Jeni’s Never Disappoints! The flavors are absolutely amazing, as always. Bumbleberry and Texas road ice were some of the best I’ve had in a while—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The customer service was great, and there was plenty of space to sit and enjoy. Jeni’s is always on point! Highly recommend to anyone who loves quality ice cream.

A Hidden Gem for Ice Cream Lovers! 🍦✨ We stumbled upon this place by chance, and wow—what an amazing surprise! From the very first bite, we were hooked. We went for their Signature (three scoops of pure indulgence!) and paired it with their freshly made waffle—crispy, golden, and absolutely delicious. Now, let's talk about flavors! Bumbleberry Crisp was a fruity delight, Brown Butter Almond Brittle had the perfect nutty crunch, and Wild Berry Lavender? A dreamy, floral masterpiece! Every scoop was a hit! If you’re a true ice cream lover, this is the place to be. We’re already planning our next visit—trust us, you’ll want to do the same! 🍨💖

Google
Rule of travel “follow the line” wherever you see big lines … you have to try it out. This was not on my list of to indulge but when I saw the winding line coming out of this establishment, decided to give it a go. The half scoop concept is very good as you can try multiple flavors. The most popular option is the 3 half scoops, we tried gooey butter, orange and peanut butter. Pretty bold flavors, good experience.

Google
Decadent Treat - Must Have! TL:DR This specialty ice cream shop has variety and quality wrapped up! Try some of their delicious combinations and check out the seating area overlooking the street! Details: Stopped here late on a weeknight (it's open late!) looking for a treat. The smell of fresh waffle cone batter greeted is as soon as we walked in, and the friendly staff helped me navigate the menu. I tried several flavors to see which I liked best, and everything I tried was good. I ended up with a white chocolate peppermint and the gooey butter cake. I enjoyed every bite... Also, the upstairs seating area was nice! It was crowded, but we were able to get seats looking out the second story windows. You should make this your a stop to fulfill all those sweet cravings!

Google
A great variety of ice cream flavors that are consistent with other Jeni’s locations. The black chocolate cake flavor was a standout from my recent visit. This location has a spacious second floor with plenty of seating area, and it’s a great spot for working or hanging out.

Google
Absolutely amazing ice cream!!! The mint chip and salted caramel were the best. I love the half scoop options! Got the 3 half scoops. The waffle cones are delicious!

Google
So, here's the thing. Very pretty place. Loved sampling different flavours. So many options. But that's about it. Ice creams are very sugar forward. The sweetness almost envelopes the mouth. I know it is a personal preference to want a less sweet, balanced 'flavor' in an ice cream. But both the strawberry and the gooey flavours were very sweet and on top the waffle bowl too, tasted like sugared cereal.

Google
Rich in texture and taste, creamier, flavorful and very delicious ice cream with lots of options. After having a lunch at Velvet Taco, our host recommended for this ice cream and we all had this wonderful ice cream just next door to Velvet Taco. The smell of fresh waffles is so amazing when you enter the shop and overwhelms you and you can’t wait to eat ice cream. It was not busy at that time. The staff was courteous and let us taste couple of flavors. The prices seem reasonable, may be little bit on higher side, but worth it. We tried different flavors and all of them were incredible. Even lactose-intolerant people also can enjoy here as there are many non-dairy flavors for them too. After all of the hype around for Jeni’s ice cream, I wanted to try it out. And it really deserves full credit for this heavenly ice cream. I will definitely try on every occasion wherever I find it.

Yelp
SOOO glad I got to try a Jeni's that wasn't store bought. so many flavors and it was my first time so the employees were generous on their samples. I loved the consistency and crunch of the brown butter almond brittle. the birthday cake was on the sweeter end but still so creamy and yummy! and the gooey butter cake was the perfect addition to the trio. think my 2 faves were brown butter and gooey butter but the birthday cake was still delish!

Yelp
Pro tip: order online rather than waiting in the extremely long line!! The ice cream here is so so good. The flavors are always on point and the staff is friendly. I love the butter cake flavor and trying and speciality flavors on the menu at the time. Definitely a fun spot to check out if you are visiting the area, but unfortunately this isn't a go to ice cream spot for me. The portions are small and the prices are astronomical. While I understand the ice cream is higher quality than other places, it's hard to justify this more than once or twice a year.

Yelp
Came into this location to try out Jeni's new Punk Stargonaut flavors. Great job Jeni and team! These ice creams are so unique and different that they are worth the visit to this scoop shop. My favorite was the Nebula Berry - it was sweet & tart but not overpowering. The Super Moon was nothing to write home about but still very creamy and delightful. Shout-out to the staff at the Randolph location who let me sample a few regular flavors and made my waffle bowl fresh while I waited. Back again soon!!

Yelp
My visit to Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams was a delightful experience that made me understand why ice cream lovers rave about this place. The combination of traditional and creative flavors seduced my palate, painting a deliciously unforgettable gastronomic picture. The Gooey Butter Cake, Salty Caramel, and Lemon Bar were among my personal favorites, while my partner enjoyed the Brambleberry Crisp. The waffle cone deserves its own fan base. Not to be outdone by the ice cream, it had an enticing aroma and a perfect crunch with a nutty flavor. On my next visit, I'm excited to try the Boston Cream Pie and Wild Berry Lavender. In terms of service, it was a mixed bag. In general, Jeni's staff were patient and helpful, guiding us through the plethora of flavors and providing small samples before we made our final selections. They moved the lines effectively, despite the influx of patrons. However, I did encounter one staff member who seemed detached and uninterested, which was a bit of a letdown in an otherwise great service experience. Despite being busy, Jeni's ambiance was entirely welcoming. Inside, it was appealingly decorated, conveying a warm and casual vibe that made our ice cream indulgence more enjoyable. The scent of freshly-made waffle cones permeated the air, adding another layer to the experience. The establishment was also environmentally conscious with the use of metal spoons for samples, a small but appreciated gesture. In summary, a visit to Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams was a delectable journey. With an array of imaginative and ambrosial ice cream flavors, it's a must-visit for dessert fans. While there is room for improvement in some aspects of their service, the overall ambiance and food quality make this a worthwhile stop on your dessert trail.

Yelp
What's not to love about Jeni's? And- I say this as someone who is NOT typically an ice cream fan! Jeni's is an exception- they know EXACTLY what they are doing! Every flavor I have tried has been a hit- even their more adventurous creations! My favorites Include: Lemon Bar Brown Butter Almond Brittle Salty Caramel Gooey Butter Cake Honorable Mention: Brambleberry Crisp (my partner always gets this one and every time I find myself asking for a bite!) Honorable Mention pt. 2: The waffle cone is as good as it smells. I could eat the little pieces they put in your Sunday like they were CHIPS! Staff is always kind and they do a nice job decorating. I miss the American Girl Doll Collab (vibes were unmatched). I also liked the postcards they did for their summer flavors! Cute advertising!

Yelp
First time and last time. My partner and I popped in for a cold treat after walking around all day. We stood in line and when we were up next, the girl told us to move to the end and someone would help us. Note: we watched her and the others help everyone in front of us. We then watched all four workers ignore us and help the people who were behind us. No one else was told to "move to the end". After a few minutes, a worker asked if we had been helped yet and we said no, he chuckled and gave us our scoops. We went to the cashier where we asked why we were ignored and the cashier, laughing, mocked us "oh you were ignored?" I do not understand the reason we were singled out, however that treatment will keep us from coming back and it's unfortunate that I liked the blackberry lavender (that's what the single star is for) Edit: Just read their one star reviews and it's all the same. LOL!

Yelp
We stopped by Jeni's on a warm February day. The line was long but fast moving. We were excited to see so many new seasonal flavors. They also have 3 vegan flavors: Texas sheet cake, caramel pecan sticky buns, and lemon bar. They have more vegan options in their pint sizes. My favorite is the gooey butter cake (I know yall aren't shocked) and the salty caramel. The waffle is sooooo flaky and yummy and strangely has a nutty taste which I love. Their ambience is so welcoming! Also, love the fact that they are patient about you trying out different flavors before ordering. Love the fact that they use metal spoons for samples to reduce waste.

Yelp
I love having dessert and will never say no after! They have a lot of flavors to pick from and of course you can sample. My boyfriend and I shared a standard which is up to two scoops. We got Boston Cream Pie and Brambleberry Crisp. Flavors were great on their own and also mixed together! The ice cream is on the lighter side and melts gradually. I will say I couldn't smell the flavors though. I will say the only complaint I have is the girl serving us literally had no personality or emotion. You can tell she didn't want to be there and had no reaction to anything. I will say service is part of an experience and I was let down there. The girl next to her that was serving the party next to us had a great attitude.

Yelp
the fluffernutter pie is a good choice for peanut butter enthusiasts who like some chunks in their ice cream! i find Jeni's to be a little too salty for me but it'll do the job if you're really in the mood for ice cream
google avatar

Yelp
First of all the smell of ice cream and buttery waffle cones can be found down the street which instantly makes me crave it anytime we're nearby to Fulton market. It's ultimately my favorite ice cream shop and my go to is the gooey butter cake in a waffle cone or bowl. I was out with some friends and we just had to stop by for some. You can two scoops in a cone in which you can mismatch each scoop which allows you try more flavors. They are nice enough to also give you samples to try. There is a line at this location depending on the time of day you go but there's several jenis across the Chicagoland area. Must try if you haven't yet!
google avatar

Shahd E.

Yelp
Best ice cream in town, seriously give it a try! It's very creamy and not too sweet. My favorite flavors are the Gooey Butter Cake and Lavender. Can't go wrong with whichever flavor you pick, they let you sample the flavors before ordering as well. Fast, great service, the line moves quick. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Fancy ice cream is always a good dessert after dinner and Jeni's doesn't disappoint. The line up at this place is steady but they are very efficient in processing the customers. The ice cream flavours are unique and good but the standout is the freshly made waffle cones and bowls. I've had better ice cream at other establishments but Jeni is a good high quality chain that offers a quick dessert.

Yelp
First time here as my friend wanted to come here after our Sushi date. I actually wasn't planning on getting ice cream but the different flavors caught my eye and the prices weren't bad so I said why not! Especially because I was already waiting in a 15-20min line with her anyway lol but that's just a sign that they're THAT GOOD! See photo for flavors but my oh my were they DELICIOUS! My personal fav was the wild berry lavender. So refreshing and creamy at the same time. The shop itself is quite cute and quaint! Once you get in there they service you pretty quickly and they give you the option to taste with thee cutest silver spoons lol

Yelp
Stopped by this place on a Friday night and it was packed! The line was out the door but luckily kept moving. I tried the lavender, bramble berry and cinnamon bun and they were all so good. The ice cream is so creamy and their flavors are unique. I can't wait to try them all.

Yelp
Some reason my kids always end up hereafter dinner.... This location is pretty organized with the long line of taste testers. My daughter got the brumblerry and white chocolate something in a cup
google avatar

Maria F.

Yelp
Warm nights being long lines. Fortunately the line moves quickly. You can sample the flavors. Too many choices! We ordered: Coffee with milk and sugar Ooey, gooey butter cake Wildberry lavender with a waffle cone on the side. There's seating at the main level and seating upstairs. There's a nice view Randolph Street. Enjoy!

Yelp
Finally got to try out the famous Jeni's in its Fulton Market location. Even on a crisp, cool Chicago night, it was pretty packed with a line by 7pm... can't imagine how it gets during the summer. You can order online beforehand though, which is convenient. Once you walk in, you're greeted with the strong, warm scent of sugar. The flavors are pretty expansive and creative-- not a ton of fruit-based flavors but a lot of chocolate-based and other creative flavors. They don't really have any topping options in-store. There's also a solid amount of seating space inside, which is nice in colder weather. I got the "single" scoop, which gives you a choice of 2 flavors, and got the Wildberry Lavendar and Goat Cheese with Cherries. Didn't love the Wildberry Lavendar at first--it was a bit sour but eventually grew on me. The Goat Cheese with Cherries was good: creamy and rich, with the cherries adding a nice additional texture. There were only 3 total vegan options-- the Texas Sheet Cake, Cold Brew with Coconut Cream, and Lemon Bar, which is kind of lacking for such a popular place. One of my friends got the Texas Sheet Cake, which was apparently good but overly sweet. But honestly, though the ice cream was good and the flavors were creative, I can't say it was worth the price; I've had tastier, creamier ice cream with similarly creative flavors elsewhere for much cheaper. For example, their "single" option with 2 small/mid-sized scoops for nearly $7 + tax, which is way too much for the amount, and the "triple" option, which gives 3 scoops, is ~$8 + tax. Their pints are $12 which is the most I've ever seen. -- Price (relative to peers): 3/5 Food: 4/5 Ambience: 4.5/5 Overall Value: 3/5

Yelp
Jeni's has my heart. I've been a loyal customer for a couple years and some reason I always come down to the same two flavors : brown butter almond and bramble berry crisp. Classics, you won't regret the extra calories. The waffles are made in house and the ice cream is the creamiest ever!!
google avatar

Amy L.

Yelp
There's something about the cold weather that makes you crave for ice cream. We arrived around 8pm and there was a bit of a line. Rainbow sherbet and honey vanilla bean (single scoop, ~$7) - I read rainbow sherbet was a Chicago thing? Sweet yet tart but mellows out with the vanilla bean.
google avatar

Marissa L.

Yelp
Jeni's is a great ice cream shop if you like trying interesting and different flavors, and especially if you have food allergies. They do allergy scoops with clean spoons and bins straight from the freezer to ensure no cross-contact with other ingredients, and I really appreciate that it isn't a big deal at all for them, unlike some other places. We got the brambleberry crisp and wildberry lavender flavors, the latter of which we'd had before and is my favorite Jeni's flavor, and both were great. Hoping someday we won't have to only visit scoop shops when traveling!
google avatar

Will R.

Yelp
My daughter wanted to go here after her college game. Busy and parking is scarce. Line was almost out the door. They move fast though. I didn't notice until we left that there is seating upstairs. The flavors are interesting. They don't have the "regular" flavors so you are going to have to try something new. We all loved our choices. You are kind of forced to get 2 scoops at the lowest price point. I guess you could get 2 of the same flavor but we all mixed it up. Tasted great. Neat experience. Checkout was fast.
google avatar

Sabrina C.

Yelp
Jeni's is the best stop for ice cream! The shop is so cute and vibey. There's an upstairs area with good seating and decor, perfect for chatting with friends! I got the Brambleberry crisp and the darkest chocolate. It's always a bit busy there but the bustling vibe really adds to the excitement of the place! The staff have the best attitude and always offer flavors to try and information about each flavor.
google avatar

Jonna N.

Yelp
Love that there's seating upstairs because it gets super crowded downstairs where the line is and people finish their ice cream so fast that there's space popping up a lot. They had some holiday flavors still in stock and also sold some pints too. It was nice! I got to grab a flavor before it's gone for good. I got the cranberry crumble and a classic one the brown butter almond brittle. I enjoy cranberries so I liked it a lot! It was like trying the bramble berry one but more of a sour taste. I enjoy sour foods especially candies so it was good for me, but if you don't then this probably isn't the flavor for you. Brown butter almond is a classic and so good! Went well with the cranberry. My friend got wild berry lavender and a rainbow buttermilk frozen yogurt. Both tasty too! Easy on the stomach also! The line got long and moved slower because only 2 workers were present so I totally understand. It was a only a Thursday night and not a weekend night that would get super busy. The first time I tried to come here, it was closed so I'm very happy that it was opened because it definitely was the cherry on top (or should I say cranberry on top?) of my night!
google avatar

Eunice C.

Yelp
I love Jeni's! I was visiting from out of town so was happy to see an actual Jeni's store (usually just see it in the freezer aisles at the market). The smell of the fresh waffle cones when you walk in is mesmerizing. They have samples here which is always nice, and all cups come with a little waffle bit (which is perfect with the hint of salt in the batter). The brown butter almond brittle, brambleberry crisp (a classic!), and the milkest chocolate are my favorite flavors. So nice that even the small size gets you two flavors so you can try multiple flavors.
google avatar

Joyce L.

Yelp
Place: This place had a long line but worth the wait! They have the best flavors and it is the center of downtown. Service: The service was good and they let me try multiple flavors before I chose me. Food $: I got the mango sorbet and it was really good! The price was worth it! Recommendations/tips I would go here again!
google avatar

Lisa P.

Yelp
After visiting this location on two separate occasions, I fell completely head over hills. So many flavors to choose from and trust me, you can try them all. Everyone is so nice. Jeni's provides premium ice-cream, made with the freshest ingredients, providing creative flavors. With the holidays approaching, Boozy Eggnog is sure to sell out. So rich, so creamy with the perfect punch of booze. Not a flavor choice for minors. Go get some Jeni's, what are you waiting for?
google avatar

Christy D.

Yelp
Flavors choices were impressive. All of us loved our choices! Will definitely go back whenever we are in town.
google avatar

Yelp
I have seen this brand of ice cream in grocery stores but never went to a store location. I've had this brand before from Publix and it was really good so I was very excited to come here. This store is open pretty late - till 11pm so we stopped by here after the bars. There was a bit of a wait but it moves fairly quickly. For a single size, you get to choose two flavors, which I appreciate because most places, you only get one scoop so one flavor. You can ask for samples but if there's a long line, it may be hard. I got the darkest chocolate and the dairy free Texas Sheet Cake. I couldn't even tell the Texas Sheet Cake was dairy free! It tasted exactly like full fat ice cream! So rich and creamy! Plenty of chunks and not overly sweet. The dark chocolate was just as delicious. Super decadent and rich, creamy and absolutely amazing. I finished my cone so fast! The prices are not cheap but it is so worth it!!
google avatar

Yelp
After my visit to Jeni's Ice Cream in California, I was determined to find a location near me. This time, I opted for the wild berry lavender and bramble berry crisp, while my friends had the lemon bar and double dough. The service was friendly and prompt. The shop offers both indoor or outdoor seating. I loved that each table had a charming little vase with fresh flowers. Overall, I truly enjoyed this experience.
google avatar

Jade W.

Yelp
I had Jeni's on a Chicago trip a few years ago & had been looking back to retuning! (I also have one of her ice cream recipe books) The ice cream is so fresh, creamy texture but not too milky, and the flavors are phenomenal. I tried the lavender & the salted caramel. Even the waffle cone chip that came with the scoops was delicious. Highly recommend stopping by one of the Jeni's shops!!
google avatar

Eilleen L.

Yelp
Jeni's is always good. Love going to their stores for their limited flavors. Service was great at this location! And plenty of seating, there's additional seating upstairs, to enjoy your ice cream indoors on a cold January day. :)
google avatar

Vincent S.

Yelp
We stopped by after a BLAH dinner at Bandit for a treat. The ice cream was fantastic. All the servers were very friendly and excellent. I can't wait to return.
google avatar

Sam L.

Yelp
I love how deceptively spacious this place is. After you order your ice cream on the first floor, there are some stairs at the entryway that is a bit easy to miss. When I first walked by them I thought they were employee/staff only stairs. But you go up to the second floor and sit by the window, it's a great place to enjoy your ice cream. They do rotate their flavors occasionally, so it's good to periodically go and check to see if any new interesting ice cream combos have come out. ..... BOMBASTIX: 4/5 chocolatey, caramely, and creamy with some nice waffle cone chunks for texture BRAMBLEBERRY CRISP: 4/5 essentially an elevated blueberry flavor mixed in with creamy ice cream and "crisps" that essentially has the texture of pie crust
google avatar

Gabby K.

Yelp
Jeni's really does have some splendid ice cream. With flavors like brambleberry pie, ooey gooey butter cake, froze sherbet and brown butter almond brittle how can you resist?! I've had the gooey butter cake before but it was packaged and sold at my local Whole Foods, trying gooey butter at their store location was a game changer! It really embodied fresh soft butter cake that was folded in fresh ice cream. The flavors that jenis offers is truly exceptional and a must when visiting Chicago!
google avatar

Rosie A.

Yelp
Believe it or not, this was my first time ever trying Jeni's ice creams and WOW!!! I can finally confirm what people say that it is one of the best ice cream shops around! I got the darkest chocolate and coffee with cream and sugar and they were both absolutely delicious! I'm not a big fan of dark chocolate but this flavor did not taste anything like dark chocolate. A little stronger than regular milk chocolate but paired with the coffee cream and sugar flavor was definitely the move! Service was fantastic! Had a wonderful young lady be patient and let me try a couple flavors and she also recommended pairing the two scoops that I got! The line could get pretty long but it moved very quickly! Seems like Jeni's ice creams is a great spot to stop by any time of day! They are open pretty late! This will definitely be a new spot that I will keep coming to!

Yelp
My friend and I came here last night for our birthday scoops. The line here was out the door, but worth the wait because it's Jeni's. It was my friend's first time at a Jeni's actually, since there isn't one close to her. She ended up loving the wildberry lavender flavor. I am a bit bummed that this location didn't have the Texas sheet cake as a scoop. We were drawn in by the smell of the fresh waffle cones and bowls that they were making in house. My friend had her scoop on a waffle cone, and I had mine on a waffle bowl. I ended up getting darkest chocolate -- my other favorite. While we were both enjoying our ice cream, I actually ran into a former coworker that I haven't seen in a while, so it was nice being able to catch up and run into people I know. We enjoyed our treat sitting under the sign "can't buy me love but you can buy me ice cream" which is so true and we adore it. It's definitely worth the hype, and you'll have to come see for yourself.

Yelp
I love Jeni's! The ice cream flavors are creative and delicious. I love the waffle piece that they add to bowls too. Pleased with my recent experience at the West Loop location. PROS: -Yummy! It was my first time trying Gooey Butter Cake, and I would definitely get again. Texas Sheet Cake has also been a favorite of mine too. My husband said that the Golden Nectar was good/interesting, but he wouldn't order again. -Dairy-free options. -The smell!! -Allow sampling. -Can purchase pints at the store to bring home. CONS: -Usually busy, so expect a wait. -Pricey for the portions.
google avatar

Emily T.

Yelp
If Jeni's has one fan it is me I am that fan. I got the dairy free Texas sheet cake & the gooey butter cake and it SLAPS
google avatar

Arthur L.

Yelp
A friend recommended Jeni's in Chicago as a must to me, comparing it to Salt & Straw with its unique flavors. Upon coming into this shop, I loved the bright colors/store. I choose the Bombastic Sunday Cone & Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flakes flavors. I ended up eating on a bench inside given it was fairly sunny outside. I was told Jeni's ice cream was more creamy than Salt & Straw's and agree with that. The flavors fit my taste profile so they were great. For me, the best part of Jeni's was actually the waffle cone. It was just perfectly crispy and paired well with ice cream. It was great enough that, if I could just buy Jeni's waffle cones to use to make ice cream cones at home, I would! A must when I come back!

Yelp
Delicious ice creams served by passionate workers! The brown butter almond and butter cake flavours in particular were favourites!

Yelp
Forgot to take a photo but I had good ice cream here. FYI I got two scoops in a waffle cone and the total was almost $11, definitely not cheap!!!! I don't mind paying as a treat to myself but just be mindful, this could be pricey for families.

Yelp
Jeni's is a great place to grab some ice cream in West Loop. It gets busy quickly, but thankfully we got there early. By the time we paid, the line was out the door. Staff here are very friendly and happy to give recommendations. I was pleased to see lots of dairy free options as well. The scoops are generous for the price and I enjoyed sitting outside on a bench in the sunshine with a sampler of three flavors.

Yelp
They have quality vegan varieties. Nothing exceptional, felt it could be less sweeter. But planing to still go back and try more vegan flavors :) The non vegan flavors and the quality of ice cream looked amazing though.

Yelp
Decided to try this place out after seeing the good reviews. After trying a few flavors and not really liking them, I decided to get whatever the worker recommended to me. The ice cream was way too sweet. Definitely do not recommend for people who don't like super sweet or unusual flavor ice cream. Ice cream was on the pricier side as well.

Yelp
When I first walked into the ice cream shop, you get a whiff of the waffle cone and that alone makes many people want more ice cream. I ordered the standard which consists of 2 half scoops for $5.75 (before tax). I opted to get my ice cream in a bowl but you can choose a waffle cone or waffle bowl for extra. The bowl comes with a piece of waffle cone. I ordered the wildberry lavender and the rainbow buttermilk frozen yogurt. I was really intrigued by the rainbow buttermilk frozen yogurt. It was very smooth and I personality felt like was a good amount of flavors. The lemon flavor was very predominant, which makes sense because it's a frozen yogurt. It's definitely more on the tart side if that's something you're interested in. The wildberry lavender did taste good. However, you can't even taste the lavender. Lavender is a very subtle flavor which makes it hard for it to pop out. The wildberry did taste very good and refreshing, I was just a tad disappointed that there was no lavender as advertised. The piece of waffle cone I had was a bit salty when you eat it alone. But with the ice cream it pairs pretty nicely. I previously didn't know about this ice cream shop nor what they are famous for because I'm not from the area. But when I saw the labels of the pint size ice creams, I figured out I did see this brand prior. They sell their ice cream at Sprouts. The label is very distinct with vibrant colors. I'll definitely be checking out more of their ice creams at the market now that I've tasted this!

Yelp
LOVE JENI'S - BEST ICE CREAM IN CHICAGO! Known for their unique flavor combos (similar to Salt & Straw), Jeni's is a fan-favorite throughout Chicago. If you are visiting from out of town, would definitely recommend Jeni's as a must get. My favorite flavors are Brambleberry Crisp and Gooey Butter Cake. During this visit, I got the Brambleberry Crisp and tried the new summer flavor Lemon Bar. If you like tart, fruity but creamy flavors, you'll enjoy the Lemon one!

Yelp
Went here during April (even though it was cold!) to have some great ice cream! Jeni's is a classic ice cream shop with some interesting but unsurprising flavors. The flight is a great way to try a bunch (bring some friends to share!). There wasn't a flavor I didn't like (although I will never truly enjoy floral flavors like lavender). The only downside is the flight is a set menu; would have loved to mix and match flavors.

Yelp
Pretty good ice cream, but expensive and they're really skimpy with the portions There are better options
