While the staff were friendly, our experience was disappointing. The restaurant is reputed for high-quality ingredients, yet the rodaballo we were served was the worst we’ve ever had!
I don’t think they use frozen or farmed fish but the texture was inexplicably creamy, completely unappetising. It was so badly prepared that even the waiter noticed, took it back for a second try in the kitchen, and brought it back after it was recooked.
We paid €155 for the worst rodaballo we’ve ever had it must be the most expensive and worst-cooked rodaballo in Spain.
