If I can give this place, 0 stars, I would. It lacks customer service and the employees are very rude. I'm not sure what the issue is, whether they're underpaid or don't want to be there. However, that's not a customer's problem.
I went in yesterday for the first time to try this place out. I purchased two bottles of wine and the RUDE lady who rang me up, scanned one of the bottles twice. I knew the price wasn't the same, so when I saw my receipt, I said "hey, you rang the same bottle twice". I assumed it was a mistake, which it probably was. It happens, not a big deal. She checked the price for the other bottle and said, "oh yea I see, okay. I just checked and the price is the same for both bottles, but sorry about ringing it twice." She said it with so much confidence. I couldn't see her screen so I couldn't check. So I said, no problem. I walked away but then I decided to go check the prices of both bottles, and turns out, they're not the same price and she was charging me more by ringing one of the bottles twice.
I went to customer service and nobody was acknowledging that I was waiting. Finally, one of the employees asked what I needed and I said I needed to get a refund. She said I had to go back in line and wait because it's easier to do it with them. Weird, but ok. So, I went back to the same lady and she caught the biggest attitude when I told her that the prices were not the same. She was huffin and puffin and said "ughhh oh my God" (because God forbid she actually had to do her job). She snapped at me and told me to give her my card because "now I have to give you a full refund and do the transaction all over again". So I gave her my card, and then she rang the bottles up again and I asked if the prices were showing as $22.99 and $29.99 since it was hard to see her screen. She said with attitude "you'll see it on your receipt, I can't see my screen". Like wtf are you even saying? How do you not see your screen?
Anyway, I got my receipt and before I can look at it, she screamed NEXTTTT like a miserable lunch lady. Except, nobody was in line behind me. It's just so crazy how she lied to my face about the price after making a mistake, because she was too lazy to redo a transaction and then proceeded to get mad because I actually checked the price and wanted a refund. I'm pretty sure if she was in my shoes, she wouldn't appreciate being overcharged.
Don't go to this place, there are better stores in the area. If you still decide to go here, check your receipts!!!
