Excellent ice cream and a variety of flavors. Special shout-out to Presley, give that employee a raise. Usually I have to deal with a lot of drama because of my varying allergies, but Presley was an absolute trooper and made sure nothing was cross contaminated, down to the samples I tried. All this while balancing other customer's orders. Truly the service made the experience for me (the flavors definitely helped too though!)

Super cute place and I loved the vibe it had! It was a little more expensive than I usually prefer to spend on ice cream but still very good. I came here with a few fitness and they all seemed to enjoy it. Plenty of places to sit and didn’t take long to get served. I got the Standard size with half milkiest chocolate and half blackout chocolate cake. The blackout chocolate cake ice cream was rich (which I like) but very good and balanced out with the milkiest chocolate flavor. I liked that they included a little waffle piece with each bowl. In addition I loved how they encouraged sampling and the employees were very kind. I loved the use of compostable cups and spoons. I definitely could see myself coming back here again!

Highly recommend the affogato! The balance of coffee’s bitterness and sweet is perfect, with a little crunchiness from the waffle cone. Love that they have different flavors to choose from and fun collabs like the olive oil one they did a while back. But I do feel the ice cream could be better. They tasted overwhelmingly sweet and not much of flavor.

We visiting this location of Jeni’s on a trip to Austin, the ice cream was great. A lot of new unique seasonal flavors. They had a poster for crispy chilli oil on ice cream… it was a limited time thing.. so we gave it a try and surprisingly wow! It’s seriously a game changer! The staff was very friendly. The shop was was very spacious and a lot of seats available

Ice cream flavors were good but got tiny scoops...the bucket was near empty and instead of getting a new one just kept scraping until she barely formed a scoop. For checkout I had a virtual gift card a friend had sent me (unfortunately no barcode). She turned the screen and just stared at me while I typed in the 20+ number code offering no help. Would not recommend this location.

Really enjoyed the funky yet delicious flavors that Jeni’s has to offer. Had already tried some pints from my local grocery store, and i can say that the ice cream doesn’t taste different at all from when you get it directly at the store. My favorite part were the waffle cones that they serve with your ice cream! So yummy and salty.

Love, love, love!! The best ice cream I’ve had and I try a lot of ice cream. It’s creamy, flavorful and waffles are so good! I’m pretty sure they make them in house because it smells like waffles inside. I absolutely love that they make everything only with the best ingredients. I can really tell the difference in quality!

I will be 100% honest in my review of this place. I was having the worst experience with a restaurant in the area and my kids I were fed up and wanted a decent treat. I don't know who this absolute angel was but she helped me out in a way that made my whole day feel better. I am only here for the ACL weekend and am trying new places when I visit Austin, and I am confident when I say that I'll definitely be coming back. Shadya helped me out and she was amazing, she helped me translate everything and got me in and out really fast. I'll say it again, had it not been for her my day would have been really bad. solid ice cream place in the triangle area that opens late (midnight or 1am) which i great for late night sweet cravings. i used to really love coming here but recently they removed some of my favorite flavors including wildberry lavender. they reason being it's too expensive to make... the service is always friendly and the inside is spacious and clean.

First time for my both my boyfriend and I trying Jeni's and we can't wait to go back. The flavors were really good and not too rich. I mostly stuck to berry and cake flavors and he had a lot of the nuttier options. We each got 3 half scoops and the employee who helped us definitely hooked it up and was super friendly. Loved this location and will definitely come back. I also love that they are open late.

If there's a perfect ice cream shop, Jeni's may be it: she (they?) accommodate every sort of dietary requirement (low sugar, dairy-free, gluten-free). The service is splendid, the flavor selection is fantastic, and even the location is perfect. You're welcome.

What can I say other than.....THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!! A light, airy, fun and clean atmosphere. The ice cream was great and the waffles are made fresh right in front of you. The vibes here were incredible! Came here after dinner next door and was craving something sweet. I have not been to an ice cream shop in a while so I was excited to get a sweet treat. The staff were very kind and warm hearted. Classic ice cream shop with some amazing flavors. They got some unique flavors that I have never seen anywhere else. I had the standard which came with 3 ice cream flavors and I chose the brown butter almond brittle, Texas sheet cake, and buttercream birthday cake. The brown butter almond brittle was amazing and I love the bites of the almond candy. The Texas sheet cake was very rich with the chocolate cake and fudge. The buttercream birthday cake was one of the best birthday cake ice creams I have ever had. Spectacular ice cream shop with the amazing flavors and beautiful interior design. Most definitely a spot I would come back to on my next trip to Austin, Texas.

Twice now, I've been to this ice cream spot, and every single time, the staff has this annoying habit of asking, 'You guys are sharing this, right?' like it's some weird rule that we can't each order our own thing. The first time it was directed at me, and the second time, they did it to my boyfriend. It's super rude and honestly just makes the whole experience uncomfortable. We just want to enjoy our ice cream without being questioned about how we eat it. If you want to order what you actually want without feeling judged, this place seriously needs to rethink their attitude.

We walked over after lunch to check out the seasonal flavors. The ice cream server (is there a better name for this?) was friendly and let us sample a few flavors. I usually hate samplers, but there was nobody in line so I indulged. There was a large selection and you could watch them make the waffle bowls. 100% recommend the waffle bowl. The shop was cute and clean, we opted to sit outside by the park.

I have been in love with Jeni's ice cream ever since I first discovered them on North Short in Columbus, Ohio about 8 years ago. Their ice cream is always fresh and the flavors are truly original. The signature scoop is the best way to go because it allows you to try 3 different flavors at once. I tried the burnt orange dreamsicle, birthday cake and double dough! I usually frequent the Jeni's on SoCo, but this location is huge in comparison. It's a very clean store and the staff is awesome. Thank you Julian for taking care of us and for the wonderful smile!

I can't recommend Jeni's enough for the oasis of cool it provides from the perpetual oven that Austin seems to be baking in. The ice creams are smooth and sweet, and the unique flavors make a lasting impression despite there being an almost overwhelming amount to experience. My favorites are the green mint chip and the honey vanilla bean, having just the right amount of sweetness. And the waffle cone or bowl is a must-have addition - the perfect vessel for delivering a crunchy and silky bite. The staff here are always kind, and are very patient with handing out multitudes of samples even after scooping ice cream all day. Though this can lead to longer lines, it makes ordering (and then delightfully consuming) that much better. This location is also a wonderful spot to chill with friends or go on a date - there is plentiful seating inside and the building is situated in a nice outdoor shopping mall. Although my lactose intolerance persists, I will continue to visit and try new flavors! An upset stomach is a small price to pay for sweet relief from temperatures of the triple digit sort.

Jeni's ice cream has always been one of my favorites, and the Jeni's at the Triangle is no exception. You're met with the aroma of delicious baked waffle cones upon entering, and friendly and efficient service. I tried the double dough, gooey butter cake, and burnt orange dreamsicle for the wild card pick. The creaminess of Jeni's ice cream is unmatched, and their flavors always pack a strong punch. The burnt orange dreamsicle tasted exactly like its namesake, and was so good that I hope Jeni's keeps it around longer than a seasonal flavor. The Triangle location is currently undergoing some construction, but they still have indoor and outdoor seating, as well as outdoor seating across the street. Overall a great place for a sweet treat!

Jeni's Ice Cream is always a solid choice for a sweet treat. I usually get their Brambleberry Crisp flavor. It really does taste like a pie in an ice cream form. The amount of sweetness is perfectly balanced with the tart berry flavors. I went through a phase of buying a pint almost every week. Their unique flavor combinations are what make them stand out. As well as the fact that everything always tastes so fresh and high quality. I do wish they offered more flavors though because I would be curious to try a cookies and cream flavor from them. The atmosphere in their stores is always welcoming and clean. Overall, it's a great place to go when you're looking for yummy higher quality ice cream.

This is a cute little spot for some unique ice-cream. The flavor combos are original and the taste was pretty good. I will say that compared to other ice cream places this ice cream felt a little thin and light, but some people like that! Sweet little counter service with helpful employees to assist with tasting the unusual flavors.

Gotta love an ice cream shop that allows samples, and extra kudos for reusable spoons (washable). Staff was patient with sample requests and helpful with suggestions. WIDE variety of different flavors, many unique with creative textures added to the creamy scoops. If you're not feeling like getting a whole waffle cone or bowl, no worries, a scoop will always come with a sample of the homemade waffle. A perfect bite of something that compliments ice cream. Thinking about froyo? (also located nearby) Jeni's also has a selection of froyo!

Yum! Seriously, yum! A classic ice cream shop with original flavors and great service! I love the colorful decor plus at this location, you can pop outside and sit while enjoying your ice cream!

This is such a splendid spot. The staff was very nice and you can always try a sample before you commit to a whole pint of ice cream. A great spot to chill for ice cream. They always have new flavors that rotate. I highly recommend the butter cake. One of their most popular ice cream and really delicious. Also I recommend getting it in a waffle bowl for some extra flavor.

I came to Jeni's with 4 other people on a Saturday around 4 PM or so. The shop was not busy at all at that time. Ambiance: the shop is located in a shopping center next to numerous other restaurants and some apartments. It's a nice addition to the area, especially for those looking for something sweet. Inside is spacious, although there weren't a bunch of tables and chairs available. We were able to sit down together after getting our ice cream. Service: service was good, although there was only one employee working behind the counter when we arrived. There were 3 people ahead of us and a line began forming behind us, it felt like it took a little long for the employee to get to us given the 3 ahead of us were asking for samples and all. Food: I shared a waffle cup with my wife with the "Milkiest Chocolate," "Brambleberry Crisp," and "Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flecks" flavors. They were all creamy, delicious, and SUPER sweet. Not the most amazing ice cream we've ever had, but it was still good!!! Would come back to try more flavors!

Jeni's always serves great ice cream. My favorite is the darkest chocolate, and recently I discovered that the rainbow buttermilk frozen yogurt is pretty good too! This location is quite small, so there's limited seats and very bustling, often leading to a line out the door. However, the line moves fast and you get unlimited samples, so it's great. I'll be back for another flight, which is a great deal if you're coming in a group willing to share!

Headed in on a random Monday evening around 7pm. Just a few folks in the shop, and the staff behind the counter took tons of time walking me through the options available. We talked personal favorites, crowd favorites, as well as seasonal options! I was able to taste a few that intrigued me, and I settled on white chocolate peppermint (I'm usually a mint chip guy) and Texas sheet cake (top seller here in TX). It was served in a cup with a waffle cone chip... beautiful presentation. Obviously the flavor was fantastic. Jeni's uses super high quality ingredients, and it really shows in the final product. Highly recommend this spot!

We love Jeni's!!! This place always offers delicious and unique flavors. My all time favorites are wild berry lavender and brown butter almond brittle in a bowl or waffle bowl. The waffle is freshly made in store, it tastes different than other waffle cones because they have some saltiness in it. The store is very spacious and located in a nice area. There is limited parking so it could be a challenge if this place gets crowded.

OH MY GOODNESS! This ice cream is THE BEST!! We drove up to Jeni's for an afternoon snack on this very hot day and found plenty of parking right in front of the shop. We could smell the waffle cones even before we opened the door to go inside the spacious and bright store! Once inside we browsed the numerous ice cream delights - familiar and unusual. I opted for Salted Caramel, Gooey Butter Cake, and Birthday Cake, and WOW, those flavors were super creamy and incredibly yummy! I had mine in a waffle bowl, and chipped off the waffle into each bite of ice cream to add a little crunch. They have a self service water dispenser, plenty of tables, and lots of windows so you can view the natural beauty at The Triangle. Loved our experience at Jeni's!

Finally, an ice cream shop that rivals Milk + Sugar in Houston. Now I typically like to stick to local eateries, but Jeni's is a chain I can get behind. They have unique pairings, but my fav is the salted peanut butter with chocolate flecks. You must get it in a waffle cone because they have a touch of saltiness to perfectly balance the sweetness of the ice cream. If Jeni's is involved, count me in!

Shadya is awesome! So kind and welcoming- helped us with a severe nut allergy by getting a brand new tub so nothing was contaminated. Jeni's customer service blows me away every time! So grateful to have a place I know will take care of my friends with allergies. :)

Definitely recommend brambleberry. I haven't tried it before.sorry could not upload good picture of ice cream itself because of night. Plenty of space inside to go with big parties. They also keep summer special options. 2 scoop price: $6.95 3 scoop price: $7.70 They also have a 10 flights option for $21 (good when going in big groups)

First time I visited a Jeni's even though I am familiar with the brand. Only reason I didn't give five stars because for a scoop of ice cream, it is VERY expensive (around $6!), and for that price, it's not *that* special. I got the gooey butter cake flavor because it was the closest to birthday cake. They also give a little waffle piece with each bowl. I think you'd be better off buying the pints on sale from the grocery store than going to get one scoop from their brick-and-mortar, but I don't regret trying their ice cream finally!

Went to Jeni's ice cream. The flavors were good, however person behind the counter made an extreme effort to scoop two of the smallest scoops of ice cream for a largest price tag. This is definitely not worth the value. Shakes at hopdoddys around the corner, better value. Not worth the hype.

Solid ice cream! Love the bright colors! The smell walking in is like walking into a sweet huge! Very friendly staff that is so eager to help :) I tried the DF lemon bar - too coconuty in my opinion. I feel the same way about their other DF ice creams as well. The bramble berry crisp ice cream is delightful!

Wonderful hidden place. I never knew this places was here. It's behind everything off of Lamar. It's quaint with friendly workers who care about their ice cream. They have so many flavors I couldn't even count them all. They do half scoop sizes so you can get more than one flavor. I had the burnt orange flavor which was so fresh and decadent. Loved it. I also had the vegan chocolate sheet cake flavor with chunks of cake in it. It was creamy with coconut base and nice chunks of cake in it. I can't wait to go back again and try more flavors.

The ice cream is delicious! I had the signature which consists of 3 "half" scoops. The scoops are very generous. My favorite of the three scoops was the salty caramel. I highly recommend it.

One of my favorite ice cream spots for deliciously unique flavors and high-quality ingredients! Jeni's has so many summer flavors and it's hard to walk by this place without going in cause it smells that good -- that freshly cooked waffle cone smell gets me every time. They're newest flavor that I'm currently obsessed with is the sweet cream biscuits and peach jam! Fresh, fragrantly sweet peach in every bite -- summer treats cant get any better than this! Special shout-out to their amazing staff that describes what's in each flavor and patiently waits while you try some samples (up to 4 per person!) Did you know if you download their app they'll also send you a reward for your birthday?? I'm a customer for life ;) Go check them out and enjoy some yummmmy ice cream!

Jeni's is always a good choice. Yes, their scoops might be smaller but the ice cream itself is denser and there's a little bit of an experience getting an ice cream flight and having a place to enjoy it leisurely. The triangle location is a big awkward space but Jeni's did a great job making it into their own. Parking at the Triangle isn't horrible and the line wasn't too long. We went on a date night and our flight was too butchered by the time I thought to take a photograph. I've been following JBB and Jeni's for years now, even mail ordering ice cream for events. I'm so happy they're here with their third location, flourishing and bringing more great ice cream to central Texas. (Also. Because of the location, there's great people watching! Love this place. Very smart how they have the counter set up to keep customers moving. The gal that helped me was so kind. I tried like 6-7 flavors and she told me a little about each kind. I ended up buying a double scoop and bought 4 pints to go. My son had a double scoop too. I had the coffee and dark chocolate so it was like a mocha. I had not looked at the price so was kind of surprised that I spent $78 on ice cream but it is really delicious. The lemon bar is non dairy since they use coconut milk. Really refreshing. The salted peanut butter with chocolate flakes like a Reese's cup. Haven't eaten the brown butter with almond brittle yet. You can get the ice cream in a waffle cone or a bowl. I will go back but not buy so much The place is small inside. Only about 6-7 tables. Just wanted to mention Jenn's is a certified BCorp. They are working to improve our environment and social impact . Good reason to support them!!

Oof! We have tried the store bought Jeni's and stopped in at this location. We won't go back. We've seen the lines at this place and read the hype. After trying 6 flavors, we've found them to be sickeningly sweet, and the sugar or whatever sweetener they use has an 'off' flavor to it. Additional factors are the floors in the store were disgusting, they really needed to be mopped, gross. Many of the ice creams were visibly melty/ runny, and the prices are pretty outrageous. 1 star for the waffle cone, which wasn't bad.

Pretty decent ice cream! Jeni's decor and interior always make the experience fun. I had the vegan chocolate and goat cheese with cherries. We went in on a Saturday evening and there were barely anyone, staffs were friendly and helpful even though they dont have flavor tasting anymore due to covid protocols :/ My two scoops come with a piece of wafer which is nice. How do I say, these ice cream are not bad, but they are not extraordinary either. The vegan chocolate feels a bit chalky and bland for my liking. Goat cheese cherries was fine even though I wish there was more depth in the flavor. It tasted like cream churned together and a bit of cheesy cheery flavor. I'd come again but it's not my favorite :/
