I've been going to Dr. Jatto's office as my primary care physician for some time now, and it's always been a great experience. What stands out most is Dr. Jatto's compassionate, upfront, and honest approach. I've had physicians in the past who blamed my weight for any physical ailment, including a simple cold. She has helped me manage my blood pressure , my arthritis and suggested mental health assistance when I needed it. I've always appreciated her recommendations and her guidance, especially on very tough topics. The staff is always very friendly, and I recently got to experience their support on a new level. I decided to utilize Dr. Jatto's wellness services to aid in weight loss. This can be a very sensitive topic, but the staff understood that completely and has treated me with respect. They gave me tons of advice on what I needed to do and have been incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I'm just in the first month, and the support from the staff is heartwarming. I would highly recommend Dr. Jatto for primary care as well as her wellness services. She and her staff are the perfect partners in healthcare.

I signed up about 3 months ago, for Dr. Jatto's Wellness Plan after somehow, not complaining, I received a promotional ad for a Memorial Day special of the B12 skinny shot and IV vitamin infusion. I came in and received the B12 skinny shot and although I didn't get a vitamin IV, I still received a shot with the vitamins. After a few days, I felt great. I could actually feel when the effects began to wear off. Whatever I was given, gave me a pep that I had not felt in a long time. I started menapause at 38 due to pre existing medical conditions since birth, and felt that at 46, I am still too young to feel this old. I signed up a few weeks later for the 1 year Wellness Program. I am about 3 months in and in the first month or 2, I was starting to think this isn't doing much. But, literally in the past 2 weeks, I have begun to notice changes. My mood is more positive and I have noticed myself wanting to eat healthier food choices, drink more water and be out and about more. I have lost some weight, not a crazy amount, but a few pounds and I am starting to feel the treatments are working. Dr. Jatto and her staff are very nice and I enjoy my monthly visits to the office. I would definitely recommend them if you are feeling like you are aging faster than you should be. I am so happy that I made the decision to give Dr. Jatto and her staff a chance.

Dr. Jatto is a wonderful smart, intelligent physician, just know everytime myself or my family are not feeling well, Dr. Jatto gets to the bottom of it and one for sure she's always available. I appreciate that Dr. Jatto makes the effort to offer innovative services and procedures, especially for the Central PA region. As a patient of her aesthetic practice, I've received many services, including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, facials and SculpSure and am pleased with my experiences.

Since approximately late April and definitely since early May, I have left voicemails, emailed, and completed several online contact forms, and have received no response. Am I only worth talking to if I book and pay for an online appointment first? This is a bad business practice and reveals their attitude toward patient care.

Nightmare start to finish! The staff I initially spoke to called me back no less than six times to ask for additional information after I made an appointment for a telehealth consult with the Dr (staff obviously had no training). The Dr seemed to know about hormone care when we spoke, but the lab orders were never sent to the lab. I called back three times before they were sent, but they were hand-written and completely illegible. The lab tech called the office while I was at the lab, then I called three times and emailed the office over a period of four days. A week later and I still haven't heard back, and neither has the lab. I paid a consultation fee and months later have received no care! Totally irresponsible! I spent over a decade doing medical office management-there is NO excuse for this.

Horrible!! Save your time, money, and sanity! They never answer the phone and the doctor will not call you back when requested. The front desk staff are very rude and nasty for no reason! They will overcharge you and their billing department is a nightmare. I had to prove to them through my bank that I paid the deductible at a previous visit because they "had no record of payment" yet they charge you before you even get seen by the doctor. The worst was they had labwork done that I did not request and then I was sent a bill from my insurance for hundreds of dollars and they didn't want to own up to their mistake so I was forced to pay for lab work that I did not even request!! Run far from this place. They need to be looked at by the better business bureau because I know they are doing all lot of things they shouldn't be doing!

Run away..do not go here. They are completely incapable. Dr. Jatto was my primary care physician, and it was a complete waste of my time. Do not go to them for any type of skin treatments such as facials, they have no idea what they are doing. They don't return phone calls, always a new person in the office or behind the desk that has no idea what they are doing.
