Stopped by for a before dinner treat, Jaronda’s customer service was excellent- we were greeted by a smile and informed of options for today’s visit. She was patient. We enjoyed our Italian ice in store and her customer service was consistent with other guest. The flavors were good, mixed well together, and flavorful.

Myo or Mio I believe his name was, had very good customer service. The store had a lot of customers mid-day on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to operate flawlessly. This location always treats me & whoever I am with very well. Kudos to the owner and his employees.

Good vibes, welcoming atmosphere, and awesome customer service. Today was my first time trying Jeremiah’s Italian Ice and I was curious about the vast selection to choose from - there were so many options and flavors! The young gentlemen allowed us to sample as many as we liked and they were all awesome, I ended up getting strawberry/lemon and it was the perfect touch to my day and satisfied all the pregnancy cravings I had!

They were out of oreo topping. Then told me they ran out of waffle cones and offered me regular cone,but they did find more waffle cones. And some how they also had run out of napkins,how do they expect anyone to get in their car with ice cream and not have napkins to catch the melting ice cream.

Great place to grab a treat. The employees were friendly and helpful. They gave us good flavor recommendations for our first time here and gave us samples as well. The Italian ice is super smooth and delicious. I would highly recommend giving this place a visit.

Will be back within the week to try more of their flavors. A flavored ice mixed with a soft scoop ice cream blended perfectly!!! Went back a day later....gets better 2nd time. This time I went for the large Mango 🥭. Yum

What a perfect end to a perfect day. Not only was I greeted so nicely and happily, but I got to try out free samples!!! You can never go wrong with free samples 😂. The guy who greeted me was so nice and so was the young lady with the beautiful pink and blonde locs. She was kind and very informative about the menu. She helped a lot since it was my first time visiting this place. Im assuming the guy I met was the manager. He just had such an awesome attitude. I can’t wait to come back just to feel those good vibes and get a good treat to go along with it. I wish this place was closer, then again maybe it’s a blessing in disguise because I’d definitely want to go everyday. It’s just that amazing. They also have both inside and outside seating available. I’m looking forward to going back. I know it’s only February but this is the best dessert I’ve had all year!!! They offer gelato, Italian ice, and soft ice cream. I got a mix of Italian ice and ice cream. The combination is honestly so amazing!

We love this place for Gelati (Italian Ice and Soft serve in one cup). Their flavors are amazing! Love Coconut, Pina colada, and Cotton Candy flavor. They give a free ice-cream for dogs and it's called P-nutty! We love their service, they are very clean, efficient, and consistent. I highly recommend this place to take your kids for Italian ice, soft serve, or a mix of both!

My new local ice cream/italian ice shop. I love gelatos so I tried this place out because I was in the mood for some. I got the mango and vanilla gelato which was good. The mango Italian ice would've been good on its own as well. I did get the soft serve ice cream which was decent. I may stick to just the Italian ice because it was so good. The service was good and the employees were nice. It's a small shop and they keep it clean.

As soon as the first bite disappeared into our mouths, we were a little indignant. "Why aren't there lines outside these doors? How could there possibly be any seats left in here?" Perhaps it's because Jeremiah's is tucked away in the corner of an unassuming complex. It's hard to miss if you weren't specifically looking for it, and we ourselves estimated we'd driven past it several hundred times before someone told us it was their favorite dessert spot in Smyrna. Or maybe more people don't know about it because it features Italian ice in its name. If you're anything like me, the very phrase conjures images of tasteless, watery slush. But Jeremiah's does something clever with their Italian ices. Not only is there a wide array of flavors, but they layer them with smooth, decadent soft serve and mix-ins, so that you end up with a sweet combination of flavors. They call these 'gelatis'. Of course, if you really wanted an Italian ice or a soft serve cone on its own, it's totally your prerogative to do so. But after trying a meh sample of some of their more daring flavors of ice (like their peanut butter), I could see these were really meant to shine with ice cream. After some head scratching indecision, we chose from the menu of Jeremiah's favorites and selected a cup of the strawberry shortcake, which was STUNNING. Two kinds of Italian ice - strawberry and cake batter - along with vanilla soft serve and Biscoff cookie crumbs. I don't know who thought up this combination, but they deserve some hearty back pats because it tasted exactly like cold spoonfuls of strawberry shortcake. Suffice it to say we were delighted with our first visit and will be back to try some of the other delightful combinations. Highly recommend!

The gelati is usually very tasty, but the customer service is lousy. Tonight it took 20 minutes for us to get two ice creams. When we pulled up to the drive thru it took 5 minutes for either of the two employees to acknowledge us. At the time there was no customers in the store and both of the employees had headphones/earbuds on (during business hours). After we finally got someone to take our order, we waited 15 more minutes for our order only to pull out of the parking lot and realize the gelato was completely melted (it was like a half frozen slushy). We had wait for them to refreeze when we got home to make them edible (unless we wanted to drink it with a straw). The place would really benefit from some better trained employees.

I live for this place. Never have I ever had a bad experience getting a sugar fix from Gelato and icecream. High marks are for the product. The drive thru at this location is always SLOW! Attending to customers walking up tends to be the priority. Last visit the light was out on the side of the building and it gets scary dark, kinda sketch. Service is what's expected from teens, friendly but not attentive. Obviously I'll be back.

Jeremiah's Italian Ice is a frozen dessert haven! Their soft serve ice cream is rich and creamy, while the Italian ice is refreshingly delightful. With a wide array of flavors, it's a sweet paradise for any palate. A must-visit spot for ice cream and Italian ice lovers!

They close at 10pm. I arrived at 9:52 and the doors were locked. The young male inside just mouthed "I'm sorry" and continued closing out his register. Not poor customer, they offered NO customer service.

Came in on Thursday during lunchtime. Only two guys were working the shop but both were super friendly. They immediately asked if I wanted to sample some flavors! We got the gelati which is apparently what they're known for - like a shaved ice + ice cream combo. It was a nice mix of crunchy ice with creamy soft serve. The medium sizes they gave were pretty large portions too. We got the pina colada and the mango flavors. The pine colada was like a pineapple flavor with coconut flakes inside. They also recommended the mango, which seems to be what they're known for. The shaved ice part was tarty but then melts into a nice sweetness from the soft serve. Overall, a great and unique dessert place! The soft serve + Italian ice combination is a super interesting texture and flavor in all the best ways so I'm glad to have gotten a chance to try it. The workers were also incredibly friendly. Can't wait to come back!

So many great reviews for this place...and I agree the product is delicious. But the service is awful. Last time we came we waited in line for 15 minutes. For ice cream. Currently in the drive through with 1 other car and I've been waiting for 12 minutes. Management needs to make some changes. More staff during after school hours. Something has got to change. Also, the fact that this soft serve cone was almost $5 is mind blowing. Uhhh, no.

Invited to try out this awesome Italian ice spot! Staff was super friendly and PATIENT. Long story short my coupon was having a hard time scanning. Finally scanned after 5 minutes of trying to get it to work. By the way....SUPER CLEAN!! I ordered the Gelati which is Italian ice and ice cream mixed. I order the medium size which had to have been at least 16-20 oz. Very fulfilling to say the least. They do have two other sizes, small & large, but the medium was a perfect. You're able to choose from a ton of different flavors ice creams and Italian ice! Mix, match, and enjoy! Would I eat here again? Yessir!! Especially on a hot summer day!!!

Great stop after a visit to the Silver Comet Trail. The quality of the ice cream is on par with other Jeremiah's locations. My go-to order is black cherry Italian ice with vanilla soft serve. Deducting a star because it seemed very inefficient. No one staffing the walk-up window, others paying attention to the drive through area, resulting in a small wait. The staff were nice enough but would be great to improve the overall process.

The ice cream is delicious. I took off two stars because the manager is arguing with and employee in front of everyone. There is about ten customers inside this tiny waiting space. The conversation should have been taken that to the back.

First time here and it was amazing !! When I am in Atlanta again I will definitely stop pass and visit. The customer service was also amazing !

Just an amazing place with great options for dessert! 10/10 ! Me and my woman go when we remember that it's not that far away.

Thank you Ashanti for your recommendations on the vanilla and mango! They were so good! Jeremiah's is an awesome place for Italian ice, I'm not sure if all locations give free samples but this one did. While I was trying to capture some masterful shots, a older lady walked past after getting off a bus or something and dropped by to get a free sample. It was super sweet that they do this and the older lady looked really happy. The cookies and creme blew my mind and when I needed something a bit more on the sweet side, best believe I went back to eating the mango. There's outdoor seating with covers and some seats inside so you can enjoy it before it begins melting. Check them out if you're craving something cool and sweet!

Not much more to say other than I love this place. Ice cream/Italian ice with a unique twist. The staff is always nice and I love that I can sample anything because they have so many options. Delicious

Great spot for frozen ice and gelato! I never knew the combo existed but wow I was amazed at the flavoring, I really enjoyed it.

Icy treat! More slushy than Italian ice but tasty nonetheless! Ordered small to avoid brain freeze on a cool night. Go larger if layering the soft serve or when the weather calls for it. Pictures show cup size against the picky lil' girl's 11 yo hand. Some many flavors to try, so we'll be back!

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon and tried the gelato-cherry with vanilla soft serve and boy was it delicious! Tasty treat for a nice warm day and the service was great, very pleasant and even brought my order to my table. We will definitely be back

The Yelp app states it' offers Gelato when in fact its Gelati. The service was nice and the Saved Ice tasty. Good choice for Italian Ice.

The customer service at this location is poor. This location does not go above and beyond for their customers. I wasn't aware that if you come to this location before they're closed they will refuse your service as soon as you walk in the door. Just because the staffing is young doesn't exclude them from adhering to business hours and providing adequate customer service at the minimum. This is extremely frustrating because we drove 30 mins to get to this location and there were people on the inside who hadn't ordered yet waiting as I was told once again they were closed. Very very disappointed at this location! No empathy whatsoever!

I'm a fan. I think they are relatively new. The young ladies were very accommodating and explanatory of the menu. They have outdoor seating, a walk-up window, and a drive-thru menu. It's pretty awesome. Parking is ample in the parking center lot. I had a Layered Getalo option with Cookie Butter, Vanilla, and Cookies and Cream Ice Cream with Cookie Butter crumbles. Everything was delicious. It's become very popular with locals, including myself. You will not be disappointed. They are a good option for a post-dinner treat nearby.

Had a sweet tooth after dinner and drove past here without knowing what it was. Glad I stopped because it incredibly good. Tried multiple flavors and landed on a mix of Horchata and Salted Caramel mixed with soft serve for the gelati. 10/10 would eat again

Me and my kids have been going here on and off for a year now. It's close to their school so it's our "go-to" place today I bought my 4 year old toddlers to enjoy eating icecream outside and one my 4 year olds didn't like his flavor. The team went over and beyond to satisfy him bringing different flavors and I appreciate it. Love the staff.

The "gelati" was excellent as well as the service. The atmosphere was great in that there are a variety of options for order: drive thru, walk up window and inside. We will be returning.

This is a great addition to the area. The staff is nice and took the time to explain the different dessert options and flavors. They offer gelato, Italian ice, and soft ice cream. All very good. They have dairy free options. There is a walk up window if you want to order while outside and there is a small seating area. You can also go inside to order and there is a small seating area inside as well. I do like that they offer a lot of seasonal flavors. If you download the app you get alerts for special deals and discounts. The shop is located in a shopping center and there are a lot of parking spaces.

Came across this place and decided to give it a try. I've never had italian ice before.. so this was a first. I was greeted as soon as i walked in. The lady at the front realized it was my first time and immediately explained what everything on the menu was. She asked if i wanted to sample anything, so i did. I got a gelati (italian ice mixed with soft serve ice cream) . I got vanilla ice cream with cookies and cream and oreos mixed in!!! IT WAS SO GOOD. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

Nice to have a new business in that spot and I hope it stays. The staff are friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the employee who took time to ask a manager if there were eggs in the ice cream since my son is allergic and lots of ice cream have it. It's soft serve so it doesn't have eggs. New fave dessert spot since my son can actually partake. They walked me through the menu my first time there. My favorite is the soft serve mixed with the icy.

The italian ice was pretty good; however, I'm giving a 1 star because when I visited this location with my husband and son we were over charged. The cashier asked had we ever been there so I said no. She asked if we wanted a sample and when we said yes, she immediately went to the cash register and rang something up. Didn't think much of it. I order a small, got my son a small and my husband medium. She comes back and says the total is $20 when it's only supposed to be $12-13. She charges the card so I say if the prices listed on the menu are correct then you over charged us. She was like no it's right, I said no it's not. So she corrects the amount, never apologized or anything. I think she did that on purpose and didn't expect me to notice. They literally do not charge for samples but the receipt said we were charged for a sample. Not going back here for that reason.

This is place is it y'all! The staff works hard, and they're so nice! The Italian ice is just SO good. This is a must for the whole family!

New location in the ATL, well Smyrna to be exact, but just OTP. A very colorful decor they have going on which is very welcoming. Their Italian ice, gelati, & soft serve options are many at that. I got the Pumkin Spice gelati, yea I can be basic af, but Fall is right around the corner so how could you not! Very good!

A while back there was Rita's Italian ice in the area and they left many years ago. For those who miss them Jeremiah's has a Very similar menu but with better quality ice and a larger variety of flavors. Staff is very helpful with first timers. Love that they stay open late.

I want to love this location but the wait time to get a simple Italian Ice is too long. The service is always so slow. They need to hire more help or find ways to improve the time it takes to serve customers. I have been to many Jerminah's in Floida and they are my favorite they always have great quick service. This Smyrna location need to improve.

Way. Too. Long. Product is good. The mix of ice and soft serve ice cream makes a lighter dessert thats refeshing vs a full creamed diarrhea inducing bowl of brusters type ice cream. They have many flavors. But limited mix ins and toppings. Again the product is decent and 4 stars. Reason i said 3 is because the wait to get one is WAY. TOO. LONG. they need to improve their processing. More ppl or something. I blame the manager and owner. The workers are great. Improve the process. Look at chikfila. They have like 100 ppl working g and drivethru is fast. Thats what you need. Several ppl in line just left. Your slow process is losing revenue.

Ate here tonight for the first time. I was skeptical of the Italian ice and soft serve combo (Gelati), but I tried it, and it was AMAZING. I got the mint chocolate chip Italian ice and chocolate/vanilla swirl layered together. It was so good that I want to go back tomorrow to try more combos! Can't wait to go back!!

Ice cream was great. Giving a low review because the service was just not good. One worker was very polite and nice, while the other was very rude. It was our first time there and she had an attitude as soon as we walked in. She made faces and gestures like she wanted us to hurry up and order (this wasn't even close to closing time btw). We were a group of 5 and the only customers in the store. She just seemed very immature and acted like she didn't want to be there at all. Totally ruined the experience of trying a new place

Great ice cream - absolutely terrible employees and customer service. The employees could not possibly be slower, lazier, and worse at their jobs. Examples: - stop helping paying customers in line to talk to their fellow high school kid friends. - not working the line in order (helping the walk up window versus the inside line despite who clearly arrived first) It's not rocket science. If you can tolerate the awful employees and bad customer service, the ice cream is awesome. Could be great if the owner fixed the basic problems.

I am dairy free and got the mango ice. It was fine, nothing to write home about. I wish there had been more non-dairy options--I would have liked to have had an ice mixed with ice cream.

Favorite dessert place in the Atlanta area. The stuff is so nice, the flavors are great and you to try any flavor you want. I've been twice and can't wait to come back!

My boyfriend and I went here twice in 1 week!!! We had the Gelati and on the 2nd visit we had the Italian ice. Yummy!!! They were all great!!! They have so many flavors to choose from! We will definitely be going here on a regular basis!!!

I've been twice since they opened. They are new so I guess if you come during rush, you'll have to wait. I've had the ice cream which is good. Wish they had more topping instead of the cookie crumbles (which I think is dust).

Had the pina colada mixed with vanilla gelato and I've been craving it ever since. Now if you are in a hurry go elsewhere but it's worth the wait if you can stand it. Also the kids loved it too:-)

BEWARE! Do not do the drive thru the wait is INSANELY long, and was an extremely horrible experience. The staff is highly inexperienced. I come from Florida where Jeremiah's runs like a well oiled machine. This place was a joke. Next time I want Jeremiah I'll just get some when I'm visiting family in Florida.

"Wow" is all I was saying when I took my first bite of this frozen goodness! I had been anticipating the grand opening for weeks and I must say that it was definitely worth the wait. The quality, consistency and flavors was so splendid. I've been twice already and plan to go back this week! The staff is so friendly and helpful. And I appreciate how clean and tidy the vicinity is. I was gifted a few samples along with my purchases and every bite was outstanding. I absolutely recommend anyone with a sweet tooth to stop by Jeremiah's for a treat!

Yummy! Just so, so yummy! I had mango gelati, strawberrry ice, and also mango margarita I think it was...Well worth the drive for us! I will be back!
