UPDATE- Changed my review from 1 to 5 stars based on the quick response (same day) and resolution by JCPenney. The comforter set I initially ordered was not in stock, but I was able to get a similar one in its place. I am so happy! Great job JCPenneys!!! It is on the way! 😁 Old Review- I love shopping at JC Penny’s online. Typically their online deals are amazing and convenient. I ordered a queen comforter set with sheets during the Black Friday sales. It arrived earlier than expected, so I placed the box in the closet until ready to put it on. I finally opened it today (because my granddaughter is out of town) and it is NOT correct at all!!! Only a cheap-looking comforter, that is not girly at all, and a fleece shirt (which I DID NOT order and is too big) were inside! Due to an accident happening inside the store yesterday, they are closed! My granddaughter comes back today, so I have to proceed with her room. I am NOT happy at all, but I am stuck with this junk at this point. I will definitely be checking ALL orders as soon as they come in from now on! Sooo disappointed!!

I have been a JCPenney shopper for many years. I recently went shopping for some summer apparel at the local store and was disappointed with the collections in the department. I was hoping to find some good quality basic pieces, but either the tops looked like last year's design or the fabric on some of the pieces made you question the buyers design sense. I am sure I am not the only shopper who feels that way. I have to compliment the sales staff, they are always the most helpful and very friendly.

Overall, the store was OK from what I got to see of it however the lack of associates that work here makes it very difficult for customers to want to shop only one area for checkout, which is very frustrating when I got to the line I wanted to turn back around and leave. Had we not needed the items that we picked up we would have left. Just a very bad experience overall I expect more from a location located next to a military base.

Decent deals, but the store itself seems to be falling apart and dated. Just learned shaq has is how stuff collection at JCPenney's

Glad we still have a JCPenney in our city. I wish they had more selection of clothes. The beauty salon desperately needs a makeover. It has great hairdressers but It is dated and a very boring experience to be in there surrounded by white empty walls. There are a few things that can be done that does not cost a lot, for example: open a glass window looking towards the rest of the store. Put more bling, paint walls, wall art, 2 chandeliers in the salon. Knock down the wall that separates the entrance/ cashier area from the rest of the salon. Knock down the wall that separates internally the salon, a view of the whole room will make it more interesting.

I've went to this location once which was AFTER the building got ran through by a truck.. I went to get my wife's ring resized and brought all kinds of paperwork. The attendant was busy helping another couple do the same thing and required assistance. It took a long time. She got assistance from another associate to help us. It also took a long time.

I needed help finding a shoe... 3 ladies just sat and talked 10 feet from me. I asked them has anyone seen any Store employees? One answered she worked there no ID Badge, No hello, no do you need any help, no morning sir. Customer service needs alot of improvement.

Need more organization on the dresses side. JCP is one of my favorite stores but this location is not great yet. It's hard to find someone at the jewelry department. People don't respect the line. Cashiers let people cut off the lines maybe because they can see the line up. They facing the back ! Line should be where you see it.

This JCPenney is decent It is a single story store and has a pretty good layout. It is always clean and the workers here are nice and will help you in any way they can. I have been here many many times and it is always a good experience. With that said, I would say there isn't anything exceptional or special about it. The deals are only okay. I love that it is located near the children's play area, but obviously that has nothing to do with JCPenney lol. There's always parking. Otherwise your typical JCPenney...

Ever since the new pricing scheme, i am defiently a fan. I have shopped her more in the last 3 months then ever in my life. Every other friday the low prices are lowered even more and this is great cause the prices are AMAZING, you can find great quality clothes for $2.00-6.00 a piece that is great. This is where i go for clothes now. The staff is ok, I haven't experienced anyone who went above and beyond or anything but everyone seems to be nice. The store is clean and has just been done and it looks nice.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone Between the extremely unprofessionally recoded automated messaging system and the fact that it just hangs up if no one answers the call it's all extremely rude I'm so glad I'm not going to have to deal with them

Great customer service from Samantha in the intimate department. Had a great experience and found jeans that I love. Wish I would have had my coupon.

They have a really great hair salon here! They do as I ask and will be going there this summer! They do the best massages! That is what definitely brings me back to them!

Unhappy and VERY VERY dissatisfied with a specialist in the jewelry department. I'm a loyal customer since 2003. Everyone is normally very helpful and friendly until I dealt with a lady name Michelle Donaldson in the jewelry department. Michelle Donaldson condescending manner was offensive; the first time she spoke down to me, her tone was rude, unfriendly and snotty. I was taking my necklace to get repaired and I misunderstood her questioned and provided my address, she responded: "I SAID YOUR PHONE NUMBER." I requested to speak with her supervisor but right away she changed her demeanor and tone. When I went back to pick up the necklace she did not acknowledge my presence and I waited a very long time, I had to leave and get my husband to come and get the necklace since I was very perturb. Recently, I went back to get my son a watch for his 15nd birthday and the same specialist is there, I'm asking her questions and she walks away several times when I'm talking to her, at this time I had to turn and get another employee to help me so I don't go ballistic. Ms. Ellen was the employee who had to step in, she was very helpful, kind and courteous.

Moved to Killeen went to get my hair cut and colored. My hair was turned orange and white. Only wanted a color and hi lo light. They tried to fix it at 3 or 4 times, finally the manager over and she tried to fix it very little change, left feeling awful. So, if like your hair to be orange go here if not stay away. In addition they cut my daughters hair uneven and straighten it so she left upset also
