The JazzRoom is like the show Cheers everyone is welcome and friendly no matter what race you are everyone is welcome here, they have Karaoke on Thursday and Sunday Friday is R&B night Saturday most people have parties on that day but we still have a DJ if there is no party

Jazz room was a laid-back and fun experience. The environment was super fun and the drinks were amazing I highly recommend.

My long time friend celebrated her birthday there. The food was good and catered from an outside vendor. The atmosphere was pleasant and filled with old school music by the DJ.

I've been here a few time in the pass year , I only live 3 blocks away... It's cool for the hood , it could use a make over 👨🏼‍🔧 ⛏🔨🛠

Went june 9th Kuz it was like 1am maybe 🤔 idk but it was for my sister birthday just something quick to do after bowling we didn't stay long Kuz the were getting ready to close we were with a group and the vibes was ok the requlars were looking kuz we was lit! they were on their last few songs my sister asked the guy that was playing songs to play a song Kuz it was her birthday so he said ok so when I tried asking at first he ignored me but the guy who was sitting right next to him smiled at me and I asked him can he ask the dude to play a song and the one who was playing the music rudely said to me "No I'm only playing the song the birthday girl ask me and thats it!" Which I understand because they we closing but it's the way he said it that had me feeling like that who environment was just weird and unwelcoming so I decided I'm never going back. And that whole crowd was 10+ years older than us just a bad example fareal smh.

Always a real welcome. Just to put it plain and simple. Be real,get real. Shoot I was dragging after work. Went in had one bourbon one scotch and one beer. Could a went and put another shift in. Lol

It was alright tonight .....i like going to the jazz room but last they kept playing all my mama's favorites songs so I had one drank and left....sooo Happy Turkey Day

This is the neighborhood bar by which all others should be judged. Rough around the edges and friendly, with cheap drinks and gregarious locals with questionable boundaries. This is not a craft beer bar or a SF style cocktail bar. Even calling it a dive bar feels unfair, as authenticity like this goes far beyond the the prototype of that phrase. It is implied that you should not intercourse in the bathroom. You should definitely tip your server, as this is far from the easiest bar to tend in the city. It was a really awesome part of my several years in bay view on the many occasions I visited. It might take a moment or two to settle in for you- even after arriving - but it really is a fantastic place in its own way.

Diamond in the cut that's really what this place is it's a must visit when in the Area !!music drinks good friendly people the Vibe is one that everyone will most definitely like they're open late as well !

This is the place! Friendly people and posted "no rap music" as this is... the Jazz room! Old school feel this spot has some neighborhood vibes and community. Thanks for making everyone feel welcome!

A special little place that I'm really happy we stumbled upon. Patrons were playing some sweet music on the jukebox and bartender was kind and accommodating. Stiff drinks at a great price, locals only kind of place.
