Pro-Tip when visiting park in the St. Anthony Ramp, go to the elevator and push T for tunnel. Follow the signs for Jefe and you have an indoor walk in this cold winter weather. That being said the ramp was $7.50 for evening visit, which to me is worth it to stay off slippery sidewalks & stay warmer in the winter. Is probably find cheaper in the summer or wak further.
