Google
The food and drinks were excellent! The service was a little different. It was lacking organization, but they all seemed positive and courteous. It was busy. I loved my biscuits and gravy, and the bloody maria was great. Overall, I would definitely come back!

Google
We loved lunch at this local legend. I’m the only gluten free person in my family but no one realized it was gf! And the service was excellent. The waitress was kind and patient with our 14 year old. We’ll be back!

Google
I'd say this isn't fast food it's good food. The service is friendly. Taking our order was fast, the wait for food and drinks took time. We didn't mind cause we weren't in a rush and enjoyed our conversation. Food was really good, and the bloody mary, mimosas, and Irish coffee were tasty. I recommend trying it this place for brunch. We will be young back for lunch next time.

Google
Perfect. We had a reservation at Jazzy Ladies before a show at the Hult. We were greeted by super friendly staff. Everything was delicious. Our waiter was great. The owner came to our table to fill our water and was very nice. 10/10 no notes. 😊

Google
Pros: -chicken and waffles were excellent -the amaretto mimosa was oddly tasty, but I’m a sucker for a amaretto anything -the decor was lovely -there was no wait to be seated -great ambiance Cons - our service was terribly, terribly slow. But our waitress was nice, so we didn’t mind. Just be careful if you have a need for speed. Would def. come back!

Google
Really nice, casual but upscale dining. Caesar salad super yummy and vegan portobello superb! Cobbler also very good.

Google
I love the atmosphere and the new location is much bigger. The food looked colorful and was very delicious. I was served the wrong coffee but the server quickly replaced it. My only complaint was that the prices were too high. And that's why I give them 4 stars. The coffee of the month was Raspberry Mocha, which was 5.50 plus $1 for raspberry and $1 some other add on. $5 for a scone, ok. But the "special" banana bread was $8. It was heavy and as dense as a whole loaf. I might return to try a waffle, but not until payday.

Google
The food and great drinks were amazing. The service is good at the front of the house. Very, very slow on the delivery of food. Which can be a problem with a brunch when you’re super hungry. We got three of the different hashes, all of them were great. I will say the vegetarian was a bit plain compared to the other hashes that also had veggie. The drop biscuits were amazing

Yelp
I've been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The food is delicious, the employees are friendly, and the vibes are immaculate. The kitchen is fully gluten-free but you would never know with how good the food is. I usually get the chicken and waffles and it is fantastic. My friend also loves the chicken and waffles and gets it every time she visits from out of state. The chicken is always juicy and the batter is so delicious, you would never know it's gluten free. The waffle is also crispy and fluffy and the syrup completes the whole dish. Today I mixed it up and got the crispy chicken sandwich with a decaf honey bear latte, and my friend got the chicken and waffles as always and a chai latte. The sandwich was fantastic and filling and the fries were well-cooked. The ranch that came with them was also really good. The latte was just alright, I don't think it was for me but I can see how others like it. I think I just don't like almond syrup! My friend's food and drink were both delicious as always. The restaurant is downtown but there is a free parking lot right behind it so parking is not a problem. The spaces are pretty narrow but I've always been able to fit. There's a restroom for customers in the restaurant and it's always clean. The dining space is intimate and cozy while also being open and well-lit. It feels very ornate while not being bougie, and is always clean. The employees are always a delight and will happily handle substitutions and removals when ordering. Our food has always been accurate and fresh. I think this is becoming a regular spot for me, especially when my friend visits. If you haven't been yet, definitely go, even if you aren't gluten-free!

Yelp
We had a larger group so I made a reservation, which worked out well. We were there for a birthday brunch & has brought in a cake for my daughter. They refused the cake all together. Said it could not even be in their restaurant because they're strictly gluten-free. (Nothing on their website indicates this whatsoever .) That was frustrating, to be honest. The food, however, is amazing!

Yelp
Awesome service Good food Great ambience Amazing place to relax and eat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also has a great selection of desserts!

Yelp
They were busy and it took them a bit of time to acknowledge me and get me seated. I ordered the delicata squash benedict without sauce... yes I had to google what a delicata squash was and it is absolutely delicious. Sweet and creamy and slightly over roasted so there was a smoky taste. The dish comes with salad. My only complaint was that there was a very small amount for squash and for a $20 plate of food, I was expecting more. I also ordered the mochi pancake with the mix berry compote. The pancake tasted like a regular pancake and not anything similar to Asian mochi pancakes. The compote was the star though and an absolute highlight. It was not too sweet and still slightly tart. The portion was small, but that works for me. I think the mochi pancakes were $10. I can see why this is called "Ladies" cafe. I think if I were a guy, I would walk out still hungry but the menu does have more robust items. It is worth a try if you want something different for brunch. Paid $2.50 for 1 hour parking in the adjacent lot.

Yelp
Ok, Breakfast Salad! What? Yes, the Breakfast Salad is a must try. Eggs over medium, over seasoned sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes and feta all sitting atop a bed of uncooked spinach! Delicious! Pair with it the rye toast. Yes, baked in house, thick sliced, delicate rye toast. Just saying, it was incredible to all three of us at the table who ordered it. Yummm Not to forget the 1/2 coconut 1/2 almond milk sugar free latte. Perfect! The wait staff was friendly and helpful in this cute, clean and inviting spot. Bathrooms were spotless!

Yelp
Sweet! Let's start off with, the whole restaurant is gluten-free. As someone with a gluten sensitivity, it's awesome not to have to worry that I'll hit something that is going to make me unhappy. Overall, the food hit the mark. Brussel sprouts were crunchy and tasty, Patatas Bravas were a bit mild for my taste but still yumm, Coconut Shrimp were nice with the sweet chili sauce, GF Calamari (I love them but often can't eat them out), the green salad was crisp with lots of nice adds, and the best (for me) was the Pork Belly!! Servers were really nice and made sure we had what we needed. We'll certainly be back!

Yelp
The lonely cappuccino cup sat on the edge of the bar. The foam encrusted edges mocked me as I speculated whether the busy bartender would inquire if I wanted another. He did not. I next finished my water. Shortly after it set empty he instructed another person to fill that back up. I started to ask about a coffee and he walked away. I gave up. But the warm strawberry scone we received when we inquired of the baker as she walked back and forth to the pastry case was a delightful interlude in the long wait for our breakfast The lady who sat down next to us at the bar about 15 minutes after we arrived received her food, ate it all, and left before we got our food. The food was tasty. The service, friendly. Just be prepared for a LONG wait for food.

Yelp
Great service, food was very good. Ambiance perfect for Sunday Brunch. I was a customer at their previous location, and the new location has not disappointed.

Yelp
Tried to go for breakfast yesterday, wait was over an hour so we made a reservation for this morning. Seems like we may not have needed one but definitely make a reservation for the weekends because this place is busy and for good reason. Food was delicious we really enjoyed our meal and drinks. Servers were lovely and we will definitely be back!

Yelp
Food was absolutely amazing! I love a restaurant that has good home fries and these were some of the best. The Porchetta hash was full of flavor and really good. My friend ordered the chicken and waffles and it also was incredible. The chicken you were able to just cut through with your fork, it was full of flavor and so good. Our server was so nice, attentive and great. Overall, great experience, love the ambience and will go back.

Yelp
So there's a few things you need to do before you visit jazzy ladies, find decent parking. Downtown Eugene is a parking dead zone. But that's the cities fault and should not be held against this fine establishment. Next thing you need to do is order the biscuits and gravy while you're waiting for it, duct tape your socks to your legs. Why you might ask? Because the food is amazing and it's going to blow them joints right off otherwise. The service is always friendly and always quick. You won't feel like you're just being left on read. The interior is spacious and the lighting makes you feel like you're about to be pampered like the wealthy oligarch you always dreamed of being. The place screams classy. But quietly because they have manners and decorum. Terrific place that I can't recommend enough.

Yelp
I had a fantastic brunch experience today. The food is always top-notch, and today was no exception. The staff were quick to seat me and checked in the perfect amount, making sure everything was just right. I ordered a salted caramel chai latte, and I really appreciated that they let me know it might be too sweet due to the way they make their chai. This attention to detail and consideration for the customer's preferences really stood out to me. Overall, a great place with excellent food and attentive service. Highly recommended!

Yelp
This is my personal favorite place to come for Brunch. Good food at the right price point. The inside is cute and the outdoor seating is perfect. The bar patrons are a bit quieter and keep to themselves more unfortunately, but that's not the fault of the establishment. Service here is wonderful though

Yelp
The food was very good, and It's a very cute place. It was a busy day so I cannot really comment on wait time since it was Mother's Day brunch but they also did forget to put in some of our tables orders so some of us got our food way after the others. Unfortunately, the server said she could not tell us what was in one of the food items due to the recipe being a "secret", even though we were asking about one specific ingredient due to an allergy. For this reason we won't be back.

Yelp
When we first walked in all the tables were covered with the remnants of a Tea. Only a few tables were actually occupied. There didn't seem to be any rush to clear any tables off, so we waited. One of the other things that struck me right away was the abundance of cameras all over the place, just a tad intimidating to be watched while you're dining. The dark and sultry atmosphere combined with the overhead music reminds me of a dark smoky blues club. I half expected Humphrey Bogart to come in with a trench coat and Stetson to 'meet a jilted blonde dame' at the bar like in the old B&W PI dramas. The dinner menu was a bit more limited than I expected, but fortunately I was able to find something that intrigued me. The Diablo Shrimp pasta was outstanding. It had a little spicy kick to it and all in all had one of those mysterious flavors I had a hard time identifying. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. The sauce was creamy and along with the pasta there was onions and peppers. The sauce has a slightly reddish tint and that mysterious flavor kept eluding me, like what is that, a single drop of lime perhaps? A minor dash of lemon seasoning? The Maitre d' came around to check on us and I asked about the recipe. He said this particular dish was a creation of the owner but could ask if they were willing to share the recipe. I said never mind, I'll just have to come back. For dessert there was the Hummingbird cake. It has pineapple and banana but those flavors were light and not overbearing. The hummingbird cake is similar in texture to a carrot cake. It was very light and refreshing.

Yelp
Cute warm weekday breakfast spot for out of town guests! Awesome service and attentiveness from Josie as we enjoyed our breakfast enchiladas and mochi pancakes (not pictured, demolished before the deliciousness could be captured). If I happen to be in Eugene again, Jazzy Ladies will definitely be in my line up of food stops!

Yelp
When we arrived, we originally started to park on the street but didn't have coins and didn't want to risk a credit card skimmer so we looked around and realized there was a lot directly behind the restaurant. Since we arrived at 8 am, there were lots of open stalls and they were free. But... there were a couple homeless folks walking the lot with their blankets. Felt a bit uncomfortable but everyone has to live somewhere. On to the good stuff. The restaurant is very jazzy (as the name implies). The interior is composed of dark wood and black leather with beautiful chandeliers. We were given a very spacious booth with a beautiful view of the park. The music is so beautiful as we both love jazz. There is a large bar for those who enjoy some liquid sunshine but I was here to try their lattes and ordered a lavender latte while my husband had his usual black coffee which was a bit nutty and very smooth! My latte was so welcoming both in visual effects and taste! The design lasted almost the entire drink which I thought was pretty cool. Sign of a great barista? I had the Melissa's hash and it was so yummy! Sweet potatoes, Brussels spouts, poached egg and more. This is a must try! Hubby had the chicken waffle which was what he expected and wanted. Ok... gotta eat so that's it for now.

Yelp
We walked over to this spot from the Gordon though it was also close to the Graduate. They had a ton of great options but I was most impressed by their different hash options! I have an egg intolerance so it was great to be able to swap eggs for avocados on a number of the dishes. I had a hash with sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts and avocados and it was incredibly delicious and filling - we even had leftovers! The service was great and we'll definitely be back!

Yelp
The vibe in here ad well as the service is great. I came here for an early morning breakfast in between work. I just feel as if the food could use some more work. I ordered the Harissa sweet potato hash, and it wasn't the best. I felt that it was more on the bland side. Nothing about the dish stood out to me. I ordered a side of fried chicken, and that was way better. I don't know if I'll come back. Maybe I ordered the wrong dish who knows.
google avatar

Yelp
We came the weekend of the Olympic trials, so they had a limited menu along with a buffet. The buffet was very pork centric, so we ate from the menu. I got breakfast enchiladas and hubs got chicken fried steak. Pretty good.

Yelp
I had a very mixed experience. This was my second visit but this time dinner instead of breakfast. I only went each time because someone else in our party wanted to go. I don't normally eat gluten free so it's kinda weird going here and ordering anything that would normally be made of wheat. I have had bad gluten free before and they do a good job here it's just not the same. Our dinner was before a broadway show at the Hult. We arrived 2 hours before the show and had a reservation. We were a group of six but made up of three pairs. I let our waitress know this upfront about three separate checks. I wanted the pork belly and ordered that. The waitress later came back and informed me they were out of this and I was put on the spot to pick something else. I went with the Ruben sandwich. When it arrived my wife joked about how small the sandwich was which I agreed with. It was very tasty and I didn't mind the fake rye bread except its size. Fries were excellent. My wife got the veggie polenta lasagna and it was cold in the middle. Food came over an hour after we ordered but they did speed up our check out. Because we were a party of 6 they added a 20% gratuity automatically. I disagree with this approach. Crazier part is when they bring the check it shows the added gratuity but once they take your card for payment that receipt does not show the added gratuity and has another tip line. I was the only one at our table who noticed and I had to tell them to not add an additional tip. The other issue was I had another item on my check that was not mine. I went ahead and paid it because we were in a hurry. I'm not interested in going back with this type of service and forced tipping.

Yelp
Fun little spot. We made reservations luckily since they are busy. Great Sunday brunch. The food was tasty and super fresh. Service was friendly and prompt. Portion sizes are on the smaller side for the price but this is a wonderful spot so it is worth it!

Yelp
I needed a hearty breakfast before I headed back to Portland. I decided to dine at Jazzy Ladies. The place was big and spacious and not so busy for a Tuesday late morning. The servers were attentive as soon as I sat down. I ordered an Americano, side of Country Potatoes, and Chicken Fried Steak. The food was decent. Personally, I've never been a biscuit lover but their biscuits were pretty amazing especially paired with their sausage gravy. The biscuit was warm and fluffy on the inside with a slight crispy crust on the outside. I was rather disappointed about the chicken fried steak. It was poorly battered and the crust had no crunch at all even the end that were no drenched in gravy. The eggs were ok. I wish they were more fluffed rather than flat. The meal did need some potatoes, so I ordered country potatoes. I would've preferred hash browns but the country potatoes were pretty good and crispy.

Yelp
THE BEST!!! Can't believe it! This is by far the best GF place I've ever been to- tell your friends!
google avatar

Shay S.

Yelp
We love, jazzy ladies! For anyone that is gluten-free, this is an absolute must in the Eugene area! The food is so good! I'm still mystified about how they get the texture and taste to be so great and so be gluten-free!
google avatar

Cathy S.

Yelp
For all the Gluten Free friends: EVERYTHING HERE IS GLUTEN FREE and you can treat yourself to waffles, biscuits and all the baked goods! With that said, even if you are not gluten free you will also enjoy the food here. We came here (4 adults and 1 toddler and 1 baby) on a Sunday for breakfast. There was a little wait but it was nice outside so we didn't mind. The menu is pretty diverse so there is something for everyone and they also had some specialty drinks too like the lavender latte. The lattes came in big mugs with musical designs on top which was super cute. We all got different things but everyone was seasoned well and delicious. Our gluten-free friend was super excited to get to eat the waffle and biscuit (things she wouldn't normally be able to eat at other places). The eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly and potatoes were crispy. My pulled pork hash was a little oily on the bottom but it was still flavorful and my toddler really enjoyed everything as well. The service was attentive and friendly and their bathroom was family friendly too. They have a parking lot behind the building but on the weekends you can also park across the street at the court house parking lot. Overall we really enjoyed breakfast here.

Yelp
I recently went back to Jazzy Ladies to their new location on 5th street and wow what a difference. There is a lot more seating and you're not shoulder to shoulder to the person next to you. The service was great our waitress was very helpful and she knew the menu which was nice. I had the chicken and waffles, it was delicious, the chicken was cooked to perfection and the waffles tasted homemade. My parents had Michelle's Hash and the Irish Hash, both looked great. We also had the Mochi Pancakes and oh my if you ever come here you have to try these.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice spot for brunch in Eugene. Located in Downtown across from The Graduate, it is a popular spot so I would suggest reservations and also do t come if you are in a hurry or limited on time. They were pretty short staffed and did give us the heads up when we ordered so it did not come as a surprise that both our food and drinks took longer than typical to arrive. The food was great though so they are on to something and would do well to hire more staff. We enjoyed the lavender lates, breakfast enchiladas, chicken and waffles and brussel sprouts, We also ordered the patas bravas to share but they were really dry and unseasoned, I would avoid those.
google avatar

Yelp
Jazzy Ladies Cafe & Club was recommended to us by our friend who lives in Eugene while visiting this beautiful city. We decided to grab brunch here on our last day and were glad we did. The cozy atmosphere and laid-back vibe was the perfect setting especially with a toddler and an infant. While the menu may not be extensive, the brunch options are satisfying and flavorful, making it a great choice for a quick bite. We ended up getting the biscuits and gravy, skillet, and chicken and waffles and enjoyed every bite of it. Overall, we had an amazing experience for a quick brunch. The service was good and it is located close to many spots in Downtown Eugene so it's a great place as a starting point to enjoy some of the sights. We will be back!

Yelp
The food was great . Service was great . Vibes was a cute almost like date kind of vibes . I am only giving a 4 start because the portion was pretty small .

Yelp
Staff was nice, really sweet actually, but I sat there for several minutes before anyone asked me if I wanted anything to drink and it wasn't because they didn't see me. Coffee was delicious, when I was finally able to order one. They have a full service espresso bar. I had the bacon Benedict something. It was alright. Potatoes were an overcooked and not really seasoned. Bacon was definitely on the crispy side. None of it was really hot by the time we got it, which for eggs Benedict you usually want the eggs warm. My friends weren't really into their meals either. One of them ordered a Bloody Mary and said it was like drinking sand through a straw. I get that many people love this place and that's awesome, but it's definitely not for everyone.
google avatar

Jen T.

Yelp
Gosh, I wanted to like this place and was excited to try several things on the menu! Being a gluten free eater-by necessity-makes places like this so appealing. We showed up at noon on a Saturday to find a buffet being served. Only a few other menu items available a-la-carte. And the buffet food was, well, buffet food. Warmed over. Kinda gross. And $28/person. I tried to eat a taste of everything there but it was just, well, a lot like warmed over buffet food :( Ordered a latte that took forever to get to me and was nearly cool by the time I got my first sip. It would have been nice to know that this was the only real option before coming. It says nowhere on their website nor on Yelp that a buffet-not the menu-was what we had to choose from.
google avatar

Jamie L.

Yelp
What a terrible experience. It took an hour for us to be told that they don't have any gravy for my biscuits and gravy. So they brought my daughters food and it took another 15 for me to get undercooked eggs with see through egg whites. I would not come back here if it was free.
google avatar

Sarah W.

Yelp
This place is amazing, cozy ambience and great staff. I got the chicken Marsala for dinner, I was expecting an average serving of mediocre chicken, mashed potatoes and veggies, but it was SO much better than that. Honestly might be the best Marsala I've had. Staff was super friendly and I think the chef was new but he was great. Highly recommend!!
google avatar

Vanessa H.

Yelp
Overall nice brunch. The apple cider mimosa was delicious - we were sat at the bar so service was pretty quick! Food did take a long time but the bartender was very good about keeping us informed on how long it would be. The breakfast enchilada was fantastic , packed with flavor. My husband had the hash and said it was okay/good but agreed the enchiladas were much more flavorful!
google avatar

Katherine R.

Yelp
Beautiful ambience and amazing food as always. I've been stopping here for years for their vegan breakfast hash, brunch boozy drinks, Spanish coffee, and avocado toast. With their new location open they've improved so much! Way more seating, detailed decor, and a gorgeous bar. Also -- they're open in the evening now! HUGE BONUS. My partner and I tried dinner there for the first time since they expanded their hours, and everything was delicious. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was creamy and delightful. Kale salad with sweet potato was perfectly seasoned, and the figgy flatbread was bursting with flavor. Stop by for dinner! You won't regret it. Sadly I didn't get any photos of the food recently because we inhaled everything so fast. Pics are of brunches past in the old location!

Yelp
Oh my goodness!! I am gluten free, and I cannot tell you the last time I had a waffle as incredible as the ones I had while dining at Jazzy Ladies Cafe. My partner joined me and he is not gluten free, but couldn't even tell the difference!! The wait staff were so sweet and kind. The chef brought out our food in less than ten minutes! The barista was very skilled in their latte art. But let's get to the food, we ordered the Elvis waffle and the Fried chicken waffle. Oh my gosh. The chicken was SO tender and easily pulled apart. The breading was deliciously seasoned. (I put Franks Red Hot on mine) YUM. The Elvis waffle had to have been my favorite though. There were small pieces of banana cooked into the waffle, the. topped with peanut butter and bacon. To die for!!! Perfectly sweet and savory. I loved the decor and ambiance of the restaurant, was very professional and welcoming. They were playing some wonderful Jazz too! If you're thinking about going here, just do it!!

Yelp
Excellent chicken and waffle. Good selection of hot teas. Very relaxing place for lunch. Excellent service. Nice clean restaurant and restrooms. Parking is close by. What is there not to love about this place!

Yelp
We came here the other day for my friends 21st birthday and it was such a great experience. Our server was very friendly and was always bringing us what we needed and asking if we were doing ok. The coffee was delicious. Great menu as well. A lot to choose from and healthy options which I loved. I would recommend the breakfast enchiladas they were super filling and yummy. My friends did say the mixed berry waffle was good but was a bit heavy on the berries. Inside was spacious and cute. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice/special occasion since it is more upscale than your typical brunch spot and is a bit pricier. Overall great experience!

Jaane F.

Yelp
My hubby found this place on Yelp, so we came here for breakfast. We got seated right away. The waitress placed our drink order first. We had a decaf mocha and latte. Both drinks are fantastic and smooth! I love the heart shape on the coffee. Also, we ordered burnt cheesecake and Porchetta Hash. Both were delicious! The burnt cheesecake was so smooth when biting it! A must-order cheesecake. The porchetta hash has pork belly and crunchy potatoes. The portion with its price was decent. We shared both. This is a really satisfying meal! They have free public parking available behind the building. The staffs here are very friendly. And inside the restaurant very spacious.

Yelp
The night we arrived in Eugene, we walked from our hotel to this nice, cozy place. I enjoyed some cappuccino, and my husband enjoyed his espresso martini! The next morning we had breakfast here, and enjoyed some more coffee! Love that they have vegan options! Besides everything else we ran into a famous Latin singer, Don Omar! He was having breakfast across from us.

Yelp
On a recommendation, my family and I went to Jazzy Ladies on my 60th birthday. Yes, we were a party of 8 adults and one baby, but it was a Tuesday at 11:00 am. AND, there were only three other parties in the restaurant. Every time we needed more coffee or water, we had to get up and asked for it. At the 45 minute mark after we ordered, I got up and asked about our food. It came 25 minutes later and most of it was cold. I am sad to say this is my very first negative review here. I wish I could say something positive but there was absolutely nothing good about our experience there.
google avatar

V.A. J.

Yelp
This is a beautiful little cafe with a great theme. The service and the hostess were so sweet and helpful as well. The coffees were really delicious. Unfortunately, our food, although great portion sizes, lacked flavor. This may be because this is a gulten free restaurant, which I think is amazing. So, if that is your diet plan, this would be a fantastic place!

Yelp
I like serendipity. I was headed to a concert at the Hult Center but needed to eat first. I tried this restaurant/bar/nightclub and am quite pleased that I did. The food was good as was the service but what sealed the deal was a live jazz trio I will definitely be back.

Yelp
I had a great brunch here with my partner and her parents. Parking was ample and it was free for the first three hours. We were seated very quick for a 9 am breakfast for a Saturday and service great. I had the chicken and waffles and large cafe mocha. I had no complaints and was satisfied for my hours. The restaurant is across the street from the Graduate Hotel and there is a great bookstore around the corner, Smith Family Bookstore. Come and visit this place!

Yelp
I'm craving Patatas Bravas, Mochi Pancakes and Chocolate Chocolate Mousse cake. They were unbelievably delicious! Our dining experience was excellent. We loved the atmosphere. Next time we visit will be when live jazz is being played!

Yelp
We're finally done with Jazzy Ladies. We loved them when they were in their old location, but every visit just gets worse and worse. I had a friend in town about a month ago and even though I haven't been as big a fan of Jazzy Ladies lately, we decided to go. I understand the long waits for a table, but they forgot about us and we had to remind them which made our wait even longer. We had to get up twice during our meal to get service after waiting a really long time and giving up. Actually, the visit before that was a two hour meal because of long waits for service. The food was fine. Not amazing. The last visit, there were mostly dirty tables (quite a few of them) and they sat us right next to a table that someone had spilled water and it was pouring off the table. I had to squeeze in to the table next to it trying not to get wet. After a while, they finally came and cleaned it and left all the water on the floor so I had to be careful when I left not to slip. They had brunch going on and we decided we didn't want to pay $28 each for brunch so we order off of the VERY limited non-brunch menu. We ordered Chicken Fried Steak and that's what they brought us. Chicken Fried Steak and gravy with no sides. We laughed at how ridiculous it was, especially for a full priced meal. Again, the service was painfully slow and it wasn't even crowded. They don't seem to care about providing a good experience at all, and they're not cheap, so it's just not worth the money anymore.

Yelp
Service was horrible hear recently. Drinks were subpar and small. Food was mediocre at best. Very disappointing experience, won't be going back.
