Jeremiah's Italian Ice

Never noticed this place till today for some reason and loved the atmosphere! Very inviting and playful, had a huge selection of frozen desserts to choose from. Ended up going with a Grasshopper and enjoyed every spoonful! The service was quick and friendly and I will definitely be coming back!

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice is Delicious!!!! They have so many different flavors including several seasonal flavors. The staff is always very helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. They also let you sample any flavor that you’d like to ensure you pick a flavor that you will enjoy and ultimately leave satisfied.

Soft serve and Italian ice are delicious, but the last two times we came here one hour past opening at 1pm and the doors were locked. The first time someone was there and unlocked the doors. Didn’t get an apology or explanation. She acted like we were somehow inconveniencing her by being there. The second time nobody was there at all. Seems like they have staffing issues considering they aren’t open during business hours.

Our first time here and we thought it was really great. Love the build your own. Will definitely be back!

The sign posted says it closes at 10 pm. Also when checking online the store should close at 10pm. I drove from paulding county and got to the restaurant at 9:30 just for the female employee to close the door in my face and say the store closed early tonight. I asked why is it closing at 9:30 when the sign on the door says 10. She said "Mr. Lee, the store owner says to close the store early". This female employee always seems to have an attitude when i come here. Tonight was no different. She also didn't seem to care how far i drove to come here. She has very poor customer service.

Was working today servicing this location , didn’t know it was here but glad I came. The owner was super nice and asked me if I wanted anything. I told him surprise me and he did…. It was quite good. Come check them out !!!!

The Italian ice is tasty! The price is very reasonable. The place was extremely hot inside. I know their ac unit wasn't working, so they had a small unit inside, which didn't help but blow more hot air. I will return to try their different flavors.

Very very delicious flavors mint and chip and sea salt caramel. Excellent service. Will be back noon

Love water ice! lol My baby and I enjoyed the flavors and glad we were able to sample. We enjoyed our sweet treats! We will be bad. The prices were bad and the sizes were great

I just happened to be across the street at a restaurant and I went back to get my wife's jacket. That's when I stumbled on Jeremiah's in the parking lot. Being the ice cream connoisseur that I am, I had to oblige. The staff were friendly, they give free samples and they have this unique way to serve ice cream. It is called a gelati. That's where you mix Italian ice with ice cream and get this amazing mix of flavor with every spoon full. I chose the Bahama Breeze Italian ice with vanilla ice cream!! Try it now!!

This location is in the same plaza as main event just in the bottom of the parking lot. Google maps took me to the top but thankfully you can see the logo if you drive around. The place was empty when I arrived but super clean and bright. I ordered ahead and it was made right when I arrived. They have outside seating so a great ice cream place to visit during the warmer days

I stumbled upon Jeremiah's during an adventure walk. It's almost hidden, but it's lovated across the street from Copeland and under AMC theaters and Main Event. There is ample parking since it is located near a parking garage. There is inside and outdoor seating. Customer service was great! She was patient and helped me choose my flavors. Ultimately, I decided to get a small italian ice which comes with 3 flavors: mango, black cherry, and passion fruit. They have an app with a rewards program. If you download it, you get a free small italian ice. It was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back.

Food: Soft serve was good, got the swirl Customer service was good Very colorful decor but seems the AC maybe out at the present Check them out!

There's absolutely nothing wrong with this place. It's genius and if I had a way I would want to be a part of the franchise lol the mix of cream and sorbet ish type flavors and it's necessary on a summer HOTLANTA day!!!

So this is my to go to spot when im In florida. Its like I'm a big kid again especially when they let you sample all the flavors. So this time i took my grands to the opening here and wasn't all that impressed. First what happened to all my flavors that became my staple??? They did add other things thou but none to my liking but my grands gave them a thumbs up. Customer service was dry maybe they were tired who knows, and the place was clean so thats a plus. I didn't get anything since they didnt have my flavors so i did a long drive just for the grands

Consider its winter, I decide to give this place a try. It was pleasantly wonderful! When I entered, I was greeted by the staff and manager, the ice cream choices were plentiful, picked a few of preferred, finally settled on on rocky road variant. At first wasn't impressed by the "iced" cream, but that's just gelato, as I got past the first layer, I was blown away by the richness-in-flavor, creamy taste of chocolate and vanilla! And each layer of Oreo crumb just added that extra little of something, you know. Would recommend again to anyone, or even stopped by for to-go. (They gave me a freezer bag for the 50 minutes drive home.

I was really impressed with the customer service at this particular location when they first opened a few months ago. I found the workers here to be very friendly, and the outside area was always well maintained. However, this evening I had had a little bit of a different experience . The young lady working the front counter never greeted my son and I upon entering the store. Instead, she sat there on her phone for a few seconds before ever looking up to say anything to us. This is the type of customer service that will make me not support the business. Instead of sitting there on her phone and whoever was in the back hanging around-someone could have cleaned the outside and taken out the trash.

The staff is super friendly and efficient and the dessert is so delicious. The ice layered with the soft serve is so unique to Jeremiah's and theres a flavor for everyone!

So happy that they opened a location near to us! This little locally owned ice cream and Italian ice shop is friendly and delicious. The owner and staff are always super nice and the vibe is cheery and bright and very clean. Tonight we got the Smores and the pumpkin pie (my favorite). 5 stars - definitely will be back
