Jerky Jerk

The service was horrible 😞 I stood in line waiting to pick up my food for almost 30min... While workers literally walked pass me without saying hello or asking what I was standing in line for 😩😩 my jerk dinner wasn't all that only the cabbage was good... The macaroni tasted nasty like it was out the box 🤢🤮🤢🤮 I would never spend my9ney here again, it was a waste of america dollars

Placed an order at 11:11 AM. Received delivery at 1:00 PM. The wait wasn’t a problem. But if it’s going to take that long, why is my chicken undercooked? Flavors were great though. Mac and cheese reminds me of Kraft Mac and cheese. Oxtail was fine.

Got some GF GOODNESS delivered tonight! The cabbage is good, I was not disappointed at all, yet I’ve been to some jerk joints that set the bar real high! The chicken was great and their jerk sauce is good and spicy! Make sure you order extra bc I don’t think my order would have come with any. I ordered x and that’s all I rec’d. The yams .. very good yet like the cabbage … have had to die for yams other places

Pricey - but they know their worth! Their food is delicious. I recommend the jerk taco dinner as well as the jerk Alfredo pasta with shrimp and chicken… and a grapefruit Ting of course! The taco dinner was so filling, and there was plenty of extra chicken (as you can see, it completely filled the to-go box). The portion size is fair; I typically have leftovers or can split the meals between 2 people.

I am a repeat customer here but I will not be anymore. Completely messed up my order. Asked for fried chicken , didn’t receive it. Left my Mac and cheese off as well. The chicken was very very dry & when I called to tell them of course they never answer the phone !!! I finally got in touch with someone who told me they would replace my order, I called back to confirm and they never answered. This place use to be great, I was very unpleased with my food as well as how it was handled! On top of that the order took over a hour just to be completely wrong !!!

I'm at Jerky Jerk on Western. I'm also here because I really like their food. But I know how "they" can be about having your order ready on time. I placed a catering order days ago. And specifically added a note to request that may catering order be ready on TIME! Sure enough it wasn't. 😮‍💨 I have guest arriving to my house soon and here I am, waiting for my food. Lesson learned. That's what I get for thinking just maybe "they'd" be on time. Just thought I'd share my experience, just in case you're deciding between here and another place with equally good food.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited 45 minutes for two dinner plates, only for the food to arrive cold. To make matters worse, there was no communication at all—no updates, no explanation, no apology. Just silence and a long wait. If you’re going to make customers wait that long, the bare minimum is serving hot, fresh food and keeping them informed. This was not cool at all. Completely killed the vibe and the appetite tonight.

This is some fine Jamaican food right here! The oxtails were generously portioned, large and juicy, and flavored perfectly. The stewed chicken was excellent, and the jerk pasta so delicious. Jerk sauce is excellent. All the food was very fresh!
