I received a jellyfish tank as a birthday gift from my boyfriend almost two years ago, and my jellyfish have been cute and healthy ever since. Recently, I moved from New York to Florida and needed assistance moving my jellyfish. The customer service team was incredibly helpful, guiding me on how to pack my jellyfish and get them through TSA customs to fly with me (JetBlue). They also provided detailed instructions on how to pack my tank. Especially thank Lee for his exceptional help.

Jellyfish Art’s customer service has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when it comes to issues! When changing tanks for my jellies, I ran into several problems. I emailed their customer service line and Natalie was more than happy to help me through my issues. She was so quick to respond, and very informative to every question I had. Her professionalism, knowledge, and compassion for her job and jellyfish was exceptional and quite admirable! She goes above and beyond in helping with her customers and I am very grateful for her and the jellyfish art team. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done and taught me to help raise my jellies and give them a happy life :)

Jellyfish Art makes keeping jellyfish easy and their in-house educational director makes this classroom pet a vehicle for hands-on science learning. I've had a Jellyfish Art aquarium in my third grade classroom for the last 3 years and the passion that students have towards caring and studying these sea creatures has only increased with time. I couldn't be happier with this product and the amazing customer service that Jellyfish Art offers. Definitely 5 Stars!

Every morning I wake up and the first thing I do is check on Moe, Luigi and Brutus. This is how I start my day and I could not be happier. How does one express in a review how three little Moon Jellyfish can change their life? I will try... 3 years ago I put the Jellyfish Art Cylinder Nano on my Christmas list and finally after 3 years, I received one. I was so excited and nervous and apprehensive and thought... Now what? Of course the instructions are easy enough to understand, but I needed more then that, so I called JFA (Jellyfish Art) and spoke to JC, who is one of the talented Jellyfish experts at JFA. JC pretty much walked me through the setup and then over the next weeks while my tank was cycling. When we were sure my water was perfect, we ordered our Jelly's and they were delivered the next day by Fedex. I am a bit neurotic and so called JC again and we went through the (easy) process of acclimating our babies and releasing them into their new tank. WOW... Admittedly, I cried. I could not believe these magnificent little beings were in my home. My experience with the tank and with Jellyfish Art as a company and of course my personal mentor, JC has been nothing but perfect and pleasurable. Don't get me wrong, these are living beings and we are responsible for them and with that, this takes work. After I say good morning to them, I test their water to be sure everything is good. In the beginning there might be weekly water changes, this is easy and takes no more then 15 minutes. All I can say is (as if I haven't said enough already). If you want to get Moon Jellyfish, be sure you get them from people who understand them and love them. These babies are bred by them in Florida and they are as invested emotionally at keeping them healthy as you will be. The best gift ever and a gift that keeps on giving... Every single day. Thanks to JFA, Staff and especially to JC.

I had a JellyfishArt Nano 2 gallon tank. This is a GREAT tank. The quality of the Jellyfish from JellyfishArt is fantastic. Mine lived almost 2 years in that tank which is great because Jellyfish in the wild typically only live for 6 months. The customer service for this company is FANTASTIC. If you follow the care directions for their tanks, you can totally have success raising these amazing creatures. The customer support team is very helpful with any problem solving.

Got the Nano as a gift via the initial IndieGogo campaign and it's still in great shape over a year later. The instructions at Jellyfish Art for actually taking care of the jellyfish - for instance, how to identify health issues and how to resolve those issues - are, in my experience, woefully inadequate. However, it needs to be said that they are no worse than almost every other single-source of information about how to care for jellyfish. Water chemistry is far more complicated than what businesses like Jellyfish Art market them as. If you want to spend the effort to really understand how laminar flows work, what causes a jellyfish to become inverted, and what causes the tentacles on a jellyfish to ball up, then Jellyfish Art is a great company to purchase your tank and your jellyfish from.

From the first time I contacted their customer service, all of my questions were immediately answered and then I placed my order, the tank was received in perfect condition, well packaged. I purchased the tank with 3 Jellies. I am located close to their office and visited with questions and Paola, their Director of Education was extremely helpful and provided me with answers to all of my questions and assured me that I can take proper care of my Jellies, by simply following directions carefully. She is amazing and has a pleasant disposition! Additionally, I emailed their customer service with many questions and Jon answered every question and offered many helpful solutions, in setting up my tank properly. I am ecstatic! I adore my Jellies, they are a great source of relaxation. Watching them, helps me relax and take my mind off anything stressful! The tank is easy to maintain, as long as you follow directions, they also have several helpful instructional videos on their site. I highly recommend Jellies for anyone who wants visually stimulating creatures in a lovely tank, which is easy to maintain, with proper care! I highly recommend them, based on their product and amazing service!
