Great store! Sales associates could be more knowledgeable about products and pricing. Not just this store but most of the training appears to be around trying to get you to sign up for a store credit card or trying to get personal info. The store isn’t easily shop able, stuff is randomly placed. Luckily the woman I asked that didn’t know where the jeans I was looking for was did find someone that did find them. Store also was missing a lot of sizes. Great quality products, find what you like and shop online.

The store is one of the best with the best quality of clothing, but the service was completely the worst!! none of the workers acknowledged me when I was shopping. I asked for specific item & they said they were sold out of it & I ended up finding them hidden in a rack.. 15 mins later…. Most disrespectful I ever felt as a shopper. Horrible customer service.

Will never shop here again. Came in to browse and found an adorable sweater. As I was looking at it, a worker came up to me and informed me that I would need “at least a large” and that I probably wouldn’t be able to find something in my size. I am a size 2. Why are J.Crew employees fat phobic?? Absolutely unacceptable.

The sales lady was quite pushy and kept pushing past us to put things away. When I was looking at sale dresses she reached over me to get something for someone else- no excuse me- no sorry- no pardon me- I was choosing a dress for my niece who will now be getting something from a different store.

Recently just shopped at this location and had an amazing experience. Laura was more than accommodating and really helped me out. She even made sure to check inventory of stores nearby the area for the item we found. Laura made the experience of shopping her quick efficient and pleasing. Thank you!

The selection is great, especially for the size of the store. The people were incredibly kind and helpful with questions. The product is very good quality and the price point is better than most of the stores in the mall.

J.Crew is a chain retail store that sells women's, men's, and children's clothing and accessories. J.Crew used to be my favorite store at which to purchase women's clothing, but since they changed their styles of clothes years ago, I only occasionally shop here. Recently, I browsed their merchandise again, and I found a shirt that I liked. A cashier promptly rang up my purchase. She informed me that the J.Crew website had a lower price and that she would honor it for me, which I greatly appreciated. The original price was high, and the sale price was moderate. She thanked me and told me to have a good day. I probably should have tried the shirt on in the store. Instead, I tried it on at home. The shirt was short and had armpits that were low. I think that the cut and style could have been designed better. I do like the color of the shirt.

This is a good J Crew, from my perspective, because it's got a FULL MENS STORE in the back. The full assortment is here, including the Ludlow suits. Lots of socks, but not a ton of ties. In addition, they have a decent assortment here of colors and sizes.

My husband and I absolutely love this store!!! The staff is always friendly and very helpful:) I have NEVER received fitting room service service of this magnitude and quality in ANY other store I have been to . . .EVER!!!! We will shop both the South Hills and Ross Park locations since they BOTH carry men's and women's clothing.
