Jersey Mike's Subs

Placed an online order and went to the store for pickup. The store wasn't busy and wait time wasn't too long. A young woman worker was walking and talking on the store's phone while the other worker prepped sandwiches. Though we made eye contact I couldn't figure out what the other worker was doing. None of them greeted me which seems common nowadays at some establishments. I rated a 3 because after another customer entered and the young woman finished her call she quickly acknowledged him ignoring me despite me being next in line for my online order. The customer was likely a DoorDash delivery person as she questioned his order status. I had to interrupt her to remind her I was there for my order. She looked confused but took care of me. Overall the sandwich was delicious and the story/history printed on the bag of how Jersey Mike's started was interesting.

This is easily the best Jersey Mike’s location I’ve been to. The food is quality, the service is fast, and most importantly — these workers care about hygiene. During a visit we saw the young woman worker wash her hands and change her gloves multiple times while servicing customers. Other workers did the same. This was great to see after having to walk out of another establishment for unhygienic practices. This will be our sandwich-in-a-pinch stop for sure.

I stopped in tonight ... The customer service is like no other ... The guy doing his thing .. did that!! Very welcoming and cheerful.. I already knew the sandwich was gonna be lit. But sometimes when someone goes out of their way to put a smile on your face .. that's a game changer!! Thank you!!! He needs a promotion.. definitely boss material ...

Was not made right but very good asked for no vinegar and no chips

I'm a New York transplant (NYC) so you know I know sandwiches ☺️. I choose Jersey Mike's over every other sandwich in Cincinnati Ohio 👍🏿👍🏿. Friendly atmosphere, staff, and service. Whether eating in or taking out JMs the joint.

My work partner and I came in on October 6 for lunch about 12:30 or so. The sandwich artist that made my tuna and my partners club was incredible. I wish I knew his name so I could mention it publicly. The way he stacked all the toppings and not one fell off was awesome! It tastes as great as it looked. Job well done and I’ll be back!

Ordered 3 sandwiches. My sandwich, a chicken bacon ranch, I ordered with no tomato, add onion, and pickles. So of course when I get it home.....it has tomatoes. No onion like I ordered. The bread so soggy on the bottom it was like dough. At least the cashier was nice. Threw it away. Not worth the hassle to go back.

stopped by the jersey Mike's off Glenway today, it was delicious!!! the employees were very friendly and they actually said "your welcome sir" when I said thank you. which I'm sorry manners is quickly becoming less and less a thing out here. especially at fast food places. my only very small complaint is the prices, but hay if that's what it costs for excellent service and super good food I'll pay it!

We ordered two overpriced boxes of sandwiches for an event. One of the boxes contained the wrong sandwiches. We called right away and the manager on duty said he couldn't help us because he "wasn't there when they were made". Okay, not sure what that has to do with fixing an order issue.... So he has the "general manager" of the store call two days later. She was so rude, unprofessional and childish. They offered a 10% credit which doesn't cover the cost of the incorrect item. Then proceeded to tell us how stressed she is and basically called us liars saying she "re-watched" the video of her making the sandwiches. She told us she was right. Not possible she messed up. (So we must be lying.) We asked for her manager to which she replied "I am the manager". She refused to give any additional information on anyone else who could resolve the situation. If you need catering and want Jersey Mike's please choose another location. If they make it wrong it will be your fault because the manager is "stressed". They don't stand behind their product and are horrible with customer service. Neither "manager" was helpful. We will never order catering from this location again. We are insulted by this teenaged "manager" insinuating we are liars.

Love these subs. They actually put meat cheese and other condiments.on their subs. The best subs around.

I have ordered from here about ten times and every sandwich has always been fresh, delicious, and as ordered!!! The only thing is sometimes they forget to send my chips!!!

Food & service:sub was good & extras were fresh. Service: the guy that greeted us, took order & sliced meet had terrible customer service skills. We almost walked out!!! Maybe he was having a bad day. No excuse. Def. A 1 star for his service. However, the young fellow that checked us out was amazing!! So friendly, kind and professional. I wish I had gotten his name. But it was about 7pm on Thursday September 28 if the manager checks the schedule.

Kristina at your glen crossing location is not very friendly or kind. I came in to order quite a few sandwiches before we went out on the lake that day and she seemed so annoyed and huffed and puffed the entire time. Why work there then? Go do something else. She seems miserable.

Great sandwiches! Super yummy with perfect bread. Craving it again and again. Employees are chill and helpful. Love the online ordering, recommend trying.

Tried one more time after I posted review about wobbly tables which I was assured was being fixed Quess what tables still wobbly which makes eating lunch very unpleasant Suggest you avoid eating inside

They are the only sub place that slices the meat fresh off the roll for each sandwich. I feel all the sub places could but more meat but they it as much as subway and others.

My mom is gluten free and they were super cautious what her food touched! Awesome service.

I love this place and their food, it used to be a little rocky, but its gotten much better, thanks for that, we really enjoy not having to drive 20 miles any more just to get some JM.

We walked in and the store was super clean. They were pretty pushy when we ordered and there wasn't even a line behind us. The food was really good though. The one thing that really bothered me was the conversation between the workers behind the bar. They were saying very cruel things about people and I'm honestly shocked that they would say such rude things about other people (Especially in front of customers) As someone who had worked in the food industry for almost 10 years, I would be mortified if I was their coworker.

Great spot for a quick sandwhich!

Very good food, giant is sub way to much of a sandwich, fon't let your eyes overload your stomach!!

One of my favorite sub shops in Cincinnati. Everything always looks and tastes fresh. I love that they slice everything fresh out of the deli case. Ordering is also simple. All I have to say is Mike's Way!

We walked in and the guy slicing the meat was wiping his nose on his apron then started to make my sandwich. I walked out disgusted. I called up and complained. He admitted to being on painkillers and that he wasn't feeling well. Oh did I mention he claimed to be the manager??? Stay away from this dirty location. Go to the North Bend location.
