Very clean, very tasty. Fresh waffle cones are outstanding. There's something unique about Jeni's ice cream, it's not like others'. One of the nicest bathrooms I've ever seen. Non dairy ice rea is available. The non dairy lemon is very tart and good.

I've heard great things about Jeni's ice cream but hadn't got around to trying it but I finally got to try it yesterday and it was DELICIOUS! Upon entering this location was incredibly inviting, it was clean, bright & the team member, Aiden greeted me & was very helpful. I sampled a few flavors before deciding on Butter Cake, Wildflower Lavendar, & Salted Caramel (3 scoops) on a waffle cone. The first taste stopped me in my tracks, omg this ice cream is so heavenly. An overall Amazing experience, I can't wait to go back and try Jeni's other flavors.

Google
Welcome to Narberth, Jeni’s Ice Creams! I am thrilled to be your neighbor! The kids at Sky Soup Art Center have been working on ice cream related projects to share in the excitement. 🍦 I love the delicious and unique flavors and the friendly service!

Google
Lot’s of flavors but only the same two vegan flavors since opening. Friendly staff & clean. Apparently, they have a new vegan flavor coming in 2026, so I’m excited!

Google
Very good ice cream. Many times it’s just one person scooping and checking out. At times I find myself leaving after 20 minutes with no movement in the line. Great workers, the work force just does not make sense.

Google
Well, I wish you success. I just stopped in for ice cream. One person scooping and one person cleaning. Stood around for a few minutes hoping the person cleaning would ask to help but I guess cleaning is more important than customer service. Don’t need the calories anyway.

Google
Very creative flavors, good ice cream and great atmosphere. This was our first time and we were impressed. We will be back.

Google
Limited flavors in store vs what is offered online. The scoop shop has 3-4 large freezers but the same limited flavors are repeatsed in each freezer vs offering larger variety like their competitors do.

Yelp
Bright new corner ice cream shop in Narberth! Very clean with fun decor. There's indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a restroom and a fountain for grabbing water. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They were able to easily answer my questions about the flavors, and as I ate my ice cream at one of the indoor tables I heard them expertly fielding other customer's questions, as well. They efficiently keep the line moving without making you feel rushed. I tried the Buttercream Birthday Cake and Toasted S'mores flavors in a Waffle Cone. Both ice cream flavors were rich and flavorful and had an ample amount of the mixed in ingredients. The waffle cone was tasty and cooked to the perfect crispy texture. And the ice cream went all the way to the bottom of the cone (I always hate when you finish the ice cream and have half an empty cone left over!). I was disappointed they were out of the limited time summer flavors I wanted to try, but I was there toward the end of the evening. If you have a specific flavor you really want, I recommend going early in the day. And the ice cream is a splurge - it's premium ice cream and you're paying a premium price. It's worth downloading their rewards app to earn discounts on future purchases.

Yelp
I had to edit this. I saw there's only nine reviews, including mine. Take a bunch of friends, take your wife, take your lover, take your friend, take your campus buddies. Take your athletes after a good workout and you will have friends forever. Screw the beer. Go for the chocolate. This is an outstanding place that's so underappreciated. You will thank this yelp review after your taste buds are dancing. From owner; We've worked hard to get this right, building our ice creams from the ground up to melt a very specific way - cleanly, cleanly - and to reveal sent and flavor as it slowly melts. We geek out over ice cream, science, rearranging the molecules to support all four sensory elements of ice cream, flavor, texture, body and finish. There's no way to say it better. Look at this ice cream. My litmus test of ice cream is from Singapore, in a mall, no less, and a place that's called Awfully chocolate. It was almost like eating, a moose with pudding and the darkest of chocolates that didn't quite melt but stayed on your tongue like the most expensive chocolates you've ever eaten. This is that chocolate. The ice cream bartender mistress recommended the double dough to go with it. Man was that good! This was my treat for losing 10 pounds since January 2. The best ice cream in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, yes, tied with Happy Valley, Penn State ice creamery. I've only been to Singapore, and Savannah, Georgia for ice cream that knocks all the others out of the park. And that's a lot of others in the park at the highest quality level.

Yelp
Twist my arm, why doncha?! My hair salon is literally across the street, so when I was done at Capelli's I had no choice but to return to Jeni's. (Twice in one week! I'll be the one busting out of my clothes.) This is what appeals to me: -- a cup is actually two half scoops. Live on the wild side and mix up your order. -- Flavors are unusual: sweet, with an essence of savory. Today I had miso butterscotch brownie and sweet potato marshmallow praline. No matter what you get, you'll likely be pleased. -- The savory wafer that separates the scoops is a nice touch. -- Jeni's staff is awfully nice; want some tastes? No problem. Sample ice cream that sounds too weird to take a chance on. (Bay leaf cheesecake btw, is delish!) -- There's seating both inside and out. Downtown Narberth is great for people watching. Jeni's is newly open and already a hit in the neighborhood. Last Friday evening people were spilling out the door. Even mid-afternoon there was a steady flow of customers. Check Jeni's out, and you'll understand their popularity.

Yelp
This was my second purchase of Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, the first being at their Frankford Avenue store in Fishtown. I sampled their Brambleberry Crisp beforehand and wanted to bring it home for the family to enjoy. As with the former, this shop was bright and cheerful, with well trained friendly helpful scoopers behind the display case counter offering samples and answering questions. There was a Yelp Elite Event going on last week and the line was out the door with Freebie Wannabies. I was one of them. This particular flavor was right in my wheelhouse - oat streusel mini pieces and sweet/tart bramble berry purples mixed with excellently creamy smooth vanilla ice cream. I appreciated that this one was not as oversweet as some of the other Jeni creations. The family agreed and licked it into extinction in a matter of minutes around the kitchen table. Felt good to make everyone so happy. Admittedly, at $12, it was an expensive treat. But, my family is worth it!

Yelp
I love the Narberth location! Such a cute lil street and neighborhood! The two young ladies working there were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they no longer carry the flavor I was looking for. I decided on some new flavors which were ok but not what I wanted. I decided to get the waffle bowl and 2 scoops of ice cream. The tiniest scoops that I have seen but oh well. The sweet treat served its purpose but probably wouldnt return- it was too expensive for just ok. $9.07 for ice cream is insane. LOL! Too rich for me!:)

Yelp
Parking is timed and hard. Bright and smell so good!! Service was great. Many varieties that you can try. They have an area you can sit down and enjoy your treat.

Yelp
The line was out the door (I think it recently opened). The ice cream was decent - of the two flavors I tried one was excellent. One was just ok. I did like that almost all their ice cream (even the cookies and cream and Birthday Cake) was gluten free. The space was cool but it's in a cellular dead zone and they have no WiFi. This ordinarily wouldn't be a problem, except if you're trying to tap to pay. I would give it another star if it wasn't so hard to give them money.

Yelp
This place is incredible. It's like something out of the good place. Everything from the design to the flavors is astounding. The worker rescooped a dropped ice cream free of charge!! I know this might not seem like the most noteworthy thing, but he was such a sweet heart. I love this place and you should to. Its vibrant ambiance is incredible calm.

Yelp
An abundance of delicious flavors in a welcoming bright space sold me. Unfortunately the location is about 20 minutes away from my home without traffic so unless I'm in the area of a location, I don't foresee me revisiting Jeni's anytime in the near future.

Yelp
Workers were super nice and patient. Was definitely somewhat overwhelmed by all of the flavors - there are SO MANY. Worked patiently let me try as many as I wanted. Ended up settling on Wildberry Lavender, Bay Leaf Cheesecake, and Brambleberry Crumble. Love how nuanced and strong the flavors are. The bay leaf cheesecake is seasonal. Shop is cute with plenty of seating. One critique: it's a complete signal dead zone and they don't have WiFi for the public. It's impossible to take phone calls or check anything on your phone. Also, pretty pricey, but about the same as other gourmet ice creams.

Yelp
As if 3 scoops wasn't enough from the Elite event, , I was back here for another 4 scoops with Miso Brownie, lemon bar, brown butter almond brittle, and wild berry lavender. The lemon bar had a heavenly lemon flavor, the miso didn't have enough miso for me (others would probably have hated more miso), brown butter almond had a creamy goodness to it and the berry flavor in the lavender came out very flavorful. Jeni's is good at offering powerful flavors from Ingredients of the ice cream they need to be and they have a trend to sometimes stray from the normal to give that surprise spice. They can do this because they have good variety and offer regular options for those feeling less adventurous.

Yelp
went to get ice cream- terrible customer service. server was rude and giving attitude. Don't recommend coming here unless you want your night to be ruined.

Molly C.

Yelp
It's nice to have an ice cream shop that's walking distance. This ice cream is just fine. It's overpriced and fine tasting.

Yelp
Delicious waffle cone. Great on the weekend. Nice and clean. Could be a packed in the evening sometimes.

Yelp
Ice cream was ok, but for the price of $8 for 2 scoops the scoops were way too little. Also I noticed at the market that you could buy a pint of Jeni's for under $9 so very expensive in store. The service was good and they added a waffle cone in the cups for free.
