My facial with Breana was absolutely incredible. She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand my skin and its needs. She explained everything so clearly and made me feel confident in my skincare routine moving forward. I left with a customized skincare plan and a retinol that I’m so excited to start using — I finally feel like I know exactly how to care for my skin. I just had the best facial experience with Breana. Her attention to detail is incredible, I could feel and see the difference. My skin is glowing, plump, clean, and lifted. You can tell she’s extremely knowledgeable and genuinely loves what she does. The cooling globes and her head massage were my favorite parts. She also gave me a super helpful, easy-to-understand skincare routine with products I already own. Breana is amazing and so sweet, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a facial.

I’ve been coming to this location and working with Breana for a little over a year now and WOW has my skin transformed!!! Highly recommend checking out her Instagram for photographic evidence of her magical effect on clients’ skin…but just wanted to say the biggest thank you! My skin has been through the wringer this year between medication changes, work stress, wedding planning stress, and more — and through it all Bre has met me where I’m at and made me feel so beautiful. Her attention to detail is incredible and she’s also helped me solidify my at-home routine/products to make sure my skin stays in good shape between appointments. I’ve gotten the best custom facials and hydrafacials here, and I plan to try out more services soon! As an added bonus, the spa is super gorgeous, clean, and staff are all so kind ❤️ would rate 500000000/5 stars if I could!

I don’t even know where to begin. Breana truly surpassed every expectation I had. I’ve met with multiple dermatologists and estheticians in the past, and I always left feeling rushed, unheard, or like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. With Breana, it’s the complete opposite. She approaches my very sensitive, acne-prone skin with so much caution, intention, and genuine care. She listens, she explains, and she tailors everything to my personal skin goals. I have been coming to Javan-Ballston since moving here two years ago and have always had a wonderful experience. For my last two visits I have seen Mikayla who has been amazing! I had such a fantastic experience with Samantha as my injector. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and at ease. I was a little nervous at first, but they made me feel so comfortable and explained everything in a way that was super easy to understand. The actual injections were quick and pretty much painless. Sami has a magic touch! The results are exactly what I was hoping for—natural, refreshed, and not overdone. I still look like myself, just a more rested version. The follow up appointment was just as great. I really appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care Samantha showed throughout the entire process. I had a facial with Sierra and it was seriously amazing. The whole experience was so calming and relaxing, and she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. My skin felt super refreshed, clean, and hydrated after—like it was exactly what it needed. Sierra really knows her stuff, and you can tell she cares about giving you the best experience. I walked out feeling so good. Can't wait to go back, definitely something I'm adding to my regular routine.

I cannot recommend Javan enough, especially Samantha! I came in for an under-eye procedure and was incredibly nervous before my first session. Sam immediately put me at ease with her calming presence and took the time (even working through her lunch break!) to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for. Love this beautiful shop. They've absolutely transformed my skin. Have been coming here for 2 years! My usual is the custom facial and I've also done the Moxi treatment. The Moxi helped almost completely get rid of my dark spots and hyperpigmentation.

As a woman of color, it's very hard to find practitioners who know how to work with combination skin/hyper pigmented skin/hypersensitive, but I came here under the recommendation of one of my highly respected friends, who has followed Donna all over the place, but this young lady is hard to track down. I had to wait eight weeks to get an appointment but it was so worth it. Who goes to the spa on a Friday at 3pm when you want to be out at happy hour, but I was willing to wait and my skin is GLOWING! I felt so good that when I went to one of my local haunts, everybody wanted her business card. I got an amazing facial, she did the extractions, an I look and felt 10 years younger. I can't wait to see her in a month for my Moxie treatment.

Mikayla was amazing! I was in and out quickly and had a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back to Javan Wellness in Ballston.

Highly recommend Javan and Margaryta! Called for a last minute neurotoxin appointment and they were able to see me within the hour. Margaryta gave me a very detailed consultation before injecting, which I didn't think I needed since this I've gotten neurotoxins before, but I am so glad I did. She was so nice, educational, and communicated everything in a way I actually understood. I didn't feel uncomfortable or like she was trying to get me to do more treatments once - I ended up getting Xeomin instead of my go-to Botox (which was actually cheaper!) and didn't do too much as I wanted a more natural looking result. About 2 weeks post-appointment and have been told multiple times that my skin looks so smooth. Can't wait to go back!

I had booked an IV drip treatment at the Ballston location, but they called me in the morning to let me know that they were out of some of the ingredients. They re-booked me for the Dupont location, then 20 mins later called me back to tell me that location was also out of the ingredients. Definitely disappointing. This place might be good for skincare, but clearly go elsewhere for IV therapy.

I highly recommend Javan for all of your skin care needs. I've been going to Samantha for the past few years for Botox and Xeomin, and she's been amazing. I've been thrilled with my treatments, and all of the staff members that have helped me have been great, too. 10/10 recommend!

I have been exclusively seeing Donna for all of my skin needs. And let me tell you, it's only been a few short months and I literally have the best skin ever! I don't need any filters while taking pictures. I never breakout! My face looks ageless and it's all due to Donna Goyda! She is amazing and extremely knowledgeable! My skin no longer looks dried and my t zone no longer looks oily. My face is constantly glowing. Donna has done Clear and Brilliant, micro needling and a hydra facial on me. The Javan Ballston location is absolutely beautiful, it looks like something out of a magazine. The staff are all so sweet. Seriously, go here. Brittany Brown is an incredibly skilled aesthetician. She really takes her time to talk to you and come up with an individualized plan based on your goals. I have been seeing her for many years and highly recommend. Javan at this location is beautiful and makes me feel comfortable. The staff are all so welcoming and accommodating should appointments need to be rescheduled.

Donna is the absolute BEST! I've scheduled facials, chemical peels, and Clear+Brilliant sessions with her over the last few years. She found the perfect routine for me, everyone around me constantly asked what I was doing to get these glowing results. I would trust her with my life. Not only is Donna extremely knowledgeable, but she's one of the kindest people I've ever met. She can turn your day around in a second.

Donna is absolutely the best. I see her every 5-6 weeks. She reccomend me a very easy to follow skin regiment. My skin looks and feels amazing. I got with her costumized facials and Moxi laser. She is very knowledgeable and personable.

You will only leave this place feeling like a million bucks! It's beautiful and has a sense of calm as you walk in. My injector Margaryta is so beyond talented. Any work that you choose to get done is so subtle and she explains everything so thoroughly beforehand. I have always loved every result and keep coming back for more! I highly recommend all their facials too. This is my best kept beauty secret and I can get enough! HIGHLY recommend.

how are getting 5 stars here... worthless!!! seriously because i had to give you one star to write this review... the shots for metabolism are a placebo... do not buy what they are trying to sell you on that one. seriously.... you did not try to contact me prior to my review. i paid you in full - the placebo you gave me you call "metabolism enhancers" in my opinion are useless to me. and after i got them absolutely no one followed up with me until i posted this. this is yelp - i posted my review and i stand by it.

GO SEE LYDIA! She does a fantastic job and has the kindest bedside manner. She always goes above and beyond to make me comfortable and takes time to talk through things. I've never felt rushed by her. Lydia has done Botox for me for about a year now and has even helped me resolve my TMD pain which also transformed my face by slimming my jawline. My confidence has been boosted. My headaches have slowed down substantially. The office is beautifully decorated and clean and the entire staff is lovely to interact with. They handle concerns in a friendly and attentive way. They will squeeze you in whenever they can to meet your scheduling needs. Just a great place with an extensive menu of services. I highly recommend

Came here for a hydrafacial and really enjoyed it. I still can't get over the price of hydrafacials in this area compared to LA. I used to pay $100 for an hour in LA but in DMV it's double, or even triple at some places. So I called a few places and picked Javan because they were very friendly and helpful over the phone and the place is located close to my office. It was easy to get an appointment on a Friday so I stopped by after work to get my weekend started with glowy skin. My esthetician, Margaryta, was super sweet and explained each step she was taking and the products she was using. She was very thorough and made sure to be gentle around my nose since I was experiencing some redness in that area. The treatment room was small but clean and comfy. I think hydrafacials are the best for winter skin. It really helps with dehydrated or dull skin and if you keep up with it on a monthly basis, you'll see results. If you're looking for a deep cleansing type of facial with thorough extractions then get that in between hydrafacials. This treatment is really intended for hydration and gentle pore cleansing. The water container at the end is always interesting to look at.

I was feeling run down from work/travel and went to Javan for an IV therapy bag to boost my immunity. Margaryta was very gentle and informative getting the IV started and her experience and calm demeanor helped me relax. I would absolutely recommend Javan for any of their services!

Recently got my laser hair removal here and it was a game changer. Definitely recommend this place!! 10/10

Javan's storefront is absolutely gorgeous inside. Everyone I have encountered who works there has gone above and beyond to be welcoming and hospitable. I have received a few B12 shots from Javan and each time it has been quick and easy and left me feeling extra energized. They are also very knowledgeable on all of the services they offer. I recommend checking them out!

I had the pleasure of seeing Nurse Margaryta today for a first-time lip filler and Xiomin appointment - given that I'm a first timer to all things cosmetic, Margaryta answered my many questions and made the entire appointment very comfortable. Her work is outstanding - my lips look exactly the way I wanted them to, and I'm very happy with the Xiomin results. I plan to recommend Nurse Margaryta to all my friends and look forward to coming back for future appointments!

I've been getting facials & peels for years but have never had anything quite like Javan's hydrafacial! It left my skin feeling moisturized & softer than I can remember. I talked to Camille about my new (& annoying) acne scars and we decided to add in the blue obagi peel to improve my complexion. So grateful that she took the time to listen to my needs and find a plan that works best for me inside & outside of the office! Will definitely be back soon!

I cannot say enough great things about the staff at Javan Wellness. They are not only extremely knowledgeable about all things anti-aging and wellness, but also are the utmost welcoming and friendly. The locations of Javan in DC and Arlington are very convenient, and the staff welcomes last minute bookings, if available! I love and trust Margaryta and Anita, along with their entire staff for any of my skincare treatments or questions. A unique service I also love and recommend is their vitamin B12 shots. I had my first B12 shot during my busy fall season, and noticed a significant difference in my energy levels. I always look forward to returning to Javan!

I didn't know exactly what I wanted/needed so the esthetician took the time to explain the different options and long term plans. I received the hydrafacial which is INCREDIBLE. Can't say enough amazing things about Javan in Ballston! Seriously the kindest and most talented group of women supporting women I've been around! Not only do they do great work (I've had Botox, hydra facials and purchased skin care) but they only will do what they recommend. Most places I've been just want to make money and will Do whatever I think I need or how ever many units but Javan takes the time to learn your face and the client and only do what they think will look natural and best. I also had a strange reaction to a product I purchased there and without and questions they gave me product to try right away free of charge to try and fix the issue. Amazing people! Highly recommend!

I've been curious about Botox and fillers for a long time, but hadn't bothered to try it. I'm 31, with two small children, and let's just say the stress of motherhood has started to take its toll. I'll admit, I was a little intimidated because I don't look like a supermodel with picture-perfect skin and have always been self-conscious of my skin and face in general; however, my apprehension melted away as soon as I walked in the door. The staff here is absolutely amazing! Margaryta and Shannon made me feel completely at ease, even while assessing my face and suggesting fixes for problem spots (something that would normally be a nightmare scenario for me!). They patiently answered all my questions, including walking me through how each product works, how long until I see the full effects, etc, and offered plenty of new information I wouldn't have known to ask. The first procedure they did was to put fillers in my cheekbone area. I told them I didn't want to look like I had fillers, just subtle enough to look natural. They said I already have really defined cheekbones and agreed that I didn't need a lot; they then suggested putting a little more on my right side because it was flatter than my left. (They correctly guessed that I slept on that side!) I was especially impressed that they didn't try to sell me on more than I needed or wanted; instead, they really listened and focused intently on making me as happy as possible with the results. After the filler they did Botox. I was concerned about the lines on my forehead and between my eyes; they agreed and also suggested a unit or two in my right brow to lift it and make it even with my left. I was ecstatic, I had no idea a single shot of Botox could fix my uneven eyebrows! I'll be forever grateful to them for this :) I was so happy with the results of the Botox and fillers, I figured I'd ask them about lip injections while I was there. I've never wanted huge, obviously overdone lips, but was confident they could give me a subtle plump. I'm so glad I asked, because as with the Botox, they noticed that the right side of my top lip was thinner than the left and also had a slightly different shape at the corner. Don't ask me why I had never noticed this, I have no idea! They put a little more in that side to make my lip even, and did a few small injections around the edges of my lips to define the border and overall enhance my lips. Just a warning: even with numbing cream, the lip injections HURT like a mother. I swore to my sister afterward that I would never do it again; however, now that the swelling has gone down and I see the full result, it's completely worth it! If it's especially painful, just ask for ice, that seemed to be more effective than numbing alone. I completely recommend Javan to anyone looking for a non-surgical pick-me-up! I've read a lot about Botox, fillers, etc., but was absolutely blown away by everything they could do with them. Shannon and Margaryta's magic hands completely changed the symmetry of my face (for the better) and yet my 5-year-old daughter didn't believe me when I told her what they did. For me this is the sweet spot, enhancing what you have, while being subtle enough that you don't look different or unnatural. I am over-the-moon happy with the results. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!
