Really good ice cream! I like their original flavors. We bought three take home pints as well and they were fresh. The scoops were kind of smaller than expected but the waffle cone was really really good - one of the best cones I’ve had from an ice cream place! I feel like waffle cones always taste the same but Jeni’s cones have a different flavor to it and is super fresh. I like the gooey butter cake the best, but the bramble berry crisp is also good. Would recommend trying jeni’s in LA! The Beverly Hills location is pretty big and has ample seating. It’s a clean interior and storefront. Parking is street / metered or there’s garages in the street.

I was on the hunt for a late-night ice cream fix and stumbled upon Jeni’s Ice Cream, and I’m so glad I did. The staff member who helped us was incredibly thorough in describing each flavor, and her recommendations were spot on. Every sample I tried tasted exactly as she described. We ended up getting the Darkest Chocolate, Mint Chocolate Chip, and a berry-flavored ice cream (I forgot the exact name, but it was delicious!). Each scoop was lusciously creamy, rich, and full of flavor. It absolutely hit the spot and made for the perfect treat to beat the California summer heat. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Had a fantastic non-dairy ice cream (salted peanut in a vanilla base), but I have to say the cup was the absolute tiniest scoop of ice cream I have ever been served. I take small bites (very small), and it was about 6 bites of ice cream for over $6. Most ice cream places seem to fill cups. I feel they really skimped on the serving, which rubbed me the wrong way.it took away from my enjoyment.

Rich, creamy, and incredibly unique without being over the top. I dont know (and dont want to know) the calories on them. Every flavor tastes thoughtfully crafted with high-quality ingredients, and you can really tell the difference. The shop is clean and bright, making it a great stop whether you're out for a stroll or intentionally coming for dessert. If you're an ice cream lover or just want something special, Jeni's is a must-visit in Beverly Hills. Highly recommend!

Public parking garage almost directly across the street. A few indoor and a few outdoor tables. Ask for samples! I'd say about 20 or so flavors offered. Pay at the register. Fast and friendly service in a casual (and very good smelling) atmosphere. Their standard is a double half scoop, so be sure to try two flavors. Ran us $9 including tax and small tip as of Aug 2025. Not bad, especially given the location in the golden triangle!

Are you feeling Underweight? Doctor said your Cholesterol is too low? or is Hamilton burning a hole in your pocket? For either of all of these situations: Jeni to to rescue! The employees here are nice, they will give you a taste, it's in a great area, free parking before 6 pm across the street in BH City Garage. The tables were dirty when we were here on a Sat night and we cleaned off one. They have unsual flavors you will not find in other places. They will put a basic sugar cone on top of your cup like a hat for free. If you want a waffle cone--add in more $$. 3 Stars because the flavors did not wow me, it's unhealthy to eat sugar and whole milk products, and on top of that: very expensive. You are not getting out of here for less than $8.00 for what you see in my photo. But, hey, if you are having fun in BH, you have a big budget and want to sugar it up--why not come here? I am a tourist in other places sometimes...

Great delicious ice cream . I had the pistachio macaroon and it was sooo good and I definitely recommend this place . Ambiance was nice and quiet and service was great and very friendly.

Jeni's was on our daughter's list to have during her Cali visit. So, after brunch at Bacari and strolling through Rodeo Dr., we took a treat break. I've been to the Farmer's Market location in Nashville, which was quite delicious, but BH is a whole other experience. The place is so cute and inviting. You can't help but smile as you walk into the colorful decor, smell of fresh waffle cones and being greeted by the wonderful staff. Our daughter already knew her flavor -- Gooey Butter Cake. I tried a sample of the Brown Butter Almond Brittle and was immediately sold. I chose Honey Vanilla Bean for the husband. We each had two half scoops in a waffle cone (of course!). So, sooooo YUMMY! There's just nothing else like Jeni's ice cream. The price point is comparable to other shops, but the quality and creativity is far superior. I'm sure our daughter will find a way to come back before returning to Nashville. :)

Jeni's Ice Cream was just amazing. As soon as you walk in , you are greeted by the wonderful smell of waffle cones. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We tried a few flavors on their cute little silver spoons. We got a few scoops, top favorite was the toasted smores, Honey Vanilla Bean and salted peanut butter. you guys need to try Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams.

We could smell their waffle cones from outside and smelled too good to pass up! We had just gone to the Mr Brainwash museum and were hungry for a sweet treat and I can't walk away from ice cream. Inside was packed but quickly served. I got the standard with two half scoops of mint chip and double dough and it came with a waffle cones slice. Ice cream was delicious and refreshing and they have very unique flavors as well- next time I'll try the goat cheese cherry. They also have pre packed tubs of ice cream too.

All Jeni's staff are soo kind (in every location) and they go out of your way to make you feel welcome to take your time, try different flavors, and decide what you want to get. I'm a huge fan of Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, especially the Brambleberry Crisp! I parked nearly right in front of Jeni's and made a mental note to go after visiting Mr. Brainwash Art Museum. I didn't forget, either! It's just a few doors down from the museum. There's only metered street parking here. There's a nice little patio out front before you enter. There are 2 restrooms available, which is almost a rare commodity these days! It's quite festive inside the shop with the triangular flags strung from the ceiling! Ready for an ice cream party! I love the retro merchandise bags they have, too! One thing I love about Jeni's other than their ice cream is that all the ice creams have labels & description cards. I'm sure it also saves the staff time having to describe what is in each flavor! They offer samples on metal spoons. An interesting fact is that they serve half scoops. They claim that it is so you can enjoy more flavors! The lady who helped me was friendly and helpful. I asked for a sample of the Lemon Bar and ended up choosing it. I also went with my favorite, the Brambleberry Crisp. Super velvety and delicious! I got the Standard, which is two half scoops for $7.25. I prefer getting a split scoop, so their model works great for me! For the pricing, I think the Signature is the best option ... 3 half scoops for $8.00. I'm so glad I stumbled into this location just off Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills!

Was looking for a little sweet treat after lunch yesterday and was happy to find this place just down the street. This is only my second time ever being in a jeni's and it's been a hit both times! Quality, service, the vibes, you name it. They have it all wish I lived closer to be able to go in regularly, some of the best ice cream I've had for sure.

Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams in Beverly Hills is indeed a SPLENDID and cheerful place to visit. They can get really busy in the summer so prepare for a line at peak times. Service is always excellent. They give samples. They have two dairy free flavors that are always available: Texas Sheet Cake (chocolate) and Lemon Bar (a lemon sorbet). They also had a special non-dairy sorbet for the month of July called Snow Cone which is the flavor I ordered. I got the kid's scoop and it came with a free waffle cookie. I LOVE the colors of this ice cream flavor. They are so pretty and remind me of summer and The Fourth of July. They are also very HAPPY colors! The sorbet is actually a mix of two different sorbets blue brambleberry sorbet (an assortment of different berries) and watermelon pink lemonade sorbet. The set up here is very nice as they have tables and chairs both inside and outside. They also have public restrooms available inside. There is metered parking on the street and parking structures nearby. Download the app to sign up for their rewards program.

Amazing service, they walked us through each ice cream we wanted to try with such detail. Cookie dough flavor and home made waffle cones were amazing!! The peach one was also pretty good. 3 scoop-er was perfect to end off our day!

Friendly service, good ice cream, and a pleasant place to sit outside on a warm summer night. I had friends visiting from out of town who wanted to see Rodeo Drive. This Jeni's is a short detour from the standard Rodeo tourist walk, and offers good ice cream with a side of some Beverly Hills atmosphere. We sat at one of the tables outside, which made for some decent people watching. On this visit I had a sugar cone with Sweet Cream Biscuits & Peach Jam and Tahini Oat Chocolate Cookies. Everything was great. (I like their waffle cones and waffle bowls, but sometimes you feel like a classic sugar cone.) I've been here a few times, and would come back.

I waited in line for nearly 20 minutes. I watched four people walk out the door. There was about 15 of us in line and only one person working. Signs of a typical, well let's just say, Beverly Hills owner. If the goal was to make it seem busy,It didn't work. As evidenced by the full buckets of ice cream. Money walking out the door. It's good ice cream, if you're patient.

So we came after church for fellowship after it was announced that Churchome had a partnership with them. The experience wasn't great honestly, I get that the store is closing but Evan the manager screaming at a room full of ppl while they're in line was unacceptable.

We were greeted by the staff as soon as we walked in and the customer service was amazing. We were offered samples of any of the flavors we wanted to try and also given recommendations on what ice cream they thought we would like. The girls were also very knowledgeable on the menu as we also asked about vegan options. I'll definitely be back to try more of the flavors!

My stomach got real upset shortly after eating this ice cream, which is not normal for me. Also, it was dirty. Bathrooms were a mess and out of paper towels, outside trash can was overflowing, tables had stuff all over them and cleaning spray with a towel was left on them. Idk what is going on here but we will not be back. Ice cream tasted good. Not the best we've had but I mean it's ice cream. Hard to be too awful.

I loved the flavors here! I got coffee and their Lavender, which was SUCH a good combo together. I would definitely go to get this combination again. The vibe of the place was very cute to sit and relax on a hot day. The workers were also very patient with me testing their flavors!

Cutest little ice cream shop! There isn't much variety of flavors but enough to taste and choose! My honest opinion is that there's no need for 20 flavors but having 6-10 flavors of good tasting flavors are perfect! Employees here are kind and you can ask to try variety of flavors to choose which one you like. It's clean and spacious. There's indoor and outdoor sitting. Would I go back? I sure will and try other flavors! So if you're in the neighborhood check them out!

As someone born and raised in the land of gooey butter cake, I can confidently say this is the best ice cream flavor I've had in a long, long time. I can't speak for any other flavor on the menu--but wow, what a treat. Bonus points for the staff, who were incredibly sweet and patient, even while I was having a full-on flavor crisis.

It's their soft opening today and I'm happy to report that this new Jeni's location is slamming! It was packed with people walking by but there were plenty of staff inside to move the line along quickly. The workers are super friendly and knowledgeable about the different ingredients and flavor notes of the ice cream flavors. I love Jenis ice cream and have been to their original Ohio locations many times. They use premium ingredients like their dairy, Intelligentsia coffee and high cacao chocolate and don't use weird emulsifiers, so you get a clean finish and no sticky aftertaste. Of all the premium ice cream brand scoop shops, they really standout among all the other choices. They have over a dozen flavors in the store and you can sample them. Even though I'm familiar with Jeni's regular signature flavors (like Salted Caramel and the Milkiest Chocolate), we tried a ton of seasonal and new ones like the cinnamon Pop-Tarts and the (vegan) Texas Sheet Cake which is deliciously chocolatey. They were making waffle cones and bowls fresh and wow does it fill the shop with the most incredible aroma! Delicious too! It's $6.90 for a two scoop and $7.70 for a signature three scoop. Definitely recommend trying the three scoop, since it's only a bit more. It's a very convenient location next to The Farm of Beverly Hills and near the Mr. Brainwash Art Museum. The BH city parking lot is directly across the street (look for the crate and barrel) so you can get easy 2 hour parking for free.

Trust me, I really really wanted to CONE-vince myself to like Jeni's after hearing so much hype about this spot, but I was so disappointed after my experience today. If you're charging almost $10 for a cup of ice cream (yes, I added the waffle cup), I would expect to at least receive the CORRECT flavors. Unfortunately, the line was waaay too long for me to be able to go back and ask for my order to be corrected (since I didn't realize until I started eating). Also, the outdoor bench next to the ice cream sign is absolutely inundated with bugs and flies, which makes me think that they probably haven't been very diligent about cleaning their outdoor areas up (despite being newly opened). In terms of the actual food, I felt like the quality was decent, but definitely lackluster in comparison to my favorite artisan ice cream shop, Salt and Straw. Despite making the entire street smell like buttery heavenly goodness, the waffle cone cup I received was stale and cold. The ice cream was definitely flavorful, but I felt like the flavors weren't as refined as I liked. I understand that this is a new location and maybe they're still sorting out kinks, but the high prices of the ice cream definitely aren't justified for the quality and service you receive.

Jeni's has the best ice cream and the best rewards. Brown Butter Almond Brittle is my new favorite flavor. The salty caramel was too salty for my taste. It's ok to try samples before you choose your flavor. This location feels spacious and bright. Service is great as well.

Jenis is finally in LA. Is it good? Absolutely. Is it the best in LA? Not yet. I'm a salt and straw guy, simply because I love weird savory flavors in desserts. But jenis does not disappoint. Solid scoops, solid flavors to choose from.

Summer in Los Angeles is not complete without some ice cream! That's just what I got on this hot sunny day in LA in July. They give free scoops on your birthday, so update those apps ! You have a choice of 1 and 1/2 scoops or 3 half scoops, so you get to try 3 different flavors at once! You can also eat them on a cup, sugar cone, waffle cone, do what you please! This place is consistent and the ice cream is creamy and delicious. They have the their all-time classics, but every once in awhile introduce some new flavors. I got the salt brittle, orange cream popsicle, and the peaches and vanilla. Delicious!

Was in the area and decided to stop by this new location. I'm a huge fan of the flavors already, so I was expecting nothing than great vibes. And was this true! The workers were all welcoming and very attentive. They even gave us some stickers! Parking is a bit tough since it's right in Beverly Hills triangle, but there are parking garages around the corner. Overall, a clean and welcoming environment. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area.

Beautiful shop, tasty ice creams, happy associates and splendid experience. We were walking on the streets in the morning sunshine and stopped by this shop (just opened for the day). It was clean and beautiful shop. We were able to taste as many flavors as we wanted and then chose pur two flavors for 2 scoops in a waffle cup serving. We liked the ambience. Flavors were great. Simple vanilla ice cream was tasting the best till the last bite. For my taste, I found the waffle cups a lil too salty. A lil less salt in it would have been better.

This place tastes so good i thought the cows lived in the back. The butter cake, brown butter almond brittle, and bramble berry crisp were all 10/10 flavors and I don't say that lightly. I will say that they should probably find a bigger scoop tho cause I felt like they were giving out kids sized scoops. Sorry I forgot a photo before I devoured it. I like the gooey butter cake flavor the best. It goes so well with their waffle cone. Its a clean and spacious place and the staff are so pleasant. They have a lot of other main and seasonal flavors which you can sample but I've only gotten the butter cake because you just can't find anything like it elsewhere. Jeni's is more expensive but some of their unique flavors are worth it.

While out and about with walking the dogs, my parents and I were so stoked to stumble across Jeni's during the grand opening week of their Beverly Hills location! Firstly, we love Beverly Hills for walking our dogs and window-shopping in a safer area. Jeni's fits in this place superbly because of how creative their flavors are and how classy their shop is! The servers there gave us plenty of suggestions for flavors to pick--specifically me because I'm the indecisive type ‍ our favorites tend to be gooey butter cake, salted peanut butter with chocolate flecks, brown butter almond brittle, and honey vanilla bean. Dairy free favorites are Texas sheet cake and cold brew with coconut cream! To die for! Only con is that I wish they had a dairy free flavor that tasted more similarly to the wedding cake flavor and the brambleberry crisp flavor because anything with fruit and cake or sugary oats is right up my alley!

Can't go wrong with ice cream anytime, but Jeni's has definitely jumped to one of my top favorite shops. The staff here are so friendly and patient - you never feel rushed trying to decide how to narrow down your flavors, and the environment is cheerfully decorated and inviting. All of the flavors I tried were great, but especially the brambleberry and the salted peanut butter ones were especially good. Portion size is plentiful, and the waffle bowl is delicious. There are bathrooms, and easy public parking right across the street.

After months of my family and I patiently waiting, they finally opened up! Came in yesterday for their grand opening free scoop & swag bag event. Line was nuts, but I got lucky, being number 32. Customer service was super friendly. And of course, like always, their ice cream did not disappoint. I'm so happy to have them in the neighborhood. We'll be back more times than I'm sure my weight would like, but I'm looking forward nonetheless. Best ice cream in LA. Stop on by, you won't be disappointed.

I loved the miso butterscotch brownie which I believe is a limited time flavor! I also tried the bay leaves cheesecake which reminded me of fall!

Good flavors and seems like quality but stingy portions and overpriced. Sorry but $8 for two TINY HALF scoops (ie 1 scoop) is absurd.

Delicious but prices are painful. Lol. Service is professional. Ambiance sort of a vintage carnival vibe, sort of Coney Island-ish. Great location means high overhead so hope they sell enough to stay there!!!
