Jersey Mike's Subs

I’ve never in my life had issues with Jersey Mike until I came across this location! It was my first time placing order online at this location and will be my very last time! Director manager is Unprofessional and takes no accountability, don’t worry I will never order at the location ever again! Food was made poorly, and still no accountability! I mean I’m at lost of words I’m tired of even rexplaining the whole situation.

Git a hot sub and a cold. The hot Philly cheese steak might have been one of the best ones I've had.

This was my first time so I needed some advice on what to get. The worker who I asked was polite and explained in detail some options that would work for me. He was very helpful and the food was prepared in a timely manner. The sun shines nicely into the shop. I got to sit and eat my meals, but I’m not sure if I was cutting it close to closing time. It says 9pm here but if I’m not mistaken their door has 6pm? Sorry to the staff if that is the case!

Food was fresh, staff was helpful and friendly.

I frequent this location often but have never had a worse experience at a single fast food restaurant. I ordered three sandwiches and every one was wrong. Two of them had an added something so it was easy enough to remove and feed my family but one was supposed to be mikes way and had only meat. I brought that one back to the store to have it remade. Wasn’t upset or anything just wanted the right sandwich. That was until they kept questioning me like I was the bad guy. I showed them the receipt that showed none of my sandwich’s were meat only and they fought me on remaking it. They don’t charge anything to make a sandwich’s miles way and they were acting like I was stealing. After a long back and forth they finally decide it was ok to but the free veggies on the sandwich I brought back without offering to remake entirely. I have always loved Jersey Mike and never had an issue with any of them or this location until today. Looks I will be traveling twice as far from home to go to potbelly

Tried to get a sandwich and put zero meat on it. I pay too much for no meat

The white bread on my $12 half sub was not fresh. It was stale and hard on the outside. I was so looking forward to a wonderful sandwich with the fresheat of bread.

Good subs. Had a gift card, so I tried it out. Pretty good

I tried the viral tuna sandwich that is circulating through social media. I am usually skeptical on tuna from delis but this was really good. I ordered the tuna on rosemary bread with lettuce, onion, double meat, banana peppers, jalapeños, pepper relish, vinegar, oregano, and honey mustard.

My partner and I pick up Jersey Mike's at least once a week. Our order is always accurate and fresh. My favorite is the roast beef sub. I eat roast beef in no other context than on their subs. My partner almost always gets the chipotle cheesesteak. We can't help but get a few of their chocolate chip cookies... with every order. Their the perfect texture; not too chewy and not crunchy.

I ordered the viral tuna sandwich just like the video said and I was disappointed. I know I should have gotten something else. It wasn't bad, it was just very messy and the flavors didn't really come out for me (very tangy). Next time I will go with a hot sandwich of some kind. Hubby said they were nice and fast with our order. Place was not too busy and it is definitely Jersey-fied, as far as decor.

I ordered from the app for delivery cause I'm working and in meetings and can't leave the house. My sandwich gets her and it's missing...onions, tomatoes, pickles and cheese. I called and they looked at the camera and said my sandwich was fixed correctly. I have the sandwich and NO IT WASN'T. Then she wants me to take it up there to fix it. Are you going to give me the tip and delivery fee back? The whole point of delivery was because I don't have time to go get it!!! Do better Manager Lady who didn't even offer her name.

Jersey Mike's Subs always hits the spot! Fresh eats and delicious ingredients! Love the Italian sub with all the fixings and the turkey is regularly on point! Crew is friendly and top notch ensuring that our order is exactly the way we want. Restaurant was clean, bright and cheery!

Sunday night 8:10 PM. Walked in, a guy was making what looked like a cheesesteak. He didn't acknowledge I was there. A minute or so later an older Hispanic man walked by me and the cash register and pulled a couple stickers off a roll and went to the guy who was preparing the cheesesteak. Again no acknowledgment of my being in the business. I stand at the register for a couple minutes. These two are still oblivious to me. Keep in mind I was the only customer in the place. I just left. Another place scratched off the list

This location has gone downhill and gotten sloppier after the poor service over the past months. I'll not set foot in here again for the foreseeable future. The tall long haired worker really needs training in communications and customer service. He gives off the wrong quick impatience quips to his customers. He also used pre-cut meat presumably over-cuts left over from earlier instead of fresh cut meat! Not acceptable to the standards I expect from Jersey Mikes.

Doing on online order? Check your sealed bag before you leave with your meal. First, they didn't give me a drink cup until I asked for it, and then they didn't include the chips I ordered. They sealed the bag without including them. Just another retailer that doesn't give a crap about customer service. They offered nothing to make up for their mistake, either.

I love jersey mikes. Any other location I go to it's always great, but for some reason, this location ALWAYS gets my order wrong. It never fails. It's disappointing because the other locations pay attention. I wish they would read the tickets when people place an order. I've even gone inside to order and had to stop them from adding or removing items I've asked for. Maybe one day they will hire competent employees.

I've been here several times and never had a problem.I was told to try their Philly cheese steak.You wouldn't expect a good cheesesteak from a place like this but boy I was wrong.The big kuhuna is my go to now.I've tried several of their sandwiches but i keep going back to the cheesesteak.Don't get me wrong all their sandwiches are great but the big kuhuna is my favorite.If you have never been to jersey mikes I highly recommend it.

They were very friendly and made the subs with love! You could see that they were a team, they worked together and cracked jokes as they did their jobs!

This restaurant has gone downhill! The service is slow and the bread is soggy. The cheese wasn't melted and it's supposed to be a Philly cheese steak ! My family has spent a lot of money here, especially when it's $15 a sandwich.

Good service. The time I went was slow so I got a fresh famous Philly. Dont eat much jersey Mike's but this was a good spot for a quick bite. Clean, cool, good food.

This locations is a joke! Ordered online. Showed up at stated time. They were busy and food wasn't ready. Ok, I get it. Watched people walking in placing orders and getting their food. Finally was able to get someone's attention and was told oh your here I guess we will start your order. UMMM WHAT! An hour from placing order to get food. App tells you when your order should be ready and says come in and pick it up from the pick up rack. Not let us know you are here so we can then make your food. This location is run very poorly!!

All I can say is WOW! This location has the most incredible gal working for them, who goes by the name of Knox! Although the food happened to be really delicious, by the time my order was handed to me over the counter, I was so blown away by the fabulous service and the personality of this chic, that it really wouldn't have mattered what my sandwich tasted like. I kid you not! This girl bends over backwards to make her guests happy and does it with the most incredible smile on her face and her ability to be so personable was just so impressive to me. I once owned a restaurant for 18 years and let me tell you that this girl is exactly what a restaurant owner dreams of stumbling across. Knox should be on your list of candidates for upper management as her ability to turn a somewhat blah mood into a mood so energized and happy and motivated. She actually changed my day and the day of the person I was grabbing a meal with. This was the first time I had ever tried Jersey Mike's and I will be back. My advice to Jersey Mike's is take very good care of this employee as she will make you a lot of money in the end. This gal will keep people coming back for more. She is worth the investment because you and I both know that people like her are extremely hard to come by - if ever. Wow! I just cannot say enough! My online order was 35 minutes late. I was supposed to pick up at 11:51 and got my sandwiches (only 3 sandwiches...) at 12:25. there were only 2 employees working at noon on a Saturday and they took the orders of customers in line and forgot about the online order I had placed nearly an hour prior. When I brought this to the attention of the woman working, she asked if I wanted a cookie or bag of chips. A 5 minute wait might have warranted this. But over a half hour? I'm a loyal customer and used shore points to purchase a portion of the the meal and I believe my points that I used to pay for the purchase should be reimbursed. Loyal customers shouldn't be treated this way. I've left a comment to the branch manager about this.

When this location opened it was like a dream come true. That may be over the top but I LOVE sandwiches and my family lives close by so it was a win-win for me. There really aren't any Jersey Mike's locations conveniently located by my home or work except this one. They have cold and hot subs. I always end up getting the #9 or some kind of turkey sub. Between Jersey Mike's and Jimmy Johns it's a tie for me. Both are good in their own way. Jersey Mike's offers all the fixins though, like oil and vinegar. I have ordered through the app every time since they opened and my order has always been ready at the door. The restaurant is clean.

Really love Jersey Mike's but the guy making the sandwich today really could not care less about making a good sandwich. Will not be back to this restaurant.

Can't go wrong with Jersey Mikes. It's the best "fast food" sandwich around. Mikes way is the only way.

This was the slowest moving crew I've ever seen. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Boring sandwiches need not apply! I tried the Super Sub, not "Mike's Way", but with everything on it - pickles, onions, mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, banana peppers, relish, and "the juice". I needed about 8 napkins to polish off the regular size. Be careful, it gets messy! However, the flavor and quality ingredients are well worth it.

T is the one !!! His energetic and personable attitude was something many people can't find in customer service. He greeted my friend and I with a huge smile and remembered all 3 orders while only repeating it once! Their quality of the food never disappoints and it definitely tastes better knowing it was made with pure joy ! Definitely give this location some business you will NOT be disappointed!

Recently did a online pickup order. Upon trying to eat our Italian classic subs found the bread on both subs were hard. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Complained to corporate, but the forwarded my complaint to the local restaurant. Never received a response back. Next order I guess I'll go back to the Colleyville store.

This places customer service was amazing. Specifically knox. She was the most happy employee I've ever met. I'll definitely be coming back when I come through Bedford!

Stephanie (hope that is the correct way to spell her name) plus staff are phenomenal! I enjoy coming here! They greet you and do a very great job in preparing your food! It's clean and enjoyable every time I go to pick up a meal!

Jersey mikes is great! This location is superb! Went here on my birthday for a free treat! The buffalo philly is literally the best sandwich ever! Add some hot peppers if you're able to stand the heat! Overall, the staff is really friendly and helpful (it was my first time).

Great subs and sandwiches. They serve great taste, quickly, no fuss, no muss. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. Try it, you'll like it.

Love Jersey Mikes! The staff is friendly and the place is clean inside. The sandwiches are really good! Fresh ingredients, they slice the meats to order, really good bread. Definitely recommend this place! Try the cheesesteak and the club supreme!

I ordered 2 subs to be delivered with their app. After an HOUR waiting I called to see what the heck was going on. I was told the company they use to deliver didn't pick up my order. What? Really? Why didn't Jersey Mike's have the courtesy to just call me? It's not like they were swamped with customers. Guess they would rather stand around shooting the breeze with each other than to call me. I was told they would make the subs over again so they would be fresh but I had to come get them. When I arrived they began preparing my order. It was Ok. They had nothing to say about their sloppy customer service and total disregard for my experience. Next time I want it Mike's way I'll go to another unit.

i go here almost everyday and it's always a great place to eat, they get to know their customers and it's too the point they already know what you usually get

The sandwiches are awesome. Still looking for the sub I used to get 45 years at a place called the Great Outdoors. This isn't it, but Subway is even further. Good food, good prices.
