Very cool ice cream shop! The guy that helped us figure out our flavors was super nice and knowledgeable about the ice cream, even told us a few fun facts. Yes, it's a little pricey, but it was worth it. I got two half scoops; the coffee with cream and sugar flavor was my favorite. I love that they put a little waffle chip on top. I will be back soon!

Jeni's Ice Cream is a true flavor paradise for taste buds. The best part? They encourage exploration by providing spoons for trying multiple flavors before making a decision. The staff members are incredibly patient and friendly. Jeni's Ice Cream is an absolute must-visit for all ice cream lovers!

BEST ice cream in the world! I’ve never tried a single Jeni’s flavor I didn’t like. Their cones are perfect, like I’m not sure what’s better, the ice cream or the cones. Their flavors are complex unlike other ice cream spots that are just sweet w/ barely any flavor. I love the hint of salt in the flavors, but I understand if it’s not everyone cup of tea. Best flavors (in order): Boston Cream Pie, Gooey Butter Cake, & Brambleberry Crisp

Very straightforward menu & a great variety of flavors to choose from. Like most ice cream shops, they allow you to sample whatever flavor you're curious about. I sampled the Brambleberry and Wild Lavender- and I ended up falling in love- amazing flavors on both! I ended up getting those two along with pistachio macaron with a waffle cone wedge. Other flavors that I thought hit the spot as well were: the dark chocolate, Mexican hot chocolate, coffee, and gooey butter cake- it really does taste like gooey butter cake!

I wish I could give 4.5 stars. The ice cream is delicious! I really enjoyed my kid-sized scoop of coffee ice cream in a waffle cone. It definitely lives up to the expectations. The waffle cone had a slightly salty taste which I think complemented the ice cream very well. My husband enjoyed his waffle cone of salted peanut butter with chocolate flecks. The slight downsides include the price and oddly, the service. For the quality of product, it makes sense you’re going to pay a little more. And the service, I felt like we were a bother to the one server. With a mission of building community, I felt like that was odd. However, I would still return to try other flavors.

Ice cream is delicious! I loved that they had three different ice cream sections, that allowed for a more convenient and speedy checkout. Also, so many different and unique flavors, I was so overwhelmed and didn’t know which to choose from, the ones I tasted were so yummy. I had sunshine and brambleberry and both were so good.

I'm begging you not to go here! Save your money and your time. My wife and I walked in for the first time today thinking we would get a good ice cream and an enjoyable experience due to favorable ratings. But no! As we entered we were not greeted, the two ladies who were behind the counter looked angry to be there. They were super unfriendly and looked bitter about even working. I figured it was just a bad day for them and just continued on to order. Then when I ordered 2 double cones, the ice cream servings were very small, especially for the price of $15 and some change. I got the Coffee with Cream Ice cream and the Lemon (dairy free) flavor. My wife ordered the Coffee too with Licorice Ice Cream flavor. The cone was stale and busted a hole as I grabbed it. Then the actual ice cream begin to fall off the cone - which may have been due to the fact that the server rushed to put the cone together in the first place. As to the actual ice cream it was not worth it. It wasn't terrible but definitely not $15 worth. Please go to another place unless you like scowls and small ice cream portions for a high price.

Yummy ice cream! Stopped in the area for coffee and found this gem. Got some of the creamiest, most flavorful ice cream. And the waffle cones are superb. Obviously fresh. Everything is served in a bowl. Even cones are served upside down in a bowl. You can get one full scoop or two half scoops for the same price. I had the wildberry lavender and mh had the brambleberry crisp or something like that. Both were fantastic. It’s definitely premium priced, but it’s so good it’s worth the occasional treat. The store is cute too. Definitely taking Covid precautions seriously even if just outside on Main Street, the pedestrians aren’t. Very clean and laid out well. Masks required. No dining inside. But there are tables outside you can sit at.
