Three stars for their service, nice waiter, plus a located at a convenient location, but the food is not great, and the price is high for the quality and quantity.
They have a fixed menu on the wall for years, but it's our first visit. We tried the small plate, Grilled Octopus, as the appetizer, then we ordered Stone sea bass, Scallops and their Rohan duck breast bread for the main dishes. For $18, we only got a small portion of an octopus leg (see picture). The couscous comes with the sea bass is overcook and soggy, while the sea bass is over fried. Oh, I forgot to mention the bread before the meal was burned (not artfully blackened, but burned). But the place has a homey feel - you can see the chef, and the waiter is nice. They do make you feel welcome and relaxed.
