Texas chocolate, strawberry pretzels and doughy dough are amazing especially when topped with maple syrup 🥰 Icecream was rich and flavourful and the staff was very much amazing! ❤️

We love Jeni's. We had the strawberry shortcake parfait and ordered it gluten-free. they made it on the back counter with fresh ice cream tubs and, of course, omitted the waffle wedge. It was excellent, and my wife with celiac was able to enjoy it without the fear of cross-contamination. They did an excellent job.

This place is so cute! We arrived to a line waiting out the door for the ice cream, but it moved fairly quickly. When we got to the front, the servers were so nice and helpful. They took the time to explain how Jeni’s half-scoop system works, give tasters for any ice creams you wanted, and then quickly serve what you decided on. They were so nice! The ice cream itself was delicious as well. The half-scoop system allows you to try several flavors at one time. (As an indecisive person, I love that!) I would definitely return here again.

SO REBECCA WAS A FULL 5 STARS PLUS SOME, not only did she give me more information on all seven samples I asked for than I’ve ever received on all the samples I’ve gotten combined before, she was very patient, sweet, and tolerant. She is a new addition to their team, and she is ALREADY a star. The three stars is for establishment for their prices, NO I AM NOT CHEAP, just fair… I came in with another person, she got a waffle bowl and two scoops, she got two of the same scoops, but two scoops nonetheless, her total was $11, I got two separate scoops (citrus pound cake and tropical smoothie…AMAZING AS WELL..5 STARS), w/ no waffle bowl YET mine was 16. I tipped Rebecca 30% because she was probably worth more…The line was out the door and she did not bat an eyelash about helping me figure out what flavor I wanted. My total and all was $20. I just thought it was crazy because I got two separate scoops. Mine was so much more than two scoops and a waffle bowl.

One of the best ice cream shops I’ve ever been to. You can do a few tastings to pin down your favorite flavors. All the flavors are super tasty and scrumptious. One of us is lactose intolerant and was able to still get delicious flavors, I could barely believe it did not have milk (the flavors were lemon pie and cinnamon bun). They had a dark chocolate cake limited edition flavor and that was amazing too!

My daughters and I decided to give Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams a try. I must start out by saying their ice cream is not spectacular, but not terrible. For the price, I was expecting top notch ice cream and that it was not. They did have a seasonal ice cream flavor called everything bagel ice cream and it was disgusting! Definitely stay away from that flavor 🤮. The gooey buttercake and milkiest chocolate flavors were pretty good, but not fantastic. The staff was very friendly and they were all smiles which is always a nice welcoming in any establishment. There is not a lot of seating available so keep that in mind if you plan on visiting and the line can get very long as well just an FYI.

Came on a Tuesday evening with a group of 6 with several allergy restrictions. Staff were kind, accommodating, and so patient as we tried all the dairy/gluten/nut free options! In addition to the service, this was the best ice cream I have ever had had, and the rest of the group agreed. Thank y’all so much for making delicious ice cream that everyone can enjoy!

Delicious ice cream, wonderful staff, but the store was disgusting. No cleaning during the lull makes for a poorly kept store. We love Jenny's so the brand name sets a high standard that wasn't met.🤷‍♀️

I have tried Jeni's at multiple locations and multiple times. I love the unique range of flavors that they have to offer. As soon as you enter the ice cream shop you're most often welcomed by the sweet aroma of the waffle cone which, is always in the making. I love the ambiance of the ice cream shop. The ice cream is made without eggs yet there are very creamy and light. Jeni's is my personal favorite in the city!

This is a great little ice cream spot if you're craving something sweet! They have many unique flavors that you won't find anywhere else. My girlfriend and I agreed this was some of the best ice cream we've ever had... creamy, flavorful, perfectly balanced. It was AMAZING!! They have two freezers of the same flavors and have the ability to take two orders at a time. It seemed like the customers ahead of us were either confused or the employees weren't really taking charge of getting the line going. It seemed to be a very long wait while there weren't many people in front of us. If you can't find street parking right away, just park in the lots nearby and pay for parking- it'll be easier than driving in circles. Amazing ice cream!!!

Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream is an absolute dream of an ice cream shop! From their creative flavors to the creamy dessert, every scoop is a little bit better than the one before. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the shop is charming and decorated well! A must-visit for all ice cream lovers!

Stopped by here with the GF and her family while visiting Nashville and it's hand down the best ice cream we've ever had. The offer many flavor options that can impress anyone. A must try while in Nashville! Staff were great and the place was super clean and inviting.

Love this place! My favorite ice cream shop in Nashville. The Gooey Butter Cake is the stable. Had it twice before and will always be a go to. Love the vibe here and the staff are always friendly. There is a good amount of selection and the flavors are always creative. Stop here and you won't be disappointed.

Can we talk about shrinkflation? OMG! I was looking back at my review and pictures from 12/4/2019 where I ordered a one scoop of ice cream vs 3 scoops of ice cream recently last weekend 1/13/2024...comparing the ice cream to the spoons is just mind-blowing...I ordered 3 scoops to share with my son...well I had 2 bites and my son had devoured the rest and wanting more lol...needless to say, we headed to five daughters bakery lol The first time I tried this location, it was good, this time around I had sampled a few flavors, nothing stood out. I did like the coffee with cream and sugar flavor though. I believe the Jeni's hype has sailed...there's just so many other creameries that are just as good, or even better. Perhaps, its just this location, I will try a different Jeni's to compare.

It was crazy busy but not my kinda ice cream 2 out of 3 throw there's away before it was half eaten, we won't be back

The ice cream is fantastic - so delicious! The night we went the person at the counter may have been having a tough night. Our order wasn't quite right, but it was busy and what we received was so good. They have a great selection of flavors available. The space is small, but there were tables outside as well. Definitely a great spot to stop for a sweet treat!

Did a late night jog so I could stop and have a double scoop of their non-dairy vanilla and chocolate ice cream. So creamy, not sweet at all, and the cone was delicious all the way to the end. Always great friendly service and super clean inside. Shocked they stay open until 11:00 PM, but guess I'm glad because I always go at 10:30 PM LOL

Holy Cow!! That's some AMAZING ice cream!! We have a good local shop at home that's no where near as good as this! And the cows are grass fed!!! Whoop!

We were visiting friends in town and they took us to to 12 South for some walking and shopping. We popped into Jeni's so our daughter and their children could have a fun ice cream stop and it was so good! I was blown away by all the interesting flavors on offer, and everything is made from scratch, which seems to add that extra oomph of goodness. We also spotted Jessica Simpson and family lowkey enjoying some ice cream which was a neat star sighting bonus. All around highly recommend making a stop here if you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Amazing ice cream in a cute location right by Belmont campus. Parking on the street was easy, convenient and free. Staff appears to be all college students - studying between customers - but always helpful to answer questions. Took the family when they visited and everyone raved on the quality and flavor. Win win!

I'm obsessed with Jeni's!!! The coffee and the gooey butter cake are by far my favorite flavors. The employees are always so sweet and they have so many unique flavors that you can't get anywhere else.

One star less JUST because of the price... $10 for 2 small scoops of ice cream is ridiculous! However.. the long line was worth the wait. We had butter scotch popcorn and salted butter pecans. I believe that's what I got. It was SO delicious! They would be a lot better if they could figure out a system for helping the customers who know what they want and the ones who want to try all the flavors. That would definitely help with the long lines and cut the waiting down. I loved all the weird flavors they had.. I wish I lived here because I'd definitely be coming back to try more flavors!

You can never I mean never go wrong with Jenis. Be it a warm day, cold afternoon, sunny morning, sad gloomy evening you just need Jenis to cheer you up! The flavors are effortlessly delicious and the service is always on point and so sweet and smiling! I tried the biscuit peach and chocolate flavor. The chocolate flavor was diary free, chocolaty gooey with fudge bites and on point dark flavors. The biscuit and peach had delicious nibbles of biscuit enveloping the peachy flavor coating your taste buds. Don't get over whelmed by the long lines. They are popular for a reason - but their service is fast and efficient. Tasting is back after COVID so I am forever grateful for that. I do like trying our new flavors!

Always 10/10 would recommend. Can't find an ice cream spot I like better. Expensive but worth it but maybe that's just because I have a sugar addiction. All time fav is the gooey butter cake.

I love this location of Jeni's. There's plenty of parking behind the building. It does get full on the weekends, but the wait is never super long. They always have a great assortment of flavors. You can always ask to try a flavor without feeling like you are bothering the employees. I usually get a trio (I think they now call it the signature) which is enough for two people. I recommend the brambleberry crisp, wildberry lavender, and darkest chocolate. They also offer free water and stickers for the kids.

Great delicious ice cream in a variety of flavors. Location is in a shared shopping area. There is street parking or you can park in the lot. You can get fresh ice cream in a pint cup or cone. I quite enjoyed the gooey butter cake. They have seasonal flavors like watermelon taffy. You can taste the flavors. The place was clean well and well lit. The staff were friendly. I recommend and feel it's a staple to the community. Enjoy!

Last time I wrote a review, I gave Jeni's 4 stars because I didn't think you could get anything smaller than 2 scoops. However, it turns out you can. They do "kids scoops" which is just one scoop of ice cream. I got the boston cream pie and it was really good! I always love all their flavors. Everyone who works there is also super nice.

Great ambiance. Wonderful and friendly service. Many flavors to choose from. It was pretty busy when we went in around 4pm on a Monday. Street parking only. You can try samples to find what you like best. I tried a couple but ended up going with the honey vanilla, I'm of the more mild flavor type. My husband got the berry flavor and enjoyed that.

What a nice Thursday afternoon to grab Jeni's ice cream. I'm not a big I've cream lover, but this place is hands down one of THE BEST ice cream places in the city. I had been patiently waiting for this particular flavor to come in stores. After, seeing an Instagram influencer review and speak so highly of it. We went in hoping they still had the flavor seeing that it was a late spring flavor. This flavor gives me spring and summer-ish vibes. I love a good juicy peach. So if you're in the area I say run not walk and try this flavor out. One of their best in my opinion!!

Jeni's is a very cute ice cream shop located in a bustling shopping area with lots of cute boutiques. The location is perfect for a short break on a shopping day. I visited midday on a Saturday while I was exploring the area with some friends, and we decided to share a combination of the cold brew ice cream and peanut butter chocolate ice cream. The cold brew ice cream was actually dairy free - it had a really great flavor but because it's dairy free the creamy parts were a little bit icy. In general, I still definitely would eat the flavor again, and it's great to see they had (multiple) dairy free options. The peanut butter chocolate ended up being our favorite of the day - it was rich, creamy, and chocolatey (hard to beat that). The interior of the shop was very cute and we really enjoyed the visit overall - would recommend!

So many flavors to choose from! I got the lemon dairy free and my daughter got the coffee with cream and sugar. Both were delicious! The service was quick even though the line was out the door. Definitely recommend!

Can't believe it's non-dairy. I don't care if it's dairy or not, I'm just saying. It's pretty amazing stuff. Very friendly, welcoming vibe with a big selection and the waffle cones and bowls are made right under your nose as you wait in line and the smell is as great as the taste. Lots of families hanging out and others stopping by for dessert after eating in 12 South. We stopped in for a cone and bowl and it was great. Friendly servers offered a few samples and the quality is fabulous. It's clean, friendly and spacious. Just a super place to get tasty treat with lots of people socializing pleasantly.

Great experience. Was warmly greeted (and i needed it since it was cold outside) by two kind young ladies. They took me through their jenis experience and took care of me. I ended up leaving with wild lavender and milky choccy!

Okay, so who doesn't like Jeni's. This location was nice and the staff was friendly. They kept the line moving and there wasn't much of a wait, even though there was a line. Now Jeni's have so many different and tasty recipes that it's ridiculous. Mind-blowing! The ice cream here is so creamy, flavorful, and lacks NOTHING! Also, if you have any type of dairy allergies, don't fret, Jeni's got ya back...there's plenty of vegan options as well. Side note: if you aren't in the area, you can always try a good ol pint of Jeni's ice cream at your local grocer.

Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream is pretty special. My waiter recommended that I stop by on my first night in Nashville. He told me that it will be the best ice cream that I have ever had. He was almost right. Jeni's is definitely one of the best tasting ice cream that I have had. I have already planned a second visit. I ordered a half scoop of Brown Butter Almond Brittle and a half scoop of Cold Brew with Coconut Cream. The brown butter with almond brittle was hands down my favorite. I loved how light the ice cream is and how the flavor pops. In addition to my flavors I also tried the Pineapple Upside Down Cake and the Gooey Butter Cake. All of the flavors taste amazing. Covid has the restaurant closed down for dine in but there is plenty of places to sit outside.

We saw three Jeni's while we visited the Nashville area. We went to the one our GPS took us to. My wife had a scoop of Brown butter Almond brittle. I tasted and I liked it. But, I had the "darkest chocolate" and let me tell you how good it was. I prefer Dark Chocolate over milk, this scoop was tasty, not too sweet and just plain Decadent. The little piece of waffle cone was a nice touch. Yes, they have good ice cream. Go there and try some for yourself.

Good quality and yummy! The setup for COVID is also great, with the line outside and only one customer inside at a time. We got the trio (3 half scoops). Wildberry lavender (4/5): floral flavor is light. Tastes a bit like lemon. Gooey butter cake (4.5/5): my favorite, not too heavy. Sweet but not too sweet/overpowering. Love the cake bits Vanilla bean (3.5/5): basic, overpowered by the other flavors

My husband and I were out running errands and we passed Jeni's. I've heard so much about it but never felt compelled to make a special trip. I mean, I love ice cream - but I've never had an ice cream I didn't like. So why go to one specific ice cream shop, right? No. Incorrect. Jeni's ice cream is a full body, emotionally joyous experience. It's that good. It's an orchestra of serotonin fireworks for your brain. You need it. You deserve it. You have to get in your car, drive there, park and experience it for yourself. Got a pint to take home and it didn't last the weekend. Because in these times, we deserve something this good right in our home freezer. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Oh my sweetness. While I've had Jeni's before multiple times, this was my First time at a store front, and it didn't disappoint! We had to stop by Jeni's after having some famous Hot chicken, and Jeni's flavor and cold ice cream cooled us right down. I got the peaches ice cream and the perfect crunch of the waffle cone and the rich ice cream made for the perfect bite! The staff was kind and explained things in great detail. They were also extremely cautious and followed covid protocol. Would highly recommend !

Great customer service, super friendly staff with generous portions. You are allowed to sample your favorite ice cream. It's 100% rich and creamy and you can taste every flavor. Definitely will come back again.

Used to come here all the time. I love the ice cream! BUT last time I was craving ice cream, I waited in line with my dog in my backpack. He was quiet and barely noticeable, but I was asked to leave the line and put him outside if I wanted ice cream. I had no one with me to watch him, said I knew what I wanted, and asked if I could hop to the front of the line and place my order and wait outside for my ice cream. I was told no because everyone was too busy... So I had to leave with no ice cream This is the first time I have been kicked out of a place like this with my dog in my backpack. Was unexpected and disappointing. I will now be searching for a more dog-friendly ice cream place.

Ok, the sample spoons are small enough as it is and I just got served a sample that didn't even cover the tiny baby spoon. I should have gone somewhere else at that point but against my better judgement ordered two flavors in a waffle cup. Didn't fill the cup. Two smallest scoops known to mankind. Crazy expensive price for two teeny tiny scoops. Come on people...

Great ice cream, but very limited dairy-free options. They have the exact same two flavors of dairy free for scoops every time. I hope they can improve upon this soon

Really needed Jeni's after some hot chicken. It was the best cool-me-down, pick-me-up. They really followed the COVID protocols to the T. All servers were wearing masks, and they only allowed 2 people in at a time to make their order. Unfortunately, it was so hot outside, it would've been nice to eat inside, but due to the protocols, that was not possible. That ice cream was gone before I could imagine - it was the elements versus my stomach. Rich, creamy ice cream with flavor (Brambleberry) - the crunch of the oats was the best. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I came here after we had dinner and from a friend me suggestion. We were amazed by the menu and how many flavors they had! We were able to sample some, and I decided to get the milkiest chocolate and salty caramel, while my husband got butterscotch popcorn and peanut butter with chocolate flecks. They were all amazingly delicious. The ice cream's were rich, but not too sweet, and perfectly hit the spot in what we were looking for as a dessert. We look forward to returning and trying other flavors!

This ice cream place is on of the best! The ice cream is milky, smooth, and creamy. Our ice cream server was quick with scooping and very kind. With a calm, casual vibe, this is a perfect place to hang out with friends.

Longtime supermarket fan here, but I had never been to one of their physical locations. It was great -- spacious, clean, and colorful with friendly, attentive staff, and as expected, the ice cream was great! I especially appreciated all of the fun souvenirs available for purchase.

We love Jeni's ice cream and buy it from our grocery store. This is the first time we have seen an actual shop. It was so fun to visit and the lady was very patient giving us samples of all of the different flavors like salted black licorice or the buttermilk passion fruit. They were all delicious and it was located in a nice set-back location with a great patio where we stayed a bit longer after we polished off our ice cream because it was so relaxing. I did get the yummy buttermilk-so good, and my son got the almond brittle browned butter ice cream. Very fun flavors to choose from. We went back again the very next day!
