"Easily the go-to spot for brunch in Jacksonville Beach, diners can get everything from standard American breakfast plates with eggs and bacon to crepes filled with ricotta and berry compote, to a fully customizable breakfast bowl or taco platter. Most weekends the owner of the restaurant can be seen walking around singing opera to groups of tables, so consider this breakfast with a show." - Megan duBois

Must try. Best Restaurant we ate at in Jacksonville. Very delicious. Everything was great about the food and restaurant itself. It was packed with a line outside and we got our food in less than 10minutes. I ordered the Haus cakes with eggs and sausage, and honestly good luck finishing all that food. The pancakes were so big and delicious i was genuinely surprised. My wife ordered the Cajun Bowl Benni and it was soo good. I tried it and it did not disappoint. She said her cold brew tasted like the syrup was house made, and my smoothie did as well. Great place to take your family. And there was a decent line to get in, but we said no preference where we sat and literally didnt even finish talking to the lady before our table was ready. They do have the text or email service to let you know your table is ready.

Google
We didn’t know they closed at 2, but they still got us in to a crowded restaurant 10 minutes before close and gave rapid and upstanding service. All of the hosts and servers were kind to us and our 3 kids. Food and drinks perfect no complaints which is rare from the kids. Highly recommend getting whatever special they have for the day on their Benedict

Google
Was craving brunch and this place hit the spot. The Korean French toast was really tasty. Enjoyed the chorizo biscuit and gravy too. Definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu.

Google
Stopped by a popular local brunch spot, and the place was packed! 🍽️ After finally grabbing a seat, I was handed a massive menu—even the omelet section had over 10 flavors. Talk about creativity! 📜✨ I went for a classic omelet, which was fluffy, loaded with fillings, and piping hot—so be careful with that first bite! 🔥 But the real surprise? Millet porridge with Parmesan cheese. The texture was smooth and delicate, and once the cheese melted in, it became this rich, creamy masterpiece. Simple yet unforgettable. A must-try! 🧀🥣💛

Google
I had my daughter’s rehearsal dinner/ welcome dinner here on Valentine’s Day evening. We also had a wedding on the next day and a breakfast on the following day. I have to say out of all 3 events the one at Brunch Haus topped them all! Matt Kemp is an absolute angel, he went above and beyond! The food and drinks could not have been better! I cannot even begin to express my sincere gratitude! The staff were incredible and went out of their way all evening! We are so thankful for the amazing event that they made for us!

Google
Loved Sunday brunch here, everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. The beignets with the hot honey and jam were amazing! I had the Honey D and son had it cold. I preferred it hot and it was really good. The wait wasn’t that bad as we arrived a bit after the Sunday rush. We will definitely be back when we visit the area again.

Google
This place is a classic. I've been coming here for years, but I brought my husband in for the first time and everything was awesome. Also, the crabcake was way better than I expected. I always try the rotating martini and always ask about the rotating benni. This time it was a pb and j martini and an orzo and scallop benni. I wasn't disappointed. 🤤

Google
Spicy Bloody Mary, Shrimp & grits with Just Egg (LOTS of vegan options). Super flavorful meal. GREAT atmosphere, exceptional customer service. Sat at the bar. Just an overall amazing experience. Definitely eating here again! Karli: AWESOME bartender 😊 Definitely eat here!!

Yelp
The service was fantastic from the hostess to the server, everyone worked in harmony and made my first experience there wonderful. My hat is off to the entire team for job well done. I even got a compliment on my t-shirt "TGIF : Thank God I 'm Fishing" The dish I tried which was FANTASTIC was the Haus KFfT ... DEELISH (TRY -IT) you will understand. The flavors had a dance contest in my mouth...LOL. I know sounds crazy but try it.... When I come back in town this will be my go to joint.

Yelp
We were a party of six visiting the area. What an amazing gem this turned out to be. From the coffee to the benedit to the pancakes to shrimp/grits. It was all fantastic. Great vibes with top notch service. Felipe was our server and he truly represented the restaurant as well as himself at the highest level. I would recommend this restaurant to all who come to Jacksonville. Truly outstanding!!!!!

Patricia K.

Yelp
One of our favorite brunch spots. Get the corn beef hash. So delicious! The specialty coffee drinks are amazing!

Yelp
Love, love, love this place from the ambiance to the food and service. I can honestly say I have never had a bad drink or dish here. I am a creature of habit and love the breakfast sandwich, which I can never finish. My wife wanted to go here to close out her birthday weekend and it was a treat. I will say my absolute favorite part about Jax Beach Brunch Haus, with every meal you get a song from an operatic angel.

Yelp
First time in Jacksonville and Brunch Hauss was highly highly rated by locals (and google). It's clearly a very popular local spot and was pretty busy for a Thursday morning- mind you it is Spring Break time so that could have an influence. Wait time was under 5 minutes for 5 of us and we were greeted quickly by our server, Carly. We ordered alcoholic drinks (espresso martini + dancing in the moonlight) and a spicy espresso shot. Apparently they grind up cayenne pepper and infuse it in the espresso shots to make it spicy- it was really good highly recommend if you can handle spice! For food, we ordered the JBBQ sandwich on sourdough that came with pulled pork, pickled jalapeños, and 2 over easy eggs that was INCREDIBLE. The french toast- absolutely amazing- (I think they fry the toast with cinnamon sugar). And the "let love rule" benni with bacon that had hollandaise and chipotle aioli on top for extra flavor. They didn't go cheap on the avocado either, which I really appreciated. I can definitely see why this place is so highly rated and loved by the locals. Excited to come back next trip to Jacksonville!

Michael M.

Yelp
Great service ! Our waitress Taylor was excellent. Warm atmosphere. Enjoined my meat loaf sandwich. Good breakfast, brunch and lunch spot. Today had live music for Christmas

Thea N.

Yelp
Traditional small breakfast place and long wait. I loved the chill, Florida vibes like you're just hanging out on the patio. The only thing I really loved was my spiked coffee. For the food and the price - eh. I love me a bowl of shrimp and grits, but this plate left me wanting and the price was not worth it, but then again, is a little bit pricey at the beach. It was honestly a good plate of shrimp and grits but was not filling.

Skye K.

Yelp
Visit date:: 13Apr24 First timer!! Oh man what a fantastic brunch spot! Food was amazing! I ordered the Baja surf and turf omelette, which was blackened shrimp, chorizo, avocado, chipotle aioli, minus the pico with their haus potatoes and my girlfriend got French toast. Def will eat here again and highly recommend. Nice spot and family friendly. Staff was friendly. Also had a good bar selection. Oh and had a special appearance by one of their servers who sang, he was awesome too!

Yelp
Step into The Haus, where breakfast and lunch unite in a cunning plot for world domination - the suspense is real! With an eclectic menu that gives classics a twist, this Jax Beach gem offers indoor revelry and intimate outdoor vibes just blocks from the Atlantic. Beware: on weekends, parking and seating become coveted treasures. Now, the food drama unfolds: a 3-star teaser. While options abound, the dishes can lack somewhat of a culinary identity. But fear not! The impeccable service, diverse beverages, and reasonable pricing elevates the Haus to a solid 4-star finale. Don't miss the stellar specialty coffees - they are a plot twist worth savoring! For breakfast, lunch, or a sip of delight, The Haus weaves an enchanting experience that'll leave your taste buds applauding.

Yelp
Dreaded parking and wait time, but it was actually not bad at all! We found a spot right away, & we got seated almost as soon as we got there for a party of 4. Staff was friendly, place was clean, and we were attended to pretty quickly. We got a brunch omelette, crab cake sandwich, Korean style French toast.. everything was decently good. The crab cake sandwich was really good. Probably the best thing we tried. Wasn't a fan of the omelette.. it was a bit dry so I did not enjoy that one. Also, they charged 50 cents for a side of bbq sauce. I just thought it was unusual and no warning of it. Love supporting local and worth a try! Would return to try other items.

Lauren M.

Yelp
Super cute breakfast spot. We sat outside and it was really nice. I got the Nutella latte with oat milk and it was delicious. Hubs got the vanilla latte and thought it was great, not too sweet. For breakfast I got the love it Bennie w the smoked salmon and it was so good! The goat cheese is a really nice touch. I also loved that I could get it with gluten free bread. Yum. Hubs got the surf n turf Bennie and he ate the whole thing. We both had a yummy chipotle sauce on it and it was really great. We would come back :)

Haeley W.

Yelp
Great food, vibes, and drinks! 10/10 recommend going here while visiting in Jacksonville.

Amber J.

Yelp
This is your new favorite brunch spot! Brunch Haus in Jacksonville Beach is like none other. Y'all... Iove it! From the owner serenading us, to the delicious bites & yummy cocktails. It's just a vibe. You've gotta go. My favorite dish? Would vou believe I can't pick one!?! Seriously, everything is so good! They've got it all: Bodacious bennys, pancakes, salads, sandwiches, and Godzilla Quesadillas (next on my list) Brunch Haus, I can't wait to come back!

Julissa L.

Yelp
The food was great the wait was the exact time. The serving size wasnt outrageous. I would say though for me it was a bit loud and the tables were a little close but it wasn't an issue .

Hanay W.

Yelp
It would have been a 5 star but my moms food (Let Love Rule Salmon Benedict) had a hair in it :( but the server was very nice and accommodating and they made her a new one quickly! Besides that... A brunch spot that I will be back for The staff & service was quick, friendly, and accommodating! I love the vibe of the restaurant which offers indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. Their menu offers a variety of breakfast, lunch, and drink options with a vegan section as well!! I enjoyed my food and experience very much and would recommend stopping by if you're in the area. Shrimp & Eggs & Grits: 10/10 I loved my shrimp and grits!! I opted to get my eggs medium and the shrimp blackened, and they were cooked perfectly! I highly recommend this dish

Lori F.

Yelp
Service was great! We enjoyed the Cappuccino with oat milk $7 (kind of small for this price) but decent. Matcha latte $5.75 Classic Haus Benedict w corn beef $16- highly recommend Avocado toast with scrambled tofu $14 nice n healthy Ambiance was high energy at 8am on a Sat!

Zach L.

Yelp
Hands down one of the best breakfasts I've had in recent memory. I had the Haus KFFT and I was worried I'd be disappointed with the flavors and hungry afterwards. Neither was the case. I was stuffed and I had one of the most unique flavorful breakfast fusions I've ever had. I could eat this experience once a week.

Whitney T.

Yelp
We FINALLY got to try this place after wanting to for so long! Unfortunately for me I'm not a patient person so the fact that there is a constant wait is a big drawback for me, but the stars aligned for us this Saturday! It was just my husband and I and the wait for 2 was super reasonable, especially if you're open to 1st available. We were told 20-25 mins and waited almost exactly 25 mins. But they have a QR code at the check in table where you can order and pay for drinks and they bring them outside to you, which made the wait not so bad! My husband had the benne of the day which was a ramen themed one. He liked it a lot. I had the Strawberry Fields Forever salad with grilled chicken. Perfect portion size and super yummy candied pecans, with goat cheese. It was fresh and hit the spot. We also tried a drink we loved, I can't remember the name of it but it featured whiskey, a berry compote, and lemonade. Super yummy! We loved sitting at the bar watching the super talented bartenders concoct fun looking drinks. Overall atmosphere is loud but lively. We definitely won't let the wait keep us away any longer!

Chanelle G.

Yelp
Nothing but good vibes experienced at Jax Beach Brunch Haus! The staff were very friendly from the time we got there until the time we left. I was super intrigued by their benni of the day ramen dish that was displayed so decided to order this item for brunch. Definitely a great decision! Enjoyed every bit of it. We also tried the sandwich on croissant bread with eggs on the side and it did not disappoint. The drinks were amazing as well as we had the Dancing in the Moonlight and Welcome to the Jungle. Both amazing. Definitely will be returning!

Jessica P.

Yelp
Had a wonderful brunch here with my girlfriends over the weekend. Because we had a large group the wait was long but the food was worth it. We had drinks, food and even for to listen to the owner play piano while he serenaded the guest with his amazing opera tunes. Definitely recommend but be prepared to wait.

Gregg A.

Yelp
Waiter went above and beyond even sitting down next to my wife to help her with her breakfast/brunch selection.

Chad M.

Yelp
Went on a weekend morning long wait would not take reservations. Service was good as was the food just very busy

Pierre L.

Yelp
I went here because of all the great reviews I ordered super vegan tofu scramble food was good but I didn't get to finish it went to use the bathroom when I returned my table was cleaned and customers the waitress was apologetic she didn't clean the table Was never compensated from the manager hate to say it but I will not go here again

Darryl B.

Yelp
Great place to dine with family and friends. Friendly upbeat atmosphere with lots of helpful staff. Our server, Andy was very personable and professional that gave excellent suggestions with the menu. The food came out fast, hot and to our satisfaction

Kathy P.

Yelp
Good place for brunch and piano artists Food is ok, service is great! Make sure you stop by for a great brunch any day of the week.

Rick P.

Yelp
Actually been a long time since I have been at the brunch house. Started off with morning eye opening drinks. Mimosa for candyce and bloody mary for me. Need a celery stick or even better, dill pickle. Decided to get one of Benedicts for me. Eggs done good. Nice thick ham. And the hollandaise sauce was very good. Great service and good food. Great selection from the menu. Over all, pretty good

Clint W.

Yelp
The staff and food were great! While I enjoy live music, it's entirely too loud. The speaker is sitting on top of the piano and the guy is belting out songs as if he were outside. Live music should create a harmonious feeling in the environment, and it was anything but... I recommend placing the speaker under the piano and dropping the volume a few decibels so people can enjoy conversing with those at their table.

Naw-am D.

Yelp
Gosh. I love this place so much! The food. The coffee. The live music. Just superb. Very popular spot and parking can be a bit tricky. Just drive around twice or something... someone eventually leaves. Wait times vary. Sometimes I've waited for 35 minutes sometimes they tell me it's 20 minutes and only wait 5 minutes. Regardless of the wait times, Jax Brunch Haus never lets me forget they are worth waiting for. They let you order a beverage on your phone via online menu and bring it right out to ya. Sometimes the owner even brings it out himself... if he's not checking you in, helping out in the kitchen or playing the piano. That's right you heard me / read it correct. The owner. Very chill, super friendly and you would never know he owned this place since he literally does every job under the roof. AND he can SING. The atmosphere is very inviting. It's just a few blocks from the beach so a great place to get some grub before or after a nice walk on the beach. It can get pretty loud, tables are close together. Their outdoor seating is not my fave though.. just feels super detached? Like the vibe doesn't carry over to the outdoor area. It's quieter and cozy. If you're not starving, just ask for indoors. You'll see On to the food! I'm a huge fan of their Benni's.. all of them. The egg is always exactly how it should be, never too overcooked which is always something that makes or breaks the reviews. The English muffin's texture is great, taste is delectable! A new menu item I've never seen before is their Korean Fried chicken French toast. I had to try it! I'm happy I did! They've got really good sauce and that chicken is so juicy and tender on the inside. The outside is very very crunchy...as it should be. The toasted bread is on the sweeter side already not sure you need any more syrup. Some items my friends have ordered in the past include a veggie scramble which was pretty good. You can't go wrong with their omelette's either. My real favorite here is the grits. Oh so thick and creamy! Just like I like it. Overall a great breakfast / brunch spot! A true winner restaurant for sure!

David F.

Yelp
Know that you're going to wait. It's a good thing - get a cocktail and a menu. You may need some time to digest their offerings. So many great items. Avocado toast, scrambled eggs, fruit cup, alla huge steak lovers quesadilla, half order of biscuits and gravy and shrimp and grits. All were very good and we spent the better part of two and a half hours catching up with old friends. If we're ever in the area we would certainly come back, but I highly recommend this; oh and try their gin blossom drink!

Becca C.

Yelp
Good not great. If you are a vegetarian or have one in the group, this would be a great option. Food: Iced dirty chai - this was fantastic. Not too sweet and a large serving. Classic haus benni - a bit pricy for just the benni. I paid extra for the fruit. The corn beef was tender and flavorful and the spinach was well cooked. The eggs were not consistent. One was slightly over cooked and the other was slightly undercooked. Though I am sure that if I had asked they would have fixed it, I just don't care for eggs enough to send them back. The hollandaise was good but lacked something that would put it over the top. Fruit - my side of fruit cost $4 which would be fine except it was a few berries sitting on top of underripe melon with a few pieces of overripe pineapple. The quality of the fruit was not in line with the price. Service: My server was very friendly and attentive. She got my order in ride away and my food came out very quickly. She checked on me a few times throughout my meal and made sure I had everything I needed. Ambiance: The restaurant was lovely. I sat inside but there are outdoor seating options. Each table had a small floral arrangement which I thought was a lovely touch. The restaurant appeared to be clean and well maintained.

Edmund G.

Yelp
What a gem! Delicious food, excellent staff and great location. I sat at the bar and enjoyed every second. The staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent suggestions and substitution options. My first bite into my meal was truly sensational. I ended up chatting with the staff way pass closing. Everyone made me feel like I was with family. The ambiance definitely embraced their mantra: Live Love Local Great place for vegans and non-vegans to eat.

Amie S.

Yelp
The cutest brunch spot! There is usually a 20-30 minute wait but it was well worth it. The atmosphere reminds me of the cozy mom and pop restaurants in North Carolina/the mountains and the food was delicious. All the Benni's of the menu looked amazing, I ended up ordering the Benni of the day which was the filet mignon Benedict. The Haus KFFT French toast was a little too oily for me but the chicken had the best flavor. Will definitely come back to try more!!

C W.

Yelp
Visited for the first time on Father's Day. Arrived at noon and there was a 45 minute wait. We found a table outside in the shade and ordered cocktails. Our cocktails (2 Bloody Marys and a Paradise City) were delivered outside to our table within a few minutes. The wait was exactly 45 minutes. Andy was our server. He was very friendly and attentive and pointed out the favorites on the menu since this was our first visit. My husband and I both ordered a Brilliant Brunch with omelettes (T. W. Mexicali and Farm Fresh) and my daughter order the Benni Special. Our order came out quickly and all of our food was very good. Such a nice way to celebrate Father's Day. Already looking forward to our next visit.

N K.

Yelp
I love Brunch Haus. But today I'm writing to let you know about the Haus KFFT. Korean Fried French Toast, Kimchi, Sesame Glazed Fried Chicken.., do I need to say anything else? This really was so good! Trust me - try this!

Kaitlin W.

Yelp
This place has the best vegan options! The food is really good, I got the avocado toast with a side of fries. To drink I got the haus chai latte iced and it was delicious. I have been here before and got the avocado toast topped with the tofu scramble but this time I didn't add anything to it and got it as it came. The fries were not my favorite, they were harder than I prefer so I probably wouldn't order those again. This place does get pretty busy and doesn't have the best parking options. I would recommend for anyone looking for a brunch place by Jax Beach.

Micheal W.

Yelp
Every time I come here I always enjoy it, I don't know if it's just being right on the beach or if I just love the food and the coffee options, definitely a place to come if you've never been to Jax Beach before. Today my server was exceptional. The ambience here is amazing You can definitely tell you're at the beach.

Jeanette M.

Yelp
We chose to meet our daughter here for breakfast. After reading other reviews we arrived early so we could get on the waitlist, as it turned out we waited just long enough for her to arrive. We chose first available and ended upon a courtyard area. There were plenty of fans but due to the heat it was getting warm by the time we left. My husband ordered a specialty old-fashioned and I had a mimosa and then followed it up with a peach Bellini. They have a lot of Benedicts on their menu. I chose one that was topped with avocado, goat cheese, poached, eggs, of course. Yummy. My husband tried the steak and eggs with toast. A steak was cooked well and the portion size was appropriate for breakfast. My daughter who does not eat eggs opted for a potato hash, which she enjoyed very much and toast.

Megan H.

Yelp
Not only are they close for easy access but the service is amazing. They have options for anyone if you are GF or Vegan this is the brunch place for you. Can't wait to go back.

Steve R.

Yelp
Warm setting with amazing food choices. Service is fantastic! Every time in town we going to visit and soak up the great vibe there!

William M.

Yelp
The place to go for a wonderful brunch when in JAX. Alex and I love the vibe and of course the food. Everything we tried so far (grits with shrimp, the avocado toast, the sampler, the various cocktails, etc...) was so good. Staff is very friendly, especially the barman who always mix something special to my wife's taste! Really worth the wait outside before getting in!

Denise S.

Yelp
Food was good. Menu a bit confusing. The hash is deconstructed and you choose the carb to put it on. A little direction would have been nice for first timers. The table beside us must have been regulars because they had 100 percent more attention from wait staff and management than we did. Felt a bit awkward .

Jaime C.

Yelp
This is my absolute favorite brunch spot at the beach. The business is locally owned and not a big chain which makes it even better in my opinion. The drinks are fabulous. The strawberry swing is my fav, it's a fresh strawberry mimosa. You are going to wait on the weekends but they will serve you drinks outside. Is there anything better than that!?!?! I don't think so. If you are at the beaches it is a must try.

Aiyana V.

Yelp
Super busy brunch spot and for good reason! Highly recommend arriving early because there are no reservations, only first come first serve. But the food is so worth it! Although it was just the service was fast and the food came out fresh. Highly recommend trying the build your own brunch option to get the most out of your brunch. The sweet root hash with the fresh pico salsa on top was sweet and salty, umami from the veggies; the perfect balance of flavor and try the house made salsa verde! Also recommend the Korean French toast with fried chicken and kimchi; such an unexpected combination but the sweetness from French toast was cut by the freshness of the kimchi and the texture of the chicken! Can't go wrong with whatever you order and they are very vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Aditi D.

Yelp
Amazing vegan options. The vegan chorizo wrap is the best thing I have ever had at a brunch place! Every time we bring people here they always love it- no one has ever been disappointed. I also love that their hot sauce is actually hot!

Nicole T.

Yelp
I first ate here right around the tail end of Covid so we were all sitting outside and the menu was very limited. I decided to try it again and was not disappointed. I ordered the shrimp and grits and a side steak. And my husband ordered the Crab cake Hash. The food was on our table in less than 15 mins no lie and still hot and fresh. We were so hungry and it was so good i forgot to take picture prior to eating lol

Tiffany L.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my meal here! I was with a friend and we sat at the bar where Carrie helped us. The benni of the day/week sounded amazing, but I ended up going with my personal go-to, the veggie benedict (with a side of bacon), which didn't disappoint. It was delicious! This place was packed and had a wait, but it was worth it. I love how happy the staff seem here. It makes the vibe of the place so enjoyable.

Kyra B.

Yelp
Absolutely loved this spot for breakfast! The amount of vegan and vegetarian options was phenomenal (and definitely something I have been struggling with finding at most spots!). This place was absolutely a crowd pleaser providing traditional delicious options for my parents who love and all American breakfast but also options for me with dietary restrictions and a love of good coffee! The wait was not bad at all this morning when we went (though I'm guessing this is a bit of a fluke!) and our server was very attentive and kind. It is a bit loud inside but that's just the sign of a great brunch place! The decorations were cute and the space offered both indoor and outdoor seating! Will absolutely be back next time I am in town!

Erica C.

Yelp
So yummy...and for a large party on Christmas Eve. Inside: Nice, smaller but well spaced and not loud. Live Christmas Music. Food: Kids pancakes with chocolate chips x4, one with fruit and the rest with sausage. Large and filling even for my 13 yo. Let love rule beni- goat cheese, avocado, whole grain toast- flavorful, super good, great size (daughter ate some) Side of Corned beef hash: very good- flavorful corned beef and not dry at all. Reuben Sandwich: Large, super good, on marble bread. Fries, crisp and super salty. Drinks: All good, my bloody was great, added extra hot sauce. Waitress: (Carley) Wonderful. Sweet, quick, on top of it all. They do close at 2, for awareness so you arrive in time/not last minute.

Ciara H.

Yelp
10/10 must try! They have a really good menu, and the have vegetarian options as well! I got the avocado toast, the bread is thick and the toppings were hooked up!! My husband had the Benny of the day, flavorful and delicious For the cocktail I had the dancing in the moon light (I think is what it's called) We also had the breakfast shots, like what you will not expect he aftertaste. Mmmm

Arline N.

Yelp
We did have a 25 minute wait Saturday morning but the food was worth the wait. It was plentiful yummy and affordable for the area. We were outside and it was a bit loud but overall we will go again.
