I recently ordered a home decor item from the Jenni Kayne website. Although I put in my correct home address, as I obviously know my own address, they auto-corrected it to a different home with the same number and street name, but a different zip code. When I reached out to say they sent the item to the wrong address, their response was, too bad, not our problem. When this happened with a different retailer (a much less high-end one mind you), they couldn't have been more helpful in acknowledging their mistake and sending a replacement. I've always kind of known Jenni Kayne is overpriced and hesitated to buy things from them as a result, but their customer service, or lack thereof, has turned me off from shopping there ever again.
