*Vegan upcharges are on the high side, so if you keep that in mind, then you won't be hit with sticker shock.
EXCELLENT Vegan options
I've never been able to make JUST egg omelets this fluffy. The V. Chorizo was so flavorful. I need to know what these used, because *chefs kiss*.
The V. Sausage links aren't the sad freezer ones. Big enough to split lengthwise and share for the kids meals.
V. French toast was sweet & crispy. If you've ever tried ordering French Toast in hopes of scraping off the egg (if that doesn't bother you), then you can appreciate the absolute lack of said egg.
Husband devoured the scramble. The flavor, amount, and consistency was on point. V. Tofu scrambles vary widely. This was moist, not dry. Keep that in mind with your preferences. They were so friendly and prepared that I'm sure they'd be willing to moderate that in some way.
*s/n it did come out less warm than preferred and cooled quickly.
Only complaint was about the V. Pancake and I'm pretty sure it just depends on preference. Littles said they were "stretchy" rather than fluffy.
We'll definitely be coming back at some point. I'm thinking we could share some dishes, have great vegan food that we didn't have to cook, and pay closer to $60 for a family of four.
I don't remember the server's name, but she was so awesome! It was definitely more of a team atmosphere with anyone bussing as they walked by.
