Bought a $385 pair of mule shoes and they got scuffed the first time wearing. Looks horrible and they have no return the policy. They were not that comfortable either. BEWARE

I love Jenni Kayne, they have the cutest clothes and home goods. Best customer service, I worked with a girl named Mairead. She was extremely helpful, she offered me several cute options for an event I was attending. If you're at this location and need help with style choices ask for Mairead!

Overpriced ! way overpriced ! The furniture and clothing are very pretty but I cannot bring myself to spend that kind of money and their return policy is strict.

Crappy product and poor customer service. I spent $400 on a pair of shearling slippers in 2020 that have already fallen apart. I barely wear them and only wear them during the winter and at home. Customer service told me I was ***it out of luck since it's past the 30 day return window. I was unable to write a review on the website, so I'm writing it here. Company does not stand by their products. Chain store products (Gap/Madewell, etc) last longer than this and for 1/6 of the price.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Purchased a very expensive table from the home store. The worst customer service I have ever come across. This whole place is a scam. Buyer beware.

Love this shop!! Wonderful selection of wardrobe staples! Customer service was nice and super helpful. While a little pricey I will come back again and again adding pieces to my closet I will wear forever.
