This is a really nice spot for really good food and drinks! They have a nice selection of scotch and the food selection was good. Service was a little slow but it felt busier than normal (maybe). Definitely give them a shot if staying at the Marriott!!

The Indian spiced salmon sounded so good! The salmon was so dry, the veggies were not flavored, too many onions. Pita was burnt. Absolute waste of $30. Cauliflower was decent, but definitely not buffalo flavored enough. Skip it and get Door Dash instead.

Roasted beet salad with goat cheese. Chicken Philly with sweet potato fries. Nice meal. Bartender was very friendly. Let me taste the wine before ordering a glass. Very clean restaurant.

The service was awful from the bartender. First he forgot our food and took forever correcting it. Then when we asked for an empty bowl, the lazy bartender couldn’t walk two feet to get one, giving the excuse he was closed. Do not order from here. The manager and the bartender are lazy, and have no idea what customer service is.

Fantastic food and fantastic service. Bobo and Brandon (apologies if I misspelled the names) were completely professional, prompt, and attentive. The drinks were fantastic and all menu items were a hit. A+ on the pickled vegetables on the charcuterie board. I would book at the Marriott again just because of the bar/restaurant.

This place used to be great but my last visit will be my last. To be fair, the fries are pretty good, BUT inattentive waitstaff, weak drinks and stale tortilla chips wearing a layer of chili powder like some sort of grotesque dorito suit. Smh.

I was here for a work meeting with some colleagues. The staff was very friendly and let one of my colleagues order food despite the kitchen being closed because his flight arrived later. Food was good and service was great.

There were bright lights, uncleared tables, and lots of sport teams traffic. Please make it dimmer, clean the tables and create more a private space for the bar. Take time to make it special and not a thorough-fare. I really wish we had a better experience as we had our wedding reception there 36 years ago. Lots of opportunities to make a difference yet I'd like to see something online before I come back. Even create an outdoor space for couples and families to enjoy themselves while traveling.

Hello Sorry no pics of my food. JC is inside the Marriott West Des Moines. It is a very open design. You come through the hotel doors and go forward. Grab a table and someone will be out to help you!! I had the Salmon for dinner and an Omelette for breakfast. All was very good. The wait stuff was good and the Manager Brandon does a great job! He adds a great concerned open touch. Great job. Enjoy!!
