Jaz by Ana Roš is a welcoming, contemporary-style bistro with a young and lively atmosphere, which serves tasty, fun cuisine with a Mediterranean and occasionally Italian flavour, such as in the ceviche of Adriatic white fish with sauerkraut, pomegranate, sweet potato and puffed buckwheat, and the delicious focaccia with oyster mayonnaise, sardines, and tomato and basil salad.
