Jeremiah's Italian Ice in Frisco is a must-visit! With over 40 flavors, you're sure to find your perfect treat. We especially loved the Pina Colada, Watermelon, Mango Italian Ice, and the Strawberry Lemon and Banana Freezes. A huge shout-out to Isabel, who was incredibly helpful and patient, letting us sample so many flavors to find our favorites. Her excellent service truly made the experience even better. It's the ideal spot to cool down and enjoy a delicious, flavorful dessert with top-notch customer service. Highly recommend!

I went to Jeremiahs Italian Ice for the first time & I had a great experience! The workers were really kind. I wish I would have ordered something else. However, I still enjoyed my experience!

Jeremiah's is a super cute gelateria with Italian ice and soft serve. The color palette is inviting, and the flavors are rich and delicious. This is the perfect place to cool down on a hot summer day!

Jeremiah's is great when I am craving a sweet treat. I love the cookie butter Gelati, but I try different flavors almost every time I visit. The Frosted Animal Cracker Gelati is also great.

Jeremiah's is now in my top spots for delicious cold treats. It's so freaking good. When I was a kid, my favorite ice cream from the ice cream truck was the orange dream. Jeremiah must have paid them for the recipe. Lol It was like they made my favorite treat gourmet. It was very clean, kid and family friendly and the staff was amazing. This place doesn't just have your basic cup of ice cream. I had been craving Italian uce for awhile and noticed I had a coupon. Great help from employees. You can chose from a wide variety of flavors for Italian ice, gelati, and so much more. You can completely customize your ice cream based on your mood. Great place and highly recommend checking it out.

Had the chocolate chip and caramel—absolutely awesome! Super creamy, rich flavor, and the chocolate chunks were perfect. Will definitely be back! 🍦✨

I've been a newer patron of Jeremiah's and really enjoyed the fun flavors and varieties they offer. However, I've been disappointed with some of the service and operating practices. The store hours clearly state that they close at 10. However, I have been by twice in the last few weeks around 9:45 and they've informed me they've already closed everything down. Even when I asked if I could just do the Italian ice (just scooped out of the freezer) they had shut that down as well....did you shut down your hand from scooping ice? Or did the scoop get shut down? Been a bit of a turn off for making this a regular spot. Needless to say, if you're going to close earlier, just update your hours for different seasons.

I'll start with saying the service was excellent, staff were super friendly, and our kids loved it. But there was a gross bathroom smell that permeated the inside and hit us as soon as we walked in. Luckily they had plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, so we took our treats outside in the fresh air. I've had Jeremiah's once before and forgot how I felt about it. Bottom line: it's not really for an adult palette. It's pricey, and you don't get any of the richness or gourmet flavors of a nice ice cream shop. Everything is very one-note and artificial tasting, and more like cheap storebrand ice cream quality where you taste more ice than cream. Basically, it'll be a hit with your kids, but save your own calories for a treat elsewhere.

Cute ice cream shop with Italian ice and soft serve combinations. There are plenty of varieties to create and the staff is really nice and helpful. 3 stars only because the tables and floors were really dirty when we were there but other than that, would come back again.

Omg. This stuff is GOOD!!!! Wow. It's like the best dreamcicle you've ever had. I love the marginalia ice with vanilla ice cream (but there are a ton of combos you can make). Service is always fast and friendly. I came here 3 days in a row after I discovered it haha

One of our favorites. We have to try hard not to stop by to get a sweet treat. Staff is always friendly and helpful. So many different combinations, you can always find a way to make it just how you like it.

Stopped today for 2.23 January Special on tuesday's. We got the cotton candy with vanilla and black raspberry with vanilla. Cotton candy was very average, kids did not enjoy either. Black Raspberry was pretty good

We were out here late tonight, but before closing time. We were inside eating our gelato. We were told we couldn't be there any more and needed to leave. When we left, they locked the door behind us. It was 9:51. I know it's late, but it was still within operating hours and were not the only customers still around.

They have many flavors to choose from pina colada to orange. The possibilities are endless! If you want to treat yourself, order the Gelanti it will not disappoint. If you're tryin to stay skinnylicious maybe don't opt in. Hey balance they say! Head on over to a lil slice of Italy! The best part when the amazing employees hand over your sweet treat they will give you a big smile and say "Bon appetite"!!

wow wow wow! This isn't ice cream, gelato, slurpee, shaved ice. It's a unique kind of dessert. I loved it! There's nothing like this in the PNW so I really hope something like this makes it's way to us. The texture is unique cross between icee and ice cream. It's "icy" but "creamy" both at the same time. Definitely will go more the next time I go to Texas!

Top of the line. I never had Gelati before but I wanted to give it a try. I was skeptical of the combination of Italian ice and ice cream but as soon as I had it I wondered where it was all my life. I've wasted a lot of time and money on subpar ice cream. Jeremiah's is bigtime! I can't wait to go back and try different flavors! Yummy in my tummy

We received a coupon for a free item (with or without a purchase associated). I brought my daughter and she got the tropical key west Italian ice and I got the swirl soft serve. Both were very good and we are excited to have a new place near home to get dessert from! The only downside here was the customer service. We went through the drive thru but it seemed like the younger girls serving us were almost irritated at the fact that we were using a coupon and also just weren't very friendly. It's really important as a new business that they have the right people representing their company because it can really make or break their service.

Had soft serve. Chocolate with waffle cone. No complaints. Has seating outside. Parking is scarce because of the restaurant next door. Overall not too bad. They do post coupons often took advantage of the bogo

Came with my son and his family and got a small piña colada and Mango gelati and it was absolutely delicious. I got a sample of their lemon basil and it was delicious as well!

Such a gem for the area. Great selection of ice cream. I was looking for something different to satisfy my sweet tooth after a long work day. Friendly family environment. Try it out for sure! I also love that they have young people working there. They have a great work ethic is so nice to experience friendly, happy kids.

When I lived in McKinney this was my go to for Italian ice. They have a variety of flavors you will not find in most stores such as Key West and real coconut. The have a really good app that sends out coupons regularly and will even give you a free small size to start off so be too sign up. The prices are family friendly which is rare to find these days. Only get a large if you are truly hungry because it easily serves to hungry adults or one very hungry football player.

We love this place, and I went there every single week during the summer after my training runs. I'd highly recommend downloading their app for free treats as well. Looking forward to coming back when it's warm again.

Super creamy soft serve and refreshing Italian ice makes this place a wonderful choice for a delicious frozen treat! Each time I've gone the staff was super friendly and offered samples of their many flavors of Italian ice! The soft serve only comes in two flavors but it's best when you mix the soft serve in with the Italian ice to make a Gelati! If a Gelati is not your thing, you can just get a vanilla, chocolate or twist of soft serve in a cup or cone or a mix of Italian ice flavors in a cup, either way you can't go wrong! All flavors that I've tasted have been delicious. Not to sound like Willy Wonka in "saying the strawberries taste like strawberries and the snozzberries taste like snozzberries," but the flavors are pretty spot on and don't leave your tongue colored for hours or a nasty after taste. They are not too sweet and the ice is so fine that it practically melts as soon as it hits your tongue and goes down smooth. My kids beg me to take them to this place almost everyday! It is truly addictive and way better than a snow cone. It is also pretty reasonable on the wallet! Also there is a drive thru for folks on the go! Enjoy!

If you like ice-cold desserts, Jeremiah's is a must-visit! When I was in college at UCF, there was a strip mall across the street from the university which was home to a walk-up window that served the very best ice cream nearby. EVERYONE loved Jeremiah's. It was a meetup spot, a place for group social events, or the perfect ending to a first date. When I had my wisdom teeth removed, we went straight to Jeremiah's after. When you met a new friend, you asked them their favorite Jeremiah's combo. So, Jeremiah's holds a lot of nostalgia for me. And since moving away from Florida over 10 years ago, it's a craving that never goes away. A group of fellow alumni visited on opening night and the gelati was just as good as I remember. My standby order is Scoop Froggy Frog (mint chocolate chip) with swirl ice cream - a classic. But they have a ton of flavors, usually 30 or so at a given time. Jeremiah's offers free samples so you can try a lot of flavors before deciding. Cookie Batter and P-Nutty are also favorites for me. In the fall, a Pumpkin+Vanilla combo is where its at. So smooth and delicious... and addicting! This location has a drive-through, making it easier than ever to grab a sweet treat as you pass through McKinney. The staff was friendly and hospitable, the type of people you really love to support in a small business. I'll be back every time I'm in McKinney!

We stopped by last night around 8 PM and everyone was fantastic. The kids working there were really nice and even gave us suggestions. Once our order was taken, it took around 2 minutes to get our order out. What I liked is that after the kids gave us our order, the manager doubled checked to make sure we had all our items! The lobby was a little noisy because there was a volleyball team there, but I saw there was plenty of seating indoors. We sat outside there they have two tables. I noticed they have a drive thru, which is pretty cool. We had the Piña Colada gelati, Cookies and crème gelati and soft serve ice cream. All to die for and not too sweet. I would definitely recommend the soft serve, it's very creamy. We will most definitely be back!

Love their Italian ice and ice cream combo. I've only ever done drive thru which is operates as fast as they can for their menu options. Depending on the line, could wait about 10-20mins. We visit often during the warmer months.

The drive through takes a bit of time, but definitely worth the wait. Opted for the gelati, mango with vanilla. They have flavors on rotation. You can choose between ice cream, slush, or both. The ice cream is super creamy, and the slush is refreshing. Lovely treat for a hot day. Ask for a free pup cup!

I'm not sure how I went so long without ever trying gelati but it is a MUST! The ice is so soft and flavorful and the ice cream is so creamy! This is the perfect medley! Can't wait to try the piña colada gelati next!

Fantastic Italian ice and custard. My family and I really enjoy Jeremiah's treats, but not too often. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny. We've also had Rita's and comparing to Rita's, Jeremiah's is way better! My personal favorite is the Pina Colada water ice, hubby loves the black cherry gelati.

Fantastic! We showed up for the anniversary event which offered half off small and medium ice creams, face painting, and balloon animals. It was well-staffed and they were all prepared and patient with the numerous customers crowding their store. We got two Gelatis with black cherry and mango. The Italian ice has the perfect consistency (super fine ice) and the ice cream is smooth and luscious. The tanginess of the Italian ice perfectly complements the creaminess of the soft ice cream. Simply harmonious. There aren't many Italian ice cream shops in the area, but we don't mind making the trek for this delicious treat.

Real good soft serve spot! The cookie butter with vanilla is my favorite and can't go wrong with. The small size is filled all the way to the top and probably the best bang for your buck

Great experience! Very clean environment and the cashier, Taimi, was very friendly and made great recommendations. When I mentioned I had allergies to nuts, she offered to use a separate scoop to ensure no cross contamination. I would highly recommend this place, their Italian ice is on point too!

Absolutely Addictive - My mother and I visit this shop frequently, and it has never disappointed because of their delicious ices and gelati and their quick and friendly service. Their frozen desserts are so addictive because (1) they have a wide variety of delicious ices; (2) the ices can be swirled with complementary soft serve ice cream (gelati); and (3) the silky ice and gelati can be supplemented with toppings that add other flavors and textures. The drive-through can be a little elusive on your first visit since the entrance is located behind the building. Also, I've never had to wait long at this location; but since they don't have a speaker at the menu and take the orders only at the pick-up window, I suspect that lines can get slow when busy as I have experienced at the Melissa location. Fortunately, I haven't had to wait yet in McKinney; but the product is so good that I would endure the wait to enjoy these frozen treats that are a refreshing change from the usual ice cream at Baskin Robbins or Dairy Queen.

First time here yesterday after hearing amazing feedback from friends. This place held up to the hype! Every flavor I sampled was delicious but I chose to go with the cookie butter blended with vanilla ice cream. So good! The flavors taste fresh and not like it was heavily processed and sitting in the freezer for days before serving. Definitely a new favorite go to spot for dessert!

I loved our experience here. Came last night and went through the drive through & it moved very quickly. Service was friendly and the "gelati" was delicious!! I got the mango with vanilla soft served and my husband got the coconut. We thoroughly enjoyed both and will be back!!

Jett is the sweetest person ever. He seems like he genuinely cares about his customers and creates relationships with them. He also knows his stuff. He helped us decide what flavors to get and also courage's us to try new ones. The italian ice tastes great and the drive-thru service was great.

This place just opened up and I am incredibly excited! The staff was super nice and they are more than happy to answer any questions and give you samples! I tried different flavors and ended up with a coconut gelati. The coconut italian ice was very flavorful and the vanilla ice cream gave it a delicious creamy texture. It was an absolutely wonderful combination! Will definitely go back again to have their pb and chocolate ice cream gelati! Tip: Download the app!

Excuse me for not posting pictures. This place is great. It was thunder and pouring rain like crazy but they kept working and the place was still packed. I got a two flavored mango and strawberry. They were both good but the mango was most excellent. Fun fact they accidentally got some of the vanilla frozen yogurt in my cup and they make a swirl and it was soo dang good I kid you not. It was like a bite of a creamsicle. I'm getting one next time for sure. The prices are fairly decent compared to most gourmet ice cream or gelato places in town. Plenty of parking and very clean interior. Give this place a try if you're looking for a real deal Italian ice like from the east coast.

This is our family's favorite place to go for dessert! It's a fun, energetic atmosphere with great music. We typically eat our treats inside, but it's nice that there is also a drive through for quick trips. The staff is always very friendly and patient as my kid wants to try new flavors. The rewards program and app are also a plus!

I had not previously seen Italian ice...Hawaiian Ice or snow cones...sure. Italian ice which seems to be a combination Italian soda with ice cream, which are blended together. While Jeremiah's is a chain, this McKinney location is the only one in North Texas...but given how reasonably priced and mouthwatering the Italian ice are here, I would believe that it will be expanding soon!

In the Karate Kid, Daniel trains day in and day out to take on the guys over at Cobra Kai. He trains for long hours and often questions why he's being taught dumbass moves before realizing that waxed car move was really about respect or endurance or some other 80s morality crap. In the end, Daniel wins (sorry...spoiler...but like it's been 30 years so if your ass hasn't watched it, that's on you) and even with a broken leg he's the champion. Except Cobra Kai really kicked his butt. And those dudes trained but they had it all together. They followed procedures. They didn't need to train as long to be awesome. Plus...they may not have won, but they didn't walk away with a broken leg. Not really even scratches. Pretty sure Daniel just got lucky there. (Let's not talk about sequels.) Jeremiah's is Cobra Kai. Unlike the Daniel that is Bahama Bucks, I get my shaved ice needs quickly because they have a system that doesn't involve a 45 minute wait. They are also disciplined, as they offer plenty of napkins and the only thing remotely Daniel about this place is that they both had manners. We were asked if we wanted to try samples of things. It was like a Sams Club on a Saturday with the samples. Jeremiah's didn't need to train wax on wax off to beat Bahama Buck's. Just the fact that they are in the SAME DAMN LOCATION of what used to be BB speaks for itself. It's like they kicked Daniel's butt IN HIS OWN HOUSE. The Bahama Breeze was awesome. The soft serve vanilla was perfect. Keep that up Cobras.
