Jerry’s new Michoacana is the spot to be! They have the best Marianne’s, a Santa Cruz staple, ice cream 😋 many different delicious flavors & I love their tasty agua fresca! Cute decor & great service. Excited over this new gem! 🤩

Super cute ice cream parlor inside a restaurant (which is also delicious!!) They have a large variety of flavors and it's Marianne's ice cream so you can't go wrong. The avocado popsicle was bomb!

Jerry's La Michoacana is hands down one of the best spots in town for authentic Mexican treats. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet, spicy, or both, this place delivers the bold, nostalgic flavors you'd expect from a true Michoacana-style snack shop. The moment you walk in, you're welcomed by a bright, festive atmosphere and a display case full of colorful paletas (Mexican popsicles). Flavors like strawberry & cream, mango with Tajín, and horchata are made with real ingredients and taste just like they came straight from a plaza in Mexico. But Jerry's isn't just about ice cream. The snack menu is just as impressive. Their esquites (corn in a cup) is perfectly seasoned, and their tostilocos hit that sweet-spicy-tangy combo like no other. They don't skimp on toppings either--expect plenty of chamoy, lime, and crunch in every bite. The staff is friendly, patient (especially when you're stuck deciding between 30+ flavors), and quick to offer recommendations if you're new to the menu.

The service was great, staff was nice and friendly. We got esquites and ice cream. Ice cream was yummy... but the esquites were awful, the corn was nearly black/brown and it was so sour.

Located in the same building as El Jardin Restaurant with an entrance on the corner of 7th and Capital Avenue, Jerry's La Michoacana is a fantastic spot for ice cream and authentic Mexican popsicles. I stopped by for a single scoop of Oreo Cookie ice cream in a sugar cone which was $4.00. The taste was on par with some of the best ice cream shops in downtown Santa Cruz. But the real highlight for me was the strawberry cream popsicle I had when I got home. It had the perfect blend of flavor and sweetness, reminiscent of the delicious popsicles I've had during my trips to Mexico. Whether you're coming back from a day at the beach or just in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and trying their ice cream or popsicles.

I love this place! They are located inside a delicious Mexican restaurant and have cute decor with nice outdoor and indoor seating They have so many yummy flavors or ice cream and my favorite agua fresca, the chia lime!! Great service too! Can't wait to be back

I was excited for this place, but I was let down. One single scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone was almost $8 . Better to go to the actual Marianne's where the cones aren't stale. The La Michoacana stuff is all pre-made and very limited.
