Truly a disaster! They didn’t have enough staff in both the kitchen and the restaurant. We had only 4 dishes but it took us 2 hours to finish the meal. We were asked if we wanted dessert. No, thanks! Didn’t want to waste smother 30 minutes for the dessert to arrive. Foodwise, it’s not good. Never again!

We had best meal in Caceres ! Highly recommend the tasting menu , we can tell chef pay attention to every single dishes and we really enjoyed it . They all delicious especially red pawn and scallop with caviar. It was a creative presentation and staffs are all very nice . Such a great night ! I do think this restaurant deserve a Michele star !

Delicious, original dishes with impeccable presentation. Everything was of the highest quality, including the wines and staff attention. We appreciate them keeping the restaurant open when bad weather resulted in us having the restaurant by ourselves.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary here and despite it being a quiet evening, we had a really lovely time. The chef and front of house could not have been more accommodating and went out of their way to make our evening special. The food was delicious and varied. The cheesecake was divine!

Today was my second visit to Javier Martín. I left the restaurant loving it even more. The food is delicious and the service is the best in Cáceres. Excellent attention to detail. We had grilled vegetables, eggs with mushrooms and prawns, rice with lobster and grilled sirloin. The rice with lobster is a must try! Superb!

This was a really great culinary experience. We chose the 75 EUR menu and it didn’t disappoint. The food was super fresh, tasted amazingly and the service was impeccable. While all dishes tasted great, the bone marrow and the sirloin were outstanding. The entire experience exceeded our expectations by a mile. Well done !

Two couples on a Monday night two weeks ago. We continue to talk about the food and attention received during our meal. The food was delicious and interesting and innovative. The chef/owner greeted us and later came out to check on us at the end.
