I came here for dinner with my husband and had an absolutely amazing experience at Jejudo Kkochi on Broad Avenue. We ordered the lamb skewers, pig skin, and stir-fried squid -- all of which were delicious. The lamb skewers were tender and had a great crisp to them, and the stir-fried squid was hands-down my favorite dish of the night. The batter was so light yet crispy. I also really enjoyed the cucumber scallion salad served as a side -- super refreshing and pair well with the meat. The restaurant itself is spacious, clean, and welcoming. The owner is friendly, and the overall vibe is very relaxed. They also serve beer and soju, which is a nice touch. The only thing keeping this from being a 5-star review is the seasoning on the skewers -- I felt it could have used a bit more flavor. Also, while the electric grilling machine is convenient, it doesn't quite deliver that smoky taste you'd get from charcoal. That said, everything we tried was delicious, and I would definitely come back. Highly recommended for a flavorful and satisfying meal!

Delicious stick spot in Palisades Park. We had beef and lamb sticks with much of dishes. Everything tastes amazing and couple dishes were surprisingly good. Make sure to try cucumber salad and cold noodles.

If you can't read Chinese or Korean bring Google lens to translate and an adventurous appetite! The lamb skewers were delicious. We ordered a few other dishes and everything was tasty. The owner is very kind and we will definitely be back!

Great food, lamb hotpot is awesome. Service is good, the owner is very friendly. I don't know where those one star ratings come from, like seriously guys, one star?

Servers spoke only chinese. ordered skewers, a side dish and drinks and side dish came out pretty quick but skewers never came for 20minutes, we had to go to the fridge and get our own drinks. When I asked to cancel our order with google translator, the skewer came out and guy from the kitchen was giving us attitude in his language because we canceled it probably. Side dish we got to try wasn’t too bad but won’t come again.

Terrible food quality, the meat stinks, terrible taste. Avoid this place at all costs. They should deserve zero star.

Yelp
Surprisingly good find in the Palisade Park area. It may not be as popular as the other local favorite in the PP area (probably because they use charcoal vs the electric grill here) but I will say the food was still very tasty and indulgent. We had a mix of entree dishes (a plate of fresh veggies as well as the scallion beef - both were super tasty and very fresh) and also several different sets of skewers including beef, shrimp and chicken. The spices that accompany this food is really is showcase - it pairs well with the dishes they feature/offer and overall it makes the entire meal delicious. The service here was pretty good and the owners are extremely friendly. All the ordering is done on a tablet so the process is pretty fast/easy. Note that they don't have any parking (the lot nearby isn't theirs) so you'll have to rely on street parking nearby. Generally speaking this is a very good little gem worth checking out if you're in the mood for good northern Chinese-style food.
