Great service. Nice facility, clean and welcoming. The food is what’s holding this place back. I had the pretzel bites. The pretzels were basically chunks of pretzel dough with hardly any flavor. The cheese sauce made them even worse. The only redeeming item was the mustard. Then I had the chimichurri tacos, the meat was tender and flavorful, but the tortillas were cheap and store-bought, barely even warm, and there was very little meat in them. Certainly not worth the price for two tacos and some “guacamole“ which tasted like mushed up avocado, and nothing else.

Remember to bring cash here so no 2% of your total bill merchant fee charged when you get your bill. I know this place is newer so giving feedback to help adjust. Texas Roadhouse quality at double the price for the steak. The meat quality was more of a rubbery texture. The smashed potatoes were good, ordered with no sauce! The fish was too crispy a Lil too blackened and the sauce and greens were overly salty and the sauce was too much spice. The dish when I asked was described to me as the sauce was more of a garnish on the plate, which I think would be better, instead it came out so much sauce drenched and overpowered the food. The Caesar salad was really good! Love the hint of lemon dressing with it. Please disclose the total 2% merchant fee add on the menus and not just have this be a surprise on the bill. I asked what this fee was and was told it was for processing cards.

So glad we took a chance on this new restaurant! It has a modern rustic Texas feel, smoky flavors, and attentive service. Please keep it up—such a great addition to the Toyota Music Factory area. Also hoping the dessert menu will be expanded.

The drinks here were amazing and the service was excellent but I have to say, the food was horrible. In the picture you can see we ordered “crispy Brussels sprouts”. What we received were soggy half-cooked Brussels sprouts. They were inedible. I also ordered the Pastor Tacos. They were at least edible but some of the worst tacos I have had. The meat was a very mushy consistency. I was hoping to at least snack on some fries with the tacos but turns out, even though the menu says they come with fries or salad, they do not. But the drinks were really good. I would come back to this place for drinks alone. Hopefully they fix the kitchen situation.

Amazing! We remember this place from when it was in downtown Dallas. Pleasant surprise when we saw it was coming to Las Colinas. We tried delicious food that came promptly to the table. Dalyn was a great server, knowledgeable and gave recommendations that we enjoyed. Jonathan, the manager, also came to check on us, thank you! Make sure you make space for dessert! We’ll be back!

We stopped by there after watching Dinosaurs at Alamo Draft House on July 4th. Chloe took very good care of us! Chicken fried steak and salmon was great. There were no leftovers. We will definitely be back!

Tried this place after the Red Bull Flugtag event. The service was fantastic and the food was awesome! I got the venison schnitzel and my friend got the chicken fried steak; both were delicious! Our servers were very friendly and took great care of us. Can't wait to go back.

Unfortunately, this was the worst restaurant experience I've had in a while. The service was slow and very lackluster. All the employees seemed to not care, and there wasn't a Manager in sight. The food was simply terrible. I ordered a 14 oz ribeye and my wife order a filet mignon. I ordered medium rare and half the steak was literally raw. There was also no seasoning, very bland and dry...not a juicy steak. The filet was a little better, but also dry and not juicy. We had the Gulf Shrimp cocktail for an appetizer and the avocado was hard and not ripe, and the shrimp were raw. It was a terrible experience for $140. I will never go back.

Yelp
We were there during their unofficial soft opening and had no idea. Service: was on point without being pushy or obnoxious. Food: We had the pimento cheese and tea-marinated deviled eggs as appetizers, and split the burger. All of which was surprisingly good. We were really impressed with the burger on a sweet bun, smash burger style with freaking awesome cheese and grilled onions. Overall: Since they'd just opened, we couldn't find much info online and didn't know what to expect, but we really enjoyed it.

Yelp
Great addition to TMF! Good food... atmosphere... and service. Validated, ticketless garage parking. Use a credit card to get in the garage, then scan the QR code at host stand. Would be nice to offer some happy hour drinks / appetizers. Minimally on weekdays when there are no events? Might draw more people in to what was a pretty empty place at 5pm on a Friday. UPDATE: After looking at receipt, maybe they do offer happy hour drinks (just not listed on menu) since my $8 beer was $5. If so, advertise it! :)

Yelp
This place is amazing!! The food is fresh, spices are just right. The location is great. They are still in a build up construction phase where new places are opening up. So not alot of extra entertainment. The server we had was extremely polite and recommended a few other spots to hit. conversation was light and friendly. Left feeling content and delighted we gave this spot a try. It is a must try. But not a place that i can go to regularly. A lil pricey for once week or even twice. More of a 2 x a year or special night / concert night type of venue.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant with attentive waitstaff. We ordered 1/3 the menu and the standouts were Parker house rolls with cinnamon butter , grilled salmon, chicken fried steak, & ribeye, fries.

Yelp
Second time with Jaxon (first was takeout). I really wanted to like this place, but this was pretty rough. We had three different servers come to our table over a period of 15 minutes to take our drink order. No one seemed to know who was supposed to be our server. Drinks took forever, but finally arrived. After a long time, someone came to take our order. They were out of: 1. The NY Strip, 2. The Pastrami Sandwich, 3. Athletic Beer Golden, 4. Athletic Beer Run Wild. Food took an extraordinarily long time. We were seated at 7. Food was ordered around 7:30. Food came out at around 8:30. The restaurant was not very busy (less than half full). Two of the four entrees ordered were decent. One was mediocre and one was nearly inedible. Throughout the evening, water was rarely filled and empty drinks stayed empty and no one came by to ask if we wanted more. Overall, it was a really bad experience. This place will not survive.
