We came here for a newborn photo session and let me tell you it went great!!!! COBE was such a great photographer and personable. Our newborn felt the love he pours into photography and we are so thankful we were able to get some great pictures with great service. We will definitely be back for family Christmas portraits.

*Follow me on my Google account for more reviews. Clean, but the associates walking around can be a little nicer to customers. None of them greeted, asked if we needed assistance, & just straight up ignore customers. Also, be aware this JCP store CLOSED all of the FITTING ROOMS. Customers around me were upset that they couldn't try on any clothes before purchasing & didn't want to have to come all the way back to the store to return the items.

I had a photo session on June 6th and still have yet to receive the photos I paid for. I have been dealing with customer support for days and have gotten nowhere. They haven’t offered any discount or have tried to accommodate me for this inconvenience in any way. They couldn’t give me date or a location on the photos. Decided to reorder them and now I’m still waiting. I requested a refund and even a refund has to approved although I have been waiting over a month for 5 pictures. The approval for a refund takes 7-10 days… Sucks Please have your photos taken somewhere else and avoid all this stress. Customer service is the worst

I found a supe cute bathing suit for the summer. I was disappointed in the lack of plus size swim suits. I used to shop here because of their plus size clothing but haven't been in a while due to them not having many options. Thankfully I found one and on sale which was great. They also only have ONE fitting room open on each floor and they are really hard to find. Its also extremely HOT in their store so bring water or prepare to sweat. The customer service lady who helped me check out was very nice.

JCPenney back in the day used to be an amazing store. This one at Willowbrook Mall has gone downhill so fast the escalators up and down have not worked for over five months. There’s not enough cashiers and then when you have to return something, you have to go upstairs and there was nine of us in line with one cashier come on JCPenney‘s. You can do better than this. Just very disappointed. I won’t be returning to this one anymore. I have other choices..

I went to JCPenney at Willowbrook for some highlights, and Mrs. Maria Hernandez did an amazing job! I asked for caramel highlights, and she gave me exactly what I was hoping for -- the color is beautiful and blended so naturally. She was professional, kind, and really took her time to make sure everything came out perfect. I'm so happy with the results and definitely recommend her if you're looking for great color work!

The Willowbrook Mall has dead weight. We came in through the JCPenney entrance. JCPenney's is dead completely. The only place that is hopping is their portrait studio and the photographers taking holiday photos. Other than that, I can't find a cashier in JCPenney's second floor to ring out my purchases. I'm going to end up leaving $200 worth of merchandise if I can't find a cashier! Their escalators are not working. You can only use the elevator if you can find it. Good luck with that.

I love this Penneys for the entire family! The selection of clothing, shoes, household items is by far the BEST! This is now my Go-To. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Go find out for yourself. Online and Curb Side is great too & very convenient! Enjoy the sales and Rewards they give for purchases as well.

I've gone to this JCPenney location for various items from jewelry, fragrances to professional headshots. I generally receive good service from this location with a variety of items to choose from. Customer service in jewelry has always been stellar. Photo dept could use some tightening up as far as starting at appt time on time but overall, cool location.

Moved my appointment 3 different time, I got three different appointment times and the lady still wouldn't take us, even if it was only 5 minutes worth of pictures. Extremely rude, condescending, and no accountability. They didn't even have my name in the system, it was just under "T".

Service is terrible. Returns are upstairs, escalator not working, and we waited in line for 20 minutes before giving up in frustration. The only way to edge closer to the cashier is for other people to give up and go home, which shortens the line. Absolutely hopeless, at least on a Sat afternoon in Nov!!!!!!!!!!

I just left JC Penny Willowbrook and will never go back again. That whole store smelled horrible and the fitting room rooms were pathetically filthy. Management should be ashamed but obviously doesn't care. If you did, you would make sure it was cleaned. Normal people dont don't live this way. Every since they opened Greens Rd on the back side, this place has gone poop. I don't allow my wife to get anymore either and today proved why.

Buyer Beware!!! Do not get your hair or braids done at the JCPenney Willowbrook hair salon. If you enjoy having hair. The store does not take responsibility if their stylist takes out your hair. Make sure you go to the website to verify their prices if you are into taking risks with your hair. The stylist lie about prices and overcharge you for horrible service they offer. They don't have a good selection of stylist. I would not recommend any go here to get there hair done.

I was unaware of that there was a hair salon at JCPenney. There is one stylist there, Abigail that knows how to do hair. She fades, tapers, highlights, perms, edge ups like no ones business. If you're needing a new barber, she's the one to go to. Dependable and will give honest opinions on what you can do to your hair.

When there today , they have large variety of dresses to choose from . I buy some stuff that I really enjoy but the customer service was very poor zip mean the cashier lady was so slow that was almost leaving without my item. She was doing g her job like a punishment. Not sure why but it was probably a bad day for her today. The dress I bought is lovely.

Worst shopping experience I have ever had. Worse than the Game stop one which is really saying something. Ordered a cookware set online. Went to pick it up. No signage in store directing you to online order pickup. Finally find someone to ask and it is ON THE SECOND FLOOR. Who the hell thought of that? Imagine me trying to get a huge, heavy box of cookware down an escalator. I couldn't carry it any farther and left it at a counter. By the time I found a cart, I couldnt find the counter I left it at. I wandered all over the store, and the lines at all the counters were SO long. No sense of urgency on the part of the employees. When i finally found my purchase and put it in the cart and then found the entrance I had come in at, I had been there over an hour. Then the two "asset protection specialists" at that entrance were yelling at me I couldn't take the cart out of the store. Not only did they not have any kind of loading or dedicated pickup area downstairs, by the time I finally found a cart my dang self, got my giant box of cookware to the right entrance/exit, they want to tell me I can't use the cart to load my stuff? On top of the unpleasantness of overhearing two associates figure out what to do with the poop they found on the floor of a women's dressing room. That's what I get for trying to save money. Never again. I went to B, B, & B the next day to get more kitchen things I need and the experience was totally a 180. I tried to complain online and by phone, even through the corporate office, and there is literally no way to do it. The online feedback form wouldn't accept my submission. If their other stores are like this one, I have no idea how they are still in business. First and last time I will ever be a Penney's customer.

They wonder why they are closing so many stores, blaming online shopping. It's as bad as Walmart, can't find anyone to assist you, when you try to find a register all are closed, the only one open says you have to go upstairs. Then there is a long line with one person checking out! Absolutely absurd. I won't be shopping here or online with them again.

I came here today because they had some watches for sale. They had a limited inventory, which was already disappointing, but their customer service was horrible. I picked out a watch that I wanted and there were only 2 people working at the counter. They were busy helping other customers so I waited patiently, but after 15 mins I grew impatient. It would've been fine if they at least aknowledged my presence or told me they be with me in a few minutes or even apologized for the wait, but NOTHING! They just walked by as if I was a randomly placed mannequin. Horrible service! This is probably why they're so empty and vacant. I'll buy my watch elsewhere. I can do without shopping here. They're lucky yelp has a one star minimum or I would've given none.. This place is not worth my time!!

They gave out $10 gift card ( they said either $10, $100, or $500 in a sealed envelope) to everyone, who was in the line waiting outside of the store on the Thanksgiving Eve), but of course most of the envelopes are 10bucks. I got one and my aunt gave me one. The 1st gift card was OK. For the second one, I waited in a long line to pay for my one item. After 40mins waiting, finally it was my turn to pay. The cashier scanned the gift card and told me it was USED!!! I couldn't open my mouth as the fact that I have never took it out of my purse since I got it! Plus, whenever they scan the gift card, they tear it off and trash it, how would customer still have it back to use it again! I told the cahier about it, she ignored it. One thing she told me was "I don't know! It shows that you have used it, and there is no way you can use the gift card!!!" I was so disappointed about it! At first, I said "this is FALSE advertising, then later I think JC Penny didn't take time to activate all the gift cards, lots of them haven't been activate yet! I do have account and the master card through JCPenney. I has planned to close the account and cancel all the credit cards (master) I have been having and plan not to come back to JC Penny anymore.

Some deals are good. Coupons and reward programs are confusing, and employees don't care. Store employees appear dazzled and unmotivated. The store is much more organized than it was before.

This is my favorite JcPenny and they have nice quality clothes and shoes. Store is kinda small and it can get packed on weekend. Employees are all super nice..that is ones at checkout! Best time to go is during week morning or early afternoon. The bathrooms are always a Hot Mess and are ugly and messy. I think they need to remodel those bathrooms. The Sephora store inside JcPenny is awesome..small but good. I love that! And being able to purchase on my JcPenny Card!! Wow! What more Can a Gal Ask for!

Horrible horrible customer service. Went to go buy some shorts and a nice shirt for my little brother since he has a party coming up. We were in line by the women's shoe department and there was another customer getting really mad at the cashier, demanding to see the manager, etc. we grew impatient so we went to another line by the men's clothing and there was two other customers before us, the woman attended them happily and nicely as ever. It was our turn and she completely ignored us! I saw her getting change or whatever but hey, could've atleast acknowledged us and said "I'll be right with you"! No, she made us stand there for about 15 minutes until I finally spoke up and asked "are you too busy or should we go to another line?" She said "I ran out of change, I have to do this". Im a very very calm person, but wow that was a horrible experience. Could've been nicer lady. Oh and on the way out the same customer from earlier was still screaming at everyone about losing some clothes, horribleeee.

My mom and I went into the Sephora in the Willowbrook Mall located in JCPenneys. The operations manager Shawn was the rudest person I have ever met. We were looking for a concealer and they were extremely busy so we looked in their backstock not wanting to cause any trouble. Shawn came over and kicked it shut and said "if we don't have it out, then we don't have it." We left him alone and asked if we could get a manager's name and number from another associate on duty. He came over and told the associate "You can leave and go home. Don't help her." As we were standing there another associate that worked for JCPenneys asked if we were complaining about the associate Shawn. We continued to say yes and she said "I am complaining too he is so rude and I even work here." Shawn came over and told us that we are disrupting his store and he is going to call mall security and get us escorted out. The JCPenneys associate continued to say "go ahead and call cause I will be complaining about you." There was a total of 3 people that came up to the manager on duty and complained about Shawn while we were talking to her. With my mom and I both working retail this is NO way to treat a customer in any way. He needs to be removed from operations manager and even removed from Sephora's staff. Maybe that would be a lesson learned. You don't treat anyone like that.

This is the worst JC Penney I have been in. I went to this store last November and the escalator was down. Today, 5 months later the escalator is still down. No signs to redirect customers to elevator. No directories available so it is hard to find departments. No sales people available to help. Long lines at checkouts where there are 4 registers, but only one person to check out customers. Won't be going back to this store.
