My second visit to a Jeni's ice cream shop!! Their signature signage caught my attention while I was at happy hour...at the nearby Matchbox. I rarely come to this area, so I had to stop even though I already tried it before. Of course I was sold the first time I came to a Jeni's....., but clearly two times is a charm!! You can't go wrong with this place. The ice cream flavors are to die for and the combinations made here are some of the most unique flavors and seasonal offerings one can find at an ice cream shop The staff was super inviting and friendly as soon as we walked in. They let us try a couple samples. I was a little overwhelmed due to zero capacity and didn't bother to read the flavors/descriptions. I went with whatever appealed and caught my eye....which were plenty. I asked the employee for samples of the 2 seasonal flavors (Bay Leaf Cheesecake and Sweet Potato Marshmallow Praline). While they both were amazing, I chose the Sweet Potato Marshmallow Praline. I ordered the smallest size, which was a scoop in a waffle cone. Totally satisfying and the combination of flavors are truly unique....as if I was eating a sweet potato casserole fresh out of my Grandma's kitchen. This place can never get old with me and definitely can become an addiction. A big fan here and will be back....to explore some of the other intriguing flavors!

Google
I looked at this ice cream shop before hand and it looked like they had a large selection of delicious ice creams. When we got there they had 16 flavors and they all generally consisted of too many ingredients. Splendid means magnificent or impressive but frankly I was not impressed. I sampled two. First, the honey vanilla bean which was disgusting and then the wild berry lavender which was pretty good. Overall, a lot of the other flavors just didn’t look appealing. What also upset me was the fact that they had two huge cases but they both had the same 16 flavors instead of 32 different ones to provide more variety. That would be magnificent and splendid. The customer service was great and the staff was really friendly! The shop itself was too small for the volume of people which made me uncomfortable. It’s not their fault they are busy though. Overall this place is good for someone who likes crazy extra flavors but limited choices.

Google
My 3-year old and I have been to 10 different ice cream shops in the past 3 months, and this is definitely top 3. She has egg/milk allergies and I think the Texas Sheet Cake ice cream was her favorite ice cream she’s ever had (which you can probably tell from the pic). I got the Milkiest Chocolate which was AMAZING — way better than your average chocolate ice cream. Staff were friendly. Price was a bit higher than I would have expected for the serving size, but worth it for the taste — and it is Bethesda, after all. They have a rewards program which I did not join, but I would join and be a regular customer if I lived closer.

Google
This place deserves a 10/10! The ice cream is absolutely delicious, no wonder there’s always a line of people waiting! Each flavor is rich, creamy, and bursting with taste. The employees are incredibly friendly and make the experience even more enjoyable. Special shoutout to Antonio and Astor, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Their warmth and service made it feel like more than just a visit for ice cream—it was an experience. Highly recommend stopping by; it’s worth every minute of the wait!

Really good ice creams and so many flavors! Staff super nice and offered samples for all kinds!

There was a hair in my ice cream. Took it back and got a refund but nothing else… customer service could be better. Seemed sympathetic though. Before I got to the hair the taste was pretty good, can’t lie. But overall, idk if I’ll be back.

My favorite ice-cream creations. During hot days or cold ones... a great sweet treat! So good I forgot to take pictures while I was inside haha. Giant food im Northern Virginia has their pints for sale

Google
Best ice cream in town, hands down. Yes, it's expensive, but it's a treat worth every penny. With seasonal and rotating flavors, they offer both classic flavors, and new exciting ones you won't find anywhere else! The first thing I tried was the Bourbon Ginger and Middle West Pecan. The one I went with though was the Brown Butter and Almond in a waffle bowl. One word: Heaven.

Yelp
There were a ton of flavors that are unique - on my first visit: Brown Butter Almond Brittle - Brown butter almond candy crushed into buttercream ice cream. Brambleberry Crisp - Oven-toasted oat streusel and a sweet-tart brambleberry jam layered throughout vanilla ice cream. It tastes as good as it sounds. Creamy and you can taste the goodness! They give you two half scoops so that you can try two different ones.

Parisa A.

Yelp
The lady serving was really nice to us and gave us some good recommendations, she let us have a couple of samples as well. Each flavor we got was so good! It the hit craving I was wanting. Definitely will be coming to get other flavors!

Arista W.

Yelp
The ice cream is absolutely amazing here but I need their employees to smile a little. They all seemed so overwhelmed and tired, probably because it's so unorganized and there seems to be a bunch of kids running the place. The line took forever but the presentation of the ice cream once you got it was worth the wait. The place needed a good cleaning as well. I know it's an ice cream shop but everything shouldn't be sticky. I'll go back once school is back in. lol $16 was my total for me and my kid. We both got standard scoops. I got the gooey butter cake and it was everything! My kid got the salted peanut butter and she loved it. The parking is awful on this street so good luck. lol

Yelp
Jeni's Ice Creams is definitely my favorite ice cream shop. The servers are very quick and quite generous with their servings and are very nice. Although there aren't that many seats indoors, there are a lot of seats right outside. It's also great that they're open pretty late, especially in this summer heat. The ice cream is amazing and always tastes delicious. Gooey Butter Cake and Brown Butter Almond Brittle are my go-tos.

Ashley T.

Yelp
Absolutely loved the Salted Caramel and Cookies & Cream bowl at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams! The Salty Caramel has this perfect balance of sweet and savory, with just the right amount of salt to enhance the caramel's rich, buttery flavor. It's incredibly smooth and melts in your mouth. The Cookies & Cream is a nostalgic classic done right--creamy vanilla base with chunks of chocolate cookies that stay crisp and flavorful. I don't know of if I was delusional, but I could've sworn that the cookies and cream had flaky salt on it. It made it that much better. Together, they create a heavenly combo that's both indulgent and satisfying. Highly recommend grabbing a bowl; you won't be disappointed!

Grace K.

Yelp
This was my first time trying this flavor and i would say it was really good. Service was great, staff was nice. If was a cute little ice cream joint. I always loved the inside of Jeni's. Back to the ice cream: I don't remember the full name but it was rainbow yogurt. The texture wasn't like your normal ice cream but it was more on the yogurt side with tons of flavor. The waffle wasn't the greatest, not sure why. Maybe it was an off night or something. Overall, jeni's ice cream is always on point! Thanks!

Yuwa A.

Yelp
So delicious and tastes so fresh. This is my second time at Jeni's and I loveeee their ice cream. My kids love the ice cream as well and I highly recommend this place. Service is great and the ambience is soooo cute.

Anne C.

Yelp
Service was great! I was able to try a few flavors and be in and out in no time with my tasty ice cream.

Xavier I.

Yelp
Decent ice cream but even better service. The worker was very helpful and cool with me sampling all the different flavors I wanted to try. I sampled cookies n cream, milkiest chocolate, skillet cinnamon roll, and honey vanilla bean. I ended up getting the signature cup which comes with 3 scoops for $7.70, with those 3 scoops I got cookies n cream, milkiest chocolate, and skillet cinnamon roll. The milkiest choclate was definitely my favorite flavor it was rich and creamy. The skillet cinnamon roll was a unique and tasty flavor. The honey vanilla bean was pretty good. The cookies n cream was very disappointing, it didn't really taste like the cookies n cream ice cream that Im used to, it more so reminded me of a chocolate chip ice cream. All in all, it's a decent ice cream spot that serves plenty of interesting and unique flavors that I would recommend (especially the milkiest chocolate).

Steve Y.

Yelp
L'affogato! A choice of two ice creams doused in cold brew. For this order, I ordered Honey Vanilla and Coffee.Yeeeum!

Yuki N.

Yelp
I've been to other Jeni's locations and tried several pints from grocery stores, so I knew their ice creams are always solid and great. This store is pretty small so there are a few chairs to eat-in. The friendly staff let me try some flavors, and I ended up ordering Brambleberry Crips and Darkest Chocolate. Both were very creamy and tasty. Used to be less expensive and more affordable before pandemic...and this would be my only complain...

Dan A.

Yelp
Ice Cream after spicy food is the best. Jeni's was around the corner and on a Sunday afternoon at 2:30 they were quiet. The sweet aroma of the freshly made Buttercrisp waffle cones hits you as soon as you walk in and sets the stage. Samples were provided with non -disposable spoons which was a nice touch. They have take home pints as well as flights which I haven't seen for Ice Cream. Went with my usual-their Darkest Chocolate had an intense chocolate flavor-just the way I like it. Coffee with cream/sugar was also delicious! Friendly and engaged people behind the counter. Smaller chain with locations in a handful of major cities. Recognized by Food and Wine and lives up to the hype!

Hazel C.

Yelp
Omg smelled so sweet as i entered the store. It was almost overpowering. It smelled of freshly made waffle cones. Most of the flavors aren't too exotic, but they had a number to choose from, so as it is in America, too many choices can be paralyzing. The super nice young man who helped me was more than happy to let me try a few flavors. I tried the Brambleberry Crisp (just okay, not as tasty as Ice Cream Jubilee's Marionberry), and the Brown Butter Almond Brittle. None of the other flavors spoke to me, so I ended up getting the Brown Butter Almond Brittle and the Darkest Chocolate on a sugar cone. Thankfully they weren't too sweet. You can have up to 2 flavors on their smallest size. It was about $6.95. It wasn't too busy on a Thursday night, so there wasn't a long line. They had a number of staff available to take your order. There was bar height counter by the window if you'd like to eat your ice cream inside. No seating inside as I recall. If I'm out shopping in Bethesda and wanting ice cream, I'd consider getting a scoop if something sounds interesting.

Jeni S.

Yelp
While there was no discount for a person with the same name as this nifty frozen treat, the prices were reasonable, the selections varied, the staff friendly, the place wheelchair accessible - and yes, the scoops of ice cream delicious! The brown butter brittle and salty caramel and cake was a triple delight dish... The sangria flavor was also fresh and delicious. Next time - will try to chocolates and more. Good stuff. (Should I call it me-cream or I-cream? Hahahaha).

Sarah C.

Yelp
Disappointed with my serving of ice cream. I ordered a kids bramble berry scoop of ice cream and the ice cream was not mixed well and consisted of mostly vanilla ice cream. I had no bramble filling. Although the picture looks like it was a lot, it is deceiving, the scoop was hollow whereas other ice cream places pack it in. I finished the ice cream in 3 average sized bites. The server himself though was friendly.

Huda S.

Yelp
As a long-time Jeni's fan, I was happy to see a scoop shop situated among many other restaurants and shops in Bethesda. I stopped in for some dessert in a Saturday evening. Despite having a good number of people waiting to order, the line was moving very quickly. While I waited just a few minutes, I noticed the menu board very clearly listed regular flavors, seasonal flavors, as well as both scoop-only and pint-only flavors. The employee who served me in line was very friendly. He seemed to actually be enjoying his job, which is rare to see nowadays in the service industry. He was very helpful in allowing me to sample a few flavors that were still new to me as a frequent Jeni's customer. I decided on a waffle cone with two flavors: my go-to Gooey Butter Cake and Browned Butter Almond Brittle. I received my cone in about a minute, and paid around $11. While that's a bit high for ice cream, it's unfortunately around the average for most dessert shops nowadays. My major sweet tooth was extremely satisfied with my order. While my final flavors I had decided on weren't new to me, the consistent quality of Jeni's products was evident. Their unique waffle cone with that special touch of salt complements any flavor extremely well. The ice cream flavors were sweet and decadent, while still maintaining their own distinct flavors. Overall, I don't have anything negative to say about this location. The service was awesome both in quality and speed. Despite this shop being much further from others I've gone to, the consistent flavor and quality of Jeni's products made this an exceptional dessert experience.

Yelp
Pros: *Ordered 1 scoop of 'Texas Sheet Cake' and 1 scoop of 'Lemon Bar' ice cream - both tasted fresh, flavorful, + delicious. *Unique menu options - 3 scoop deal comes w/ waffle cone wedge + 'Flight' deal comes w/ 10 scoops + wedges. *Store has vegan/gluten-free ice cream options, free water cup station, + is open late (11 PM every day). Cons: *Ice cream is on the pricier side ($6.95 for 2 scoops) + scoops are not very big. *Limited dairy-free flavors - only 3 DF flavors + 1 of them was only available in a pre-packaged pint - which was a bit frustrating. *Limited indoor seating + limited free parking options (except on Sunday's). Overall: Premium ice cream chain w/unique + high quality flavors. Ice cream is a bit pricey, but it is worth it because you really can't find their flavors anywhere else. Menu rotates consistently, so I would definitely return to try other flavors in the future.

Yelp
I came here on a Sunday and luckily parking is free that day! This place was easy to find and had lots of room for seating. The building does extend back and has bathrooms. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted. It was my first time here and I had no idea what to flavor of ice cream to pick. The employee was super kind and said I could try some samples. They gave me a nice heavy metal tiny spoon, it was the cutest. I was a little worried because I thought my order was 1 scope of ice cream and I was like thinking, wow that's expensive for ice cream. But they were generous and added a piece of waffle! I was a very happy customer. I enjoyed all the details and kindness from employees. I highly recommend.

Mateo S.

Yelp
Ok, so the ice cream is okay and the waffle cone is amazing, but what's with the absolutely - and there really isn't any other word for this - DUMB PRICING?! You order in "two half-scoops" but you can't actually order a half-scoop of anything. Yes, you've read that correctly. I can't tell if it's kitsch or comedy or an insufferable way to make you think you're getting more than you are for a $9 ice cream cone, but whatever it is supposed to be, it most definitely is dumb. It's so dumb, in fact, that instead of talking about the ice cream, or the waffle cones, or the service, or the atmosphere, I'm talking about the dumb pricing. I won't go here again just to protest its dumbness. GIVE US FULL SCOOPS!

Will M.

Yelp
C'mon Jeni's. 1 hair in 2 scoops of ice cream is too many but 2 is absolutely crazy and disgusting. I'm just hoping the straight hair belongs to a person. It was a little too straight. I wouldn't even know who to call on this but pretty unacceptable.

Ashlee A.

Yelp
Late night venture as I'm glad there's an ice cream shop open until 11pm. Nice area with a lot of restaurants and the nearby parking garage doesn't charge after 10pm. Inside and outside sitting. Line wasn't long. I got two scoops of the deepest dark chocolate ice cream and it was just regular chocolate ice cream. Honestly tasted no different than the milk chocolate one that I almost didn't believe they were supposed to be different. Employees were super nice! We took a stroll around to finish our cones and the employee kept our pint in the freezer until we made it back.

Kimberly S.

Yelp
You've probably seen Jeni's in your local grocery store, but you should do yourself a favor and go to their brick and mortar! There you can find flavors unknown to grocery stores like Wedding Cake and Pumpkin Cake Roll! So many flavors that come and go with the seasons, I hope you get to enjoy something fantastic! Expect a line that stretches down the block on busy days - they work as fast as they can, so it does move reasonably quick. And be sure to tip! As someone who has worked in ice cream in the past, scooping ice cream all day makes your wrists hurt a LOT. Show them your appreciation for being there for you. :)

Sarah G.

Yelp
Don't let the line out the door deter you. It does move pretty quick and trust me- the wait is WORTH it!! I had salty caramel and salted peanut butter with chocolate flakes. Both were to DIE for!!! This is a must stop!!

Mariah V.

Yelp
Lovely environment. Nice music. Awesome people. Thanks to Corey and his two mates for making my night and my bf's night a lot better with their kindness and good vibes. Always smiling and we loved it. The ice cream was delicious.

Benjamin F.

Yelp
Solid ice cream but our portions were a bit small. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Alex D.

Yelp
I have been to Jeni's multiple times and I always try to visit if I am in the area. One of my friends introduced me to Jeni's and I definitely like the ice cream that they serve. If you are in the area and are looking for ice cream, check out Jeni's.

Janet K.

Yelp
Jeni's is always the go-to! There was no wait because we came at off-peak time (dinner time). And so, service was very quick! Everyone was sweet and offered to provide samples for flavors for us to taste! There are some seats available inside, the ambiance is very cozy! My go-to is always brambleberry and lavender but I tried lemon bar this time and it did not disappoint! Saw the everything bagel pint available and was so tempted but passed this time. Will be coming back to snag one soon though!

Wendy G.

Yelp
One of my fave ice cream shops in the area! Can't get over how good the waffle cone scent is coming from the store!! One scoop is about $6.25 so slightly pricier but worth it. This night we got Texas sheet cake (dairy free) and wild berry lavender. Loved how rich the sheet cake was! Couldn't even tell the difference between the dairy and ND options if I didn't know. It had a very subtle coconut flavor which was delicious. The wild berry lavender was light, zesty, and florally! Overall, great flavors and rotating ones as well.

Xin W.

Yelp
What's a better time than winter to eat some ice cream! Every time I come here, the staff is sooooooo welcoming. I asked for recommendations, and they let me try their favorites. I ended up with the darker chocolate and the goat cheese with red cherries pint. The combination sounds really strange, but it was really delicious. The chocolate was bitter and contrasted nicely with the goat cheese which was like a smooth but rich cheesecake. The worker even plated up the ice cream so nicely! 10/10 recommend this ice cream shop, everything I ate so good!

Leah C.

Yelp
Funky ice cream flavors, free public parking next door (on the weekends), a crispy waffle cone "bite," a quick moving line, and open until 11 pm. Need I say more??? Jeni's is a major staple in most major cities and local grocery stores, for good reason. My friend, who is terribly allergic to peanuts, also got the "celebrity treatment" tonight in being served from a new ice cream container with non-contaminated ice cream scoopers. I'm sure the whole process slowed down the employee's night when it was incredibly busy, but we appreciate the care they took to make sure she was safe. I'm certain I will be back soon (sorry, wallet and waistline).

Eden C.

Yelp
Jeni's is my favorite ice cream shop in the DMV area! They have a creamier texture than some of the other ice cream places. They also have amazing vegan options that are not just sorbet. The ones made from coconut cream does have a coconutty taste but worth it for the lactose intolerant!

Paul L.

Yelp
The ice cream here was great -- both darkest chocolate and wildberry lavender. There was a wide range of othe flavors that I might like to try. But I confess I find it hard to get used to paying more than six bucks (plus tip of course) for the smallest size of ice cream

Dee D.

Yelp
I enjoyed the ice cream. There was great variety and dairy free options too. They make fresh cones taste buttery and not too sweet. You can taste flavors until you make the choice that's right for you at the time.

Ivy L.

Yelp
Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream Winter time is the best time to enjoy ice cream, they won't melt too fast, so you can enjoy them slowly. We tried Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream with cup this time, thankfully we chose cup, it's $6 for 2 scoop ice cream, which was more than one person serving, and it came with a crip waffle on top of it. We chose Mexican Chocolate and Coffee, it's a good mix but we love the coffee better. Anotherix we tried was the dark chocolate and the salted caramel, this was the best mix, and this dark chocolate taste better in my taste bud. They have 2 ice cream case filled with many options, you can ask to trial first before deciding which one you'll pick. We will come back and get another interesting flavors next time. 4918 Elm St, Bethesda MD 20814 daily, Weekdays: Noon to 10PM, Weekends: Noon to 11PM accessible for both strollers and wheelchairs indoor restrooms, but we didn't check parking garage or street parking #jenissplendidicecream #bethesdamd #mocomd #visitmocomd #visitmaryland

Yelp
This was my first time at Jeni's and I would like to say I had an amazing experience. iIt was kind of busy because of the art festival that was going on but Joe helped me, I believe if it wasn't for him I probably would've left. I came in to try the fall flavors but didn't like any of them and he offered me to samples and to try ever flavor and I just loved the brambleberry Crist and then I believe he was the manager Kory I believe that's what he said his name was came out and seen it was my first time and explained the history of Jenny's told me about all the locations and and let me taste his favorite flavor that I had to get just because it tasted like a Reesie cup ... then there was another employee Antwan that helped my husband that I had found out just started working for your company that I would have thought been there for years the way he described the flavors where Amazing I definitely will take the hour drive to come back this place was amazing your employees made my day I would just come just to receive this customer service again

Meagan W.

Yelp
OH MY GOSH. The absolute best icecream I've probably ever had! The cones are made fresh on site. The icecream itself was so creamy, I couldn't stop until it was all gone! The staff seemed a little standoff-ish, but luckily it's an icecream place, so I got my cone and went for a stroll. The inside was clean, but not many places to sit inside. I will definitely return if I'm in the area again.

Gellie E.

Yelp
I'm a big fan of Jeni's ice cream. With the sweet smells of freshly baked waffle cones wafting from the shop, it's hard to resist. So naturally, we decided to go to Jeni's for dessert after having dinner at Bethesda Row. There was a short line, but it moved quickly. Scoops are pricey - $6 for a single - but there's no denying that it's good ice cream. Originally, we were going to go with the flight - $21 for 10 scoops (aka the best value) - to share with five people. When we ordered, an employee informed us that the flavors are pre-selected (basically a sampling of their signature flavors), so you don't get to mix and match or double up on flavors like we wanted. We opted for the trio instead ($6.75 pre-tax). We were going to get a second trio, but they were out of the Frose flavor so we just cut our losses and stuck with a single trio. The team did hook us up with a waffle piece for each person, so that was a nice gesture. Even with the delicious, rich flavors of the ice cream and its uber creamy texture, my favorite part is the waffle cone pieces. Unfortunately, the ones that we got with our ice cream trio were no showstoppers - they were a little pale and soft - and I prefer more golden and crispy. That being said, the staff was friendly and efficient; I'm still a fan.

Mike R.

Yelp
Place was great and very nice and so concerned about my daughter's peanut allergies. They showed that they really cared and went out of their way to make sure she was safe and we were satisfied. I will go back in the future! Thank you!

Van Anh N.

Yelp
YUMMYYYYY food pic worthy bc bro those scoops are so round and the colors are bright and cute Pretty unique, good quality icecream for a good price in my opinion! Scoops are pretty big too! Came with some friends and we decided to share a triple. I like the cardboard-y plate. There's water in the back! There's merch you can get too. Oki now on to the actual icecream besties. YUM. It's not the most amazing icecream but it's really good. Not too creamy but still suuuuper smooth. Its a great consistency. Its not ridiculously sweet and you can actually taste the nice flavors. We tried the coffee with cream and sugar, wild berry lavender, and this seasonal blueberry one (the one that's blue and white in the back of my picture.) also the waffle piece was a nice plus! I really enjoyed the coffee one! Im always a sucker for coffee icecream so would def get again. Lavender was good and different from the lavender ice creams I usually look for. I like my lavender flavor to be strong af like I'm legit eating lavender flowers LOL so yea, wild berry lavender isnt that lavender-y. Its expected tho bc it does say it's with berries! The blue one was aight. A little too sweet for me and I just had the best blueberry icecream elsewhere in Maine so I'm a little biased towards that one. Overall I do recommend!! Can't wait to try their other flavors!

Yelp
Finally got to try Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams! It was as good as I expected. We visited on our trip to Bethesda! Such a cute little space with such fun ice cream flavors! Definitely recommend trying if you want to try some new flavors!

Yelp
Wanted to stop here while I'm DC because I love the brand when I buy it in stores. Honestly the stores was better. There isn't anything wrong with the physical location, but the smallest ice cream option is two pretty large scoops. Far more than a one person serving for $6. You can try flavors before you select them and I'm glad they offer this because I tried a few seasonal that I wouldn't have wanted a whole scoop of. I did get a bowl, not cone and it came with a waffle crisp which was a nice touch. Ice cream was good per usual Jeni's brand. I'm glad I stopped in, but wouldn't go out of my way again for it.

Yelp
Wow, this place is super overpriced! Had to take a star off for that. Otherwise, ordered the honey vanilla bean. Size was "one full scoop". It's insane that one scoop of ice cream can be almost $7 including tax. The ice cream was tasty and creamy. It was good for a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Yelp
I came here for date night on Friday night around 7 PM. They were only allowing one party in at a time. No samples were given out because of that. We went in and decided what to get quickly. I got the Salty Caramel and the Gooey Butter cake and he got the Brambleberry Crisp and Honey Vanilla bean. We got the 2 scoops in a cup with the Buttercrisp waffle cone. (I was unaware of this, but guess he just ordered it for me too.) Our ice cream came out rather quickly than expected. Since COVID, no one is able to sit inside, but there was ample amount of seating outside. We decided to walk around and eat our ice cream in Bethesda row. With the beautiful string lights and cobblestone walkway, it was the perfect romantic date night. The 2 scoops are relatively big. I particularly like my ice cream a little melted to soup. But he just golfed his entire two scoops down, even in the freezing cold. The waffle cone at the end was perfect! It definitely balanced out the sweetness of the ice cream. This is the second time I've been to this Jeni's location. The first time was for a Yelp event, pre-COVID. During COVID, all the employees were wearing masks and there were hand sanitizers places throughout.

Yelp
I absolutely loved the icecream here. The perfect amount of flavor in each bite. Little to no line. So creamy and full of diverse textures and tastes. Love it. Cant wait to try some more! I got the rainbow buttermilk froyo and wedding cake scoop in a cup. Rainbow Buttermilk Frozen Yogurt (5/5) So perfect. It was tangy yet sweet and so fruity. I loved every bite. Perfect amount of lemon and fruit flavor without an overwhelming acidic taste or too much sugar. Wedding Cake (6/5) Wow. So this is love?? Such an amazing flavor with actual pieces of cake in it!!! I'm going to pass away. It was so perfect, a perfect light lemon and berry flavor. Such a rich cake with such amazing texture. I want MORE. Frosé (2/5) Not my favorite. Has a pretty strong alcoholic taste. Unless that's your cup of tea don't get it. Overall really positive experience with the amazing creamy ice creams!! Will come again to try more flavors:)

Yelp
It was a Saturday tried Jeni's since there isn't anything nearby. I'm not going to go back. They serve by the "half scoop." I got the equivalent of 3 scoops and paid $21 for it. I got a feature combo, the Chocolate Bar. Sounded awesome Chocolate/Saltiest Caramal/Salted Peanut Butter with chocolate flecks. All I got was 1 and 1/2 scoops of ice cream (1 of each) side by side on a small paper platter with not a fleck of chocolate in sight. Seems like this is how they do it. Really just a waste of money.

Yelp
I've been Familiar with Jeni's ice cream for years because I used to live in Ohio. I had other favorite spots back in the Midwest and Jeni's wasn't particularly nearby. But now that we've lived here in Maryland for a few months and I've gotten to explore the area, I can definitely say that Jeni's is my favorite ice cream here! There peanut butter ice cream with chocolate flake is my absolute favorite! They currently have a Halloween special flavor that has peanut butter ice cream with chocolate covered pretzels and swirls of ice cream. Obviously, that flavor is plenty exciting as well! My next big recommendation would be to gooey butter cake ice cream! If they're out of that, the almond brittle would be my next choice. It has very similar flavor and sweetness and isn't overly crunchy with almonds. You should definitely visit frequently to catch other special flavors. Mine was their cream puff. The ice cream base tasted like an extra strong vanilla ice cream and it had flakes of pastry throughout it which was super pleasant! Some other awesome flavors worth mentioning ice cream their coffee ice cream and the wild berry lavender. The dark chocolate and wild berry pear particularly nice with each other! So come on down to Bethesda! The garage is only a couple shop fronts away from Jeni'
