People are friendly always greet yu with a smile and ready to serve yu. The vibe is awesome! We usually go next door to Paulys have 2-3 cold ones before having dinner at Jeffes Tacos. Their real friendly and good spot at Paulys too. The food at Jeffes is delicious! Once I heard about them on tik tok…. We been coming here since! And bring yu bag of chips and they will load’em too. And last but not least Must try their Tres leches!! Will continue to come back!

Things have changed here. I get it $1 tacos lower expectations. However my expectations needed to waaaaay lower this visit. The meat was like chunky stew meat. Yuck. Number one reason I come here is it is not tex mex like every other place here. Up charge for cheese, avocados, etc. understandable. The chunks of beef not understood or enjoyed.

The worse tacos I've ever had. The presentation was there but the flavor was too salty, and no I'm not being dramatic. I've had plenty of street tacos from other local restaurants and also in the valley. These street tacos were straight up salty, and so terrible. Do not order tacos from this place at all, just save your self the time and months and go else where. The horchata was amazing and tasted like it was homemade, the rice was delicious and the beans were good. I may give this place another try but if you are a taco restaurant and all your other items taste better than the taco's itself, that's already a red flag. The only reason why I would give a 2 star and not a 1 star is because of the horchata and the sides but that shouldn't be any reason to go to a restaurant. I personally wouldn't recommend to anyone I know to go here, just my opinion. Tacos are too overpriced and the quality of the tacos are no where close to the price they are charging.

Came to Jefe’s Street Tacos for the BYOB ( Bring Your Own Bag of Chips ). The food was SO GOOD! You get lots of meat and cheese! The horchata was delicious. Trish was so sweet and welcoming. She told us about all the deals happening. Can’t wait to be back for Torta Thursday!

I have been waiting SO long to get true, authentic good street tacos and Jefe’s did not disappoint one bit. I’ve been wanting to come here for so long and finally got the opportunity. Also, Jasmine took care of our order and she was the sweetest soul EVER. Me and my boyfriend got the chicken and birrira tacos to share. Absolutely AMAZING. The avocado was so fresh and was perfect. The meat was delicious and cooked so well. Everything on the tacos tasted fresh. Will be catering for my birthday!!!!

Ordered their special of the day included 4 tacos, beans and rice. The meat was tender but too salty. The beans had too much comino and the rice did too. The tortillas were too thin and greasy it was as if I was not even eating a taco. Their Too focused on the “Mexican taco aesthetic” than the way their food should actually taste like. Just improve of seasoning and fix the tortilla and this place would be perfect. Service was great though.

The services here is unmatched, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was beyond amazing. The street tacos and the corpito burrito are top tier.

First time trying this place. The cashier was awesome. She told us what they offered and which items were her favorite as well as popular. We ordered thw mini tacos which were half pastor and half birria. Birria was the favorite of the two. We ordered a burrito and carne asada fries. Both were delicious but the burrito was hands down the star of the show. We spent $54 for 3 ppl with drinks. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable helped me choose tacos for a picky child. The dining area is decoration is nice love all the murals and the temp was cool. The tacos were very good perfect size and the fries were perfectly coated with cheese! The food was very very good!

Good food, but on the pricey side for Mexican street food! A couple people walked out after looking at the menu prices. Regardless, we were there for tacos and like my spouse said, "we only live once" I had birria tacos and an elote cup. He had the corpito fries ordered with asada (but was really ground beef) sour cream and jalapeño was extra. He had chicken fajita tacos. The tacos are tiny, but there are 5 in the order. Food was good and the place was cute.

Went there and got the classic street tacos with a small loaded fries. Service was good and wait time for the food wasn't too long at all. The inside was very nice and clean. Definitely recommend

Delicious street tacos! We got 1/2 pastor & 1/2 asada... So yummy and flavorful. Friendly staff. Counter service style restaurant with self seating. The corn cup and charro beans were also very tasty. Loaded fries were good as well, next time I would want to order them with meat & jalapeños. Will definitely be back.

We were excited to see this place open after 9. We were on the way to our motel after a day on the beach and needed something good.I got the classic mini street tacos and my husband got the burrito.Not sure if I saw it on the menu but it looks like they will top a bag of chips you bring in with your choice of meat and toppings.We got the pastor in both! It was very flavorful. The salsas were good too.

This place is great! Visiting family and from California, so standards for Mexican food are there. Tacos were delicious, meat was well cooked, and salsas on point. Service was fast and efficient. Vibe in the room gives really authentic tacos, and not Tex Mex! Will definitely be back!

Came for a late lunch and was really impressed! Indoor and outdoor seating available. We ordered the street tacos el jefe asada and pastor and they were both great! The elote fries were amazing as well. You can't go wrong with Asada machete quesadillas! Overall good service, ambiance and food here a must try ! They are open late on Friday/Saturday too which is a plus!

They are extremely expensive and take forever to give you the food. $30 for two orders of quesadillas. We left because they dropped our food on the floor and made us wait after orders behind us. They also would not give us a refund. We just left because it was ridiculous. Do not recommend.

Great street tacos as advertised. Had the classic tacos with pork and they were very good. Also had a burrito that was pretty tasty. Definitely will be back

We went here unexpectedly and wow! Blown away at how delicious! We ordered the regular street tacos and corpus burrito. I wasn't even in the mood for this style of food, but my attitude changed upon the first taste. So fun that the Barn is right next door and you have the option to sit outside with plenty of shade! We will be going back!
