Our 25th wedding anniversary weekend celebration started here for the Innovation and Tradition chefs table menu. 10 courses formally, 12 informally. All memorable and creative cuisine that melted in your mouth, and delighted all senses. The tagliatelle handcut strips of the Basque calamari, in bisque, with squid ink delicate cracker, is a dish I will remember for the rest of my life, and when we return our 50th wedding anniversary. Service exquisite and attentive. The wine pairings also were unique and creative, including volcanic wine from Canary Islands and other specialties.
