed more limited than I recall. Wait staff seemed didn't impress, nor did the menu items.

Ashlie H.

Yelp
Wonderful experience at the Ruffino Wine Dinner at Jaspers! The food and wine pairing was absolutely delicious! It was great getting to hear from the Ruffino speaker and some of the best food!

Lily B.

Yelp
This is a high end American food place. It had some of the best prime rib I've ever had. The chocolate cake was also very yummy and moist. I really recommend getting the crab cake, while it is on the pricier side it was almost entirely lump crab meat and delicious with the poblano sauce. Service was very good and very nice environment.

Courtnie L.

Yelp
This place was really nice and quaint. It wasn't over crowded or noisy. Really good to hang out with friends, enjoy food, and nice conversation. Staff was very pleasant. If you go get the biscuits. We definitely thought about getting a second serving for the table, however, we didn't want to do too much. You may need to add a bit of salt and pepper if you like your food seasoned. But it was cooked well and had healthy servings.

Kim V.

Yelp
Went here for my birthday dinner. Food was good, not great. We had some service hiccups but they were quickly rectified with no charge. The overwhelming issue with this restaurant in Texas in July is the temperature in the dining room. We mentioned it to our server and asked if anything could be done. She stated she deals with it every day, and the A/C units just cant keep up with Texas heat and that the restaurant maintains a temperature of 82 degrees on 100 degree days. We had to move to the bar due to the intolerable temperature. Nobody wants to eat in 82 degrees Jasper's. Talk to your lessor. This is an unnecessary, fixable problem.

Charley K.

Yelp
Nice upscale restaurant with good food and service at market prices; best buy is happy hour drinks and appetizers in the bar.

Paula S.

Yelp
Nice happy hour. Good service. Only met friends for happy hour, so can't speak about dinner. Will probably try again. Maybe I'll take my son for his birthday. It's supposed to be amazing for dinner.

Danielle A.

Yelp
Let me just say, the 4 star rating is for the ambience, the service, and the treatment of their customers. I had specific details when making a reservation, and they followed them to the T! I asked for a booth with a view, and I got that. I took my partner out to celebrate her new job, and they gave us menus that said congratulations! That was huge for me. I really appreciated that and that's what sets this restaurant apart from the others. Our server was very attentive and thoroughly explained the menu, as it was our first time. The food was okay to me. I had the trout and my partner had the chicken with the bbq on the side. We had a share of potatoes and asparagus. Both were very good! They gave us a complimentary dessert and that was probably the best part along with the sides! I was a little upset that the server didn't pack up the left over sides that we had with the rest of the food. My other concern was how fast the food came out and the server had mentioned they "heat it up" on the stove. The pricing is good and I was surprised. The staff and restaurant atmosphere is really what made my experience great.

Ginny T.

Yelp
5 stars for service. From the moment we popped in we felt very welcomed. The hostess clocked us as we walked around the building trying to find the entrance after parking in the garage (we're old, it was dark, what can I say?)...she held the door open for us with a wide friendly smile. We literally had just left another restaurant due to a complete lack of service so this touch was very much appreciated & we felt human again! A passing server also greeted us warmly, just because, & he didn't even turn out to be our guy. Throughout the evening I noticed a gentleman discreetly monitoring the floor, just in case. Again, a very welcome touch considering where we just came from. Our server was quick, efficient, friendly & attentive without hovering. This is an establishment I would gladly pay top dollar for but it was all quite reasonable. Did I mention the giant old fashioned? My husband definitely needed that after the unnecessary stress inducing experience @ the prior establishment & our server was completely in tune with us. We had a beautiful evening. The only minor ding was I'd have appreciated a crispy skin on my chicken but I really shouldn't be eating it anyway so weren't they really just helping me? The chicken breast was extra tender & moist & accompanied by well seasoned sautéed vegetables. It was a very generous portion. My husband had surf & turf as well the dark meat & wing from my dish. As for ambiance, it's clean modern, spacious & welcoming but not overbearing. Music level was enough that you could still hear & have fun night with large parties or just a nice dinner for two. Dinner attire ranged from business casual to smart street wear. Not pretentious at all.

Latoya E.

Yelp
Good weekday happy hour. Fairly low-key environment with mostly professionals looking to decompress from their day. Moderately priced for happy hour. We prefer to sit at the bar, the service is always attentive. We recommend trying the Barb's, Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls, and Tenderloin Sliders.

John J.

Yelp
Such a pleasant evening. Service by Brittney was exceptional. She was friendly and anticipated our every need, while letting us set the pace for a leisurely dinner. After a round of cocktails - rave reviews for Barbs Grapefruit Martini btw - we shared Blue Cheese potato chips. The homemade chips come with a cheese sauce lightly poured on them with chunks of blue cheese added. The sauce holds the blue cheese crumbles to the chips. Delicious start! For entrees, two of our group had the braised short rib, while my wife and I had the salmon and trout. Our server highly recommended the trout, and she was on the mark. The salmon was cooked to a perfect medium (beyond that would have dried it out). I think so many that don't care for salmon have it cooked well done, which is a totally different taste. Jasper's is the way salmon is supposed to taste. We opted for a side of jalapeno corn for the table, which was wonderful, but not spicy at all. Don't be scared by the jalapeno in the title. No room for dessert this time, but maybe in our return. We couldn't help noticing the great bar and their happy hour menu. Their daily happy hour is something we will also have to check out. They have an extensive cocktail and spirits list with very reasonable prices at dinner. I assume even better pricing at HH.

Taylor K.

Yelp
I would equate Jasper's with a hotel restaurant. It has no personality, charm, or character - the decor looks straight out of a Hilton Garden Inn. The food is overpriced and mediocre; nothing we ordered was bad but nothing was necessarily good either. It lacked flavor, was all a little over cooked or underdone, and boring. With so many amazing restaurants in the area, we won't be back and would not recommend.

Victor V.

Yelp
Food and drinks are not worth it the price. And don't even try the Dazed and confused drink.

Freds B.

Yelp
Came here got a ribeye and a filet because of the reviews, first ribeye came out completely blasted (burnt past well done) and i sent it back, mind you we waited about 30 min just for the steaks after we ordered the appetizers, second robeye came out after my partner was done eating, tasted completely burnt, the chef couldnt do a crust, just burnt the seasonings. Anyhow steak wasent cooked medium the second try it was medium well. Edit: been throwing up all night, stomach on 10. Wouldnt reccomend

Fung C.

Yelp
We are regulars for their happy hour service! $9 per plate and $9 per cocktail - you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The menu changes about once a month. The sliders are our favorite! You also get excellent services from Michelle, Tim, Caesar and others!!!! We come back every week!

Chris H.

Yelp
This is one of the best kept secrets of Richardson. Jalapeño, avocado margarita to start. Prime Rib (Thursday) special. Bottle of wine and upscale environment. A little pricy, but not that bad. Guarantee you'll have a great time. Great menu and superb service. How can you beat that for $60! Tuesdays half rack of ribs $18.00. Happy Hour snacks very reasonably priced. 4-7 pm.

Betsy C.

Yelp
Decided to go to Jasper's for a spur of the moment date night. So glad we did. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was welcoming and attentive. I mean, sooooo attentive. Midway through dinner, I looked around to finally take in the decor. Someone rushed over to check on us. After the main course, I started looking around to figure out which direction the restroom was. Someone rushed over. Just really exceptional service. As for the food, the standouts for me were the trout, the wedge, Barb's Martini, and the bread pudding (fantastic!). Passes for me would be the Za'atar chicken and the lavender cocktail (probably a decent drink, but I keep fruitlessly trying lavender drinks hoping I'll like them the next time). The deviled eggs and the Ladybug cocktail were just okay. My wife raved about the chocolate Bundt cake. I can see going back and trying more of the menu, like the blue cheese chips we kept hearing being ordered around us. Picture is of the bread pudding with Henry's Ice Cream, which was a great touch to source from a beloved local ice cream shop. Solid 8 out 10.

Yelp
This is our first time to Jasper's! We located them via Google...the area was nice so we decided to go. Upon arrival, we had reservations so we were quickly seated. Our waiter was ok...I'll explain why in a moment. For our appetizer, we had the crab cakes and they were meaty which was great. But I feel they lacked flavor. We've had TruLucks and there is truly no comparison. Now our entrees were better. Though I still believe the salmon need a seasoning. I asked for salt. Maybe it's because of the changes I made...because I don't like beets...I was told no changes could be made to this...I opted for pesto couscous and Brussels sprouts. In my opinion, the Brussels sprouts were a little too charred. But the couscous was wonderful. I believe my husband's experience was about the same. Here's why I shared the waiter was ok. He started off really welcoming. But I noticed when I asked for adjustments in the order due to my dietary desires, he seemed hesitant. It took him a while before coming back to bring water. He later came back after I had already give him an alternative to tell me that they wouldn't do it. But I had moved on. No, explanation was given as why it was just a No. I found this hard because my husband and I have dined at places like Perry's...TruLucks as mentioned before and I never ran into this issue. Also, at the end of our meal...we found out that we were charged for an item that we shared we no longer needed as well as the Brussels sprouts that were to serve as alternatives to the menu restrictions and my dietary needs....instead of in substitution of their limitations. The pricing was great had it truly been a better dining experience. The last thing I will share that is a bit disheartening is that when we never saw the manager until it was time to pay. When we explained that order need to have an item removed that we didn't get, he didn't come back out. He sent the waiter to verify if we didn't in fact receive. Now this part is speculation, it felt as though we were trusted as a black couple in this restaurant. The waiter did come out and apologize for his mistake. But the manager never asked us about our dining experience. I felt this was lacking. From any experience I had, it seems as though if a manager ever serves you they were curious about your experience. He never asked. So we never shared. This is why I felt the need to share it here. My husband wants to try again for brunch one day. I'm usually a one&done type of girl who allows my initial experience to tell me all I need to know. But I'll follow my husband's lead on this. I hope this feedback helps to improve in respect to others. God bless!

Heather S.

Yelp
Service was great! Got the crab cakes - was really good! Bar staff was really dismissive and entitled, but once we got our table and sat down, Mikayla was awesome!

Kay W.

Yelp
Delicious food! Staff are nice and very attentive. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Look for their specials -Ladies Night, Prime Rib Night, Half priced Wine.

Ed L.

Yelp
Came for some Thursday night specials and had just about the perfect dinner. Jasper's ambience is nice - tables are well-spaced and noise levels are low - very pleasant atmosphere. Our server Ricky was excellent - friendly and efficient. On to the food (forgot to take photos but we'll definitely be back so I'll update my review next time): We had 2 prime rib specials ($28 on Thursdays) - the 12 oz cuts were cooked medium rare and it is a perfect portion. The entree came with a fantastic baked potato - I believe they were Yukon golds which are much creamier and flavorful than standard russets. We added a side of charred jalapeño corn which might have been the best dish of the night - similar to street corn but so flavorful and very addictive! The desserts are well priced at $6 and we had a nice chocolate bundt w ice cream, along w a delicious chocolate martini (this is a must try!) Thursday is also 1/2 price wine bottles and we splurged and ordered a Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, which at $80 is basically retail (Total Wine sells the same bottle at this price). This is one of the best wines ever and is as smooth a Cab as you'll ever try if you decide to get one for yourself. We love Jaspers and are already planning our next visit!

Alisha W.

Yelp
Service was great!!!!! But the food??? Ultra bland! When I say "bland" I mean very very very bland! I started with the wedge salad which was standard order; I had high expectations for the fried onion ring, but it didn't add much to the overall flavor- it was just there. For my meal I had the roasted chicken- not sure if they forgot the rosemary glaze or if it's more of a marinade that you can't see (nor taste)- at any rate, the chicken was almost tasteless, which is interesting given the fact that it's roasted. I used a lot of salt.... It comes with this weird broccoli kale sauté that consists of regular broccoli and invisible kale- the flavor was "meh" for me and ultimately I subbed it out for the Brussels sprouts. I was certain the sprouts would be better (how do you get sprouts wrong?), but they weren't. The flavor of char was so heavy not even salt could mask it. No glaze, no seasoning, just hard roasted sprouts with the flavor of burn. The saving grace of the entire meal was the corn; man, it was delicious! Sautéed with jalapeño and peppers, I ate the whole bowl and could've eaten more! Full of flavor, the corn seemed like it was from an entirely different restaurant. Whatever you order, order the corn with it. Though I didn't try a dessert, they all sounded amazing. I just wasn't willing to risk being further disappointed so I opted to cut my losses. $60 bucks later, I'm full but my palette was left underwhelmed.

Yelp
Our favorite restaurant in Richardson area. Wonderful food and beverages. The service is also good. love they have unique items many restaurants don't offer especially the Venison. Most certainly recommend when in the area.

Stacey C.

Yelp
Before I talk about the food I need to tell you about Madison, our server! She was just about the best server we have had in a very long time. She recognized that tonight was about our ten year old twins and she focused her attention on them. I appreciated her so much. The food was everything we expect from Jasper's. But, I usually have to send my steak back because I love it rare. I actually love it Pittsburgh Blue and the chef nailed it! My husbands salmon was delicious. If you've never had the corn then you are missing out...yes the corn! All in all the kids said it was a 10th birthday they would remember! Thank you Madison!

James W.

Yelp
Jaspers is a solid restaurant a great location in Richardson. The food was very good. I had the burger and my wife had soup and a salad. The burger was really good but I wish it would have included cheese. Other people in our party had pork tenderloin and steak. All were very good but I will admit a bit pricey. Service was very good. Wear a sweater or light jacket because it is a bit chilly in there.

Stephen W.

Yelp
We went here for dinner on a Saturday night and had an absolutely top-notch experience from start to finish. The interior is modern, upscale, very clean and sleek. Our server Micah was excellent. He was personable and his descriptions of the food were similar to a Food Network show. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great service, very attentive and prompt. We started with the smoked oysters and they were excellent, delicate smoke and very flavorful. I would get them again. We split a wedge salad and it was very good but I did not like the onion ring on the bottom and did not see the point. Next time I will ask that they hold it. For entrees, I had the cold smoked salmon. It was very tasty but my one small criticism is that there was not much smoke flavor but in general it was a very well prepared piece of salmon. The wife had the trout with a lemon caper sauce and loved the dish. For dessert we split the chocolate cake it was very moist. The wife loved it. Overall, it was an excellent experience and the food was very well prepared. I liked the menu a lot and can easily see myself eating my way through it.

Alan B.

Yelp
I love Jasper's Restaurant. The food is not ordinary; it's delicious! All of their dishes are made from scratch and cooked to order. The atmosphere is very ambient and the service is impeccable. I had the chicken vegetable soup tonight as a first course. Honestly it was the best soup I have ever had. The short ribs and mashed potatoes were superior also. I understand they are opening another location in Flower Mound. This is a great restaurant to take a date and share a bottle of wine. Be sure and finish with a chocolate martini ! I highly recommend Jasper's.

Pavel C.

Yelp
Went in for Happy Hour. Great selection of food, wine, cocktails and beer. The atmosphere was eclectic with a meet and greet with Chef Evan. He made the experience even more worth while with a personal greeting and explanation of the special of the day! Will definitely be back again and plan on celebrating my birthday here! 5 star food and even better service.

Jerry K.

Yelp
Great food and put together right. Good ribs and great drinks. Wife loved the chicken on the salad. Had some service issues but the manager was right there and made everything all right without our even having to ask. Nice touch and much appreciated.

Cynthia C.

Yelp
Came here for brunch. Great food, great service, ambiance was really nice. We love it.

Tim S.

Yelp
Great food and fantastic atmosphere. The menu is limited, but we'll executed. I had the Salmon over shrimp fried rice and my wife had the filet surf & turf. Both were delicious. Make sure to get the jalapeño charred corn as it was the best side dish we had. Dessert was delicious. We had the key lime pie and chocolate bundt cake. My wife said it was the smoothest and best key lime pie she has had. The key lime pie was not as tart as many could be. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Micah, our server was great. We will be going again.

Josh A.

Yelp
My wife and I visited Jaspers for the first time this past weekend and let me tell you-BLOWN AWAY. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a smile and promptly seated at a nice table by the kitchen-which we infact quite enjoyed. The hustle and bustle of kitchen and staff was actually a fun addition to our evening. Blue cheese chips were phenomenal per recommendation from our server, Brittany. She also recommended her personal favorite, trout to my wife while I had the ribeye. Both cooked to perfection and tasted incredible. The Brussels sprouts came highly recommmended and did not disappoint. Crispy, savory and in my opinion, would compliment any entree on their menu. They had just recently changed their drink menu as well to some fun new seasonal cocktails. I had their classic old fashioned and my wife had a new "lavender" martini. Both were exceptional. Compliments to your bar team. The real highlight was infact the service we received. Us being new patrons to your restaurant-we had lots of questions. From the moment we were greeted by Brittany, her presence was really the X-factor to our dining experience. Her knowledge of the menu, attentiveness, and just the over all dining experience she gave us was truly remarkable. I've dined at some of the best places DFW has to offer- she might take the cake on best service my wife and I have received anywhere. By far. Do yourself a favor and visit Jaspers for your next date night. Ask for Brittany, and order the ribeye. You will not be disappointed. We will be back!

Yelp
We've always been a huge fan of Jaspers over the years. We've celebrated numerous holidays there at the Plano location when they were open. The service is always spectacular and the food to match it. Well, things have definitely changed. I know most restaurants have a life expectancy and this one appears to be on life support. We went there for my birthday a couple of weeks ago on a Friday night 7pm reservation at the only remaining Jaspers in DFW which is the Richardson location. My wife and I snuck away 6 months ago for a happy hour and a bite at the bar there while our son had hockey practice and we had a pleasant time there but this time wasn't so great. We walked in and the bar area was bustling but the dining area was not. 7pm on a Friday. Why was it so dead? Maybe 3-4 tables seated. We both ordered a surf and turf and both had to send it back because the filet had been heavily crusted in salt and it was inedible. Shrimp over cooked. Does Kent Rathbun still own this restaurant? Couldn't possibly! Shocking for us at Jaspers. They redid both meals and got them out quickly. There's something going on there. It's different. The kitchen staff was loud and somewhat rude to one another in the open air kitchen so we could hear everything. Things have slipped considerably and that will be our last time dining there in what appears to be a fledgling and soon to be dead restaurant. It was a fun ride and we have always likes Kent's restaurant concepts but we won't be visiting this one again. Too many other great options in DFW

Yelp
Excellent service! Presentation of food beautiful along with each dish perfectly prepared & mouth watering. Can't wait to return!

2nd trip to Jasper's; a big thank you to Iron Chef Violeta for another Grand Slam, Violeta had the kitchen staff prepare a delicious Prime Rib Dinner; I haven't the words to describe the tenderness, and flavor this fabulous dish had, the salad also had a medley of flavors sweetness mixed with salty it was a party of incredible flavors, in order to really enjoy the entire experience at Jasper's an appetizer is a must I recommend the grilled oysters, and if you're looking for a little kick go for the calamari You'll be amazed. For those planning a rehearsal dinner, family gatherings, or any type of future events Jasper's is the place I highly recommend. Whatever your needs Chef Violeta can make it happen. Yelp
Worst food and service imaginable. Come here if you want to eat overly priced mediocre steak. There are better steak options at Outback or Taco Bell. Depressing atmosphere and inattentive servers. 0 stars if possible. Never again.

Yelp
This is our favorite place for a fancy dinner. Dolan is always a blast! What a great waiter. All the staff is amazing and very accommodating. The hand cut filet, prime rib and lamb chops are to die for. Also can't resist the deviled eggs.

Yelp
We had a business dinner reservation, some people in our party have been before, I had not. The atmosphere, staff, food, drinks, everything was amazing. Art took care of our table and did an amazing job!!!!! He was very knowledgeable about the menu, new add on items to the menu, and specials. He was wonderful with asking questions to make the best recommendations for what we were looking for, whether it was food or drinks. There are some things I don't like to eat but his description of the items he provided to the table made my mouth water and consider tasting them. I couldn't stop talking about this place when I got home to my husband. I will definitely be returning! Awesome job Art and Jasper's. I will highly recommend this place to family, friends, and business partners.
