I had a great experience with the team at Jayde Parkside from the beginning. They know exactly what to do and when to do it and they respond quickly to your emails. They give comprehensive explanation and information about the apartment and everything you need to know. Both Lucy and Carmalita showed great customer service and I had a fantastic tour with both of them. The amenities at Jayde Parkside are top notch, the exterior and interior design is awesome, it's really a good living space with great location for whomever wants to get an apartment for the first time or move into another apartment. Great job Jayde Parkside team 👏 👍.

Randy Perez was amazing while leading my tour and showing me various apartments. He was all in on helping me find the apartment for me and definitely played an huge role in signing my lease. Extremely personable and glad he was here to be a part of my search. Alex also played an instrumental role in making sure paperwork and documentation was completed and I greatly appreciated his efforts and time regarding my situation. The apartments are smooth so far. Everything is very clean and new. Gym is better than any gym I viewed at any other apartment in the city. There’s not much to do around this location but it’s calm which is nice. Walmart, Harris Teeter and Downtown are all 10-15 min away. Package room and access is easy and seems to be protected. Packaged aren’t sitting out in the open like other apts. I’ve been here for two weeks. The only problem I’ve had with Jayde is when I arrived for move in day. No one was in the office at my scheduled move in time, so just had to wait outside and wasn’t contacted by anyone until almost an hour and a half after my scheduled move in time. Everything really been straight through besides that.

Ignore the previous poor reviews. This place is brand new, clean, and quiet. Lucy from the Leasing office is an ANGEL. She worked so hard to cover for the other amazing leasing agent and handled my application, move in, and tours like a pro. So far, I love it here.

I have never been more excited to refer someone to a building … I did my own personal research on this place for my god daughter because she is desperately looking for a new place in a great area … she called me with rave reviews about one of the leasing agents there Ms. Melvin I hope I’m spelling it correctly … she was kind polite and even went out of her way for my god daughter … made me want to move in lol … anyway thank you so much for your hospitality and sense of urgency to everything we needed !!!!!!! Not to mention the building is beautiful on top of amazing customer service I hope she picks this spot for sure … you have my vote !

I scheduled an appointment to tour the apartment today at 10am. It’s been over 40 minutes and no one is in the leasing office. I tried calling multiple times but the phone goes straight to voicemail. They’re very unprofessional, don’t waste your time.
