My husband and I joined the wine club and have enjoyed most of the wines. That being said the customer service for a club member is extremely lacking. We have needed to make updates to our contact information and have tried calling numerous times, with voicemails left (now the vm is full, not due to just us) also emailed numerous times with no response. I feel like once you signup you literally need to travel back to Fredricksburg if you need to update or cancel, or just keep blindly paying which is ridiculous.
