I caution anyone to read this before deciding to order from this location. Last night 2/6/25 my husband & I ordered pick-up. 2 sandwiches. Unfortunately there was no quality control of any kind I guess and there was large plastic like contamination within the shredded lettuce. I ingested some of whatever it was. The alleged manager that evening, "SAM" only apologized. I literally pulled plastic out of my throat. And who knows what or what else I really ingested. What kind of chemicals? So let me ask you this, what kind of franchise doesn't put some sort of quality control in place? No one has had the courtesy to call me back. But I am certain to get some generic response below. I have contacted corporate, I found their LLC is KCK Subs. Yet no one wants to call me. Again, think, is this reasonable when you go out to eat? NO!!!!!!! There is another review from years back I see with the same. SHAME ON THIS LOCATION. I will be forwarding this to the health department, but as we all know they will make sure it's all cleaned up before they get there. Edit to add; Their generic response indicates to me they just don't care!

I will always remember how badly you treated us. Your Bad reviews and reputation says it all... You need to inform your supplier that it is unlawful to use a Handicap parking space as an unloading dock for your supplies. I asked your vendor to move and he refused giving up the Handicap spot for my mother inlaw who is permanently disabled and in a wheelchair who has a handicap parking sticker to allow us access to get into your establishment. I ask for a manager and with over 5 people there " there was no manager" I informed the employees inside and employees didn't even request your Vendor to move the supplies so a paying customer has access. They just said " oh she is a Karen". Being a business owner myself and being a big apart of this community. To stand up for people who literally can't stand up for themselves is not being a Karen. It's called speaking up to treat people with kindness and dignity. One day you may wish someone would do the right thing for you as well.... I will never eat or support your establishment ever again. Your food is not even good, and have a horrible reputation, just look at all the negative reviews...

Had an issue with food quality(plastic debris in sandwich). My wife choked on this debris. What happened to quality control? Ownership(KCK Subs) ignored me and then told me I was wrong. No one was ever helpful in anyway nor did anyone ever bother to return a simple phone call to discuss things with me. Keep you and your family safe and go somewhere else.

Staff was not the usual chipper staff that I’ve come to know at Jersey Mikes. They were efficient and thorough, however. My chief complaint is health and hygiene. The guy making the cold sandwiches and bagging them up had long hair that was pulled back but many strands that didn’t stay in the pony tail so they were hanging over his hat. A hair net would help this and protect our food. More importantly he never once changed his gloves! He made the food, wrapped the sandwiches, bagged the food, including grabbing chips from the shelf, proceeded to wipe crumbs off the counter with gloved hand and then start making the next order. Again this was all without changing gloves, thus defeating the purpose of the gloves! They’re not to protect the workers hands!

Been coming to this location for years, and it had been pretty good. Over the last few months, service has declined immensely. This is twice in a row now that I have ordered a sandwich and added bacon only to not have it. The first time, I watched them make the sandwich leaving the bacon off. “Oh, we don’t have any”. Then somehow bacon appears. Tonight, the sandwich was already completed and it was wasn’t until I got home to discover the money I paid was pocketed and product left off. Shameful.

We had our order delivered. Bag was sealed perfectly. None of the subs were marked with names or # like they were supposed to. No big deal. We discovered we were missing 2 subs. I called the store. Person who answered my call said “hello?”. I had to ask him if I reached the Jersey Mike’s store. He replied : “yea”. I told him I received my order that was delivered. He asked “are you calling about the 2 missing subs?”. I told him I was. He apologized they didn’t make it inside the bag. My husband drove 15 mins to the store to pick it up. When I opened 1 of the subs he picked up, it had the wrong bread, no veggies, no oil & vinegar. The sub only had meat. We ordered a club sub mike’s way, but what we got was different. The portabella cheesesteak we ordered was missing cheese, peppers & onions. Overall experience was very disappointing. I will still order & dine at Jersey Mike’s, but never again at this location. If you want your order done right, don’t go to this store.

I enjoy Jersey mikes! This location I think provided fast service and was pretty clean. I always get the chipotle chicken cheesesteak, which is so good! The sauce on the side is best so it doesn't get too soggy. I also get tomato and lettuce on the side so I feel a little more healthy eating here! I recommend ordering on the app first and then picking up. You get points and you don't have to wait very long. And get the Parmesan rosemary bread!! That makes it so tasty! Overall, I recommend this place, especially if you have one of the coupons from the mail! Then, the price is totally more worth it.

Did a side by side comparison with another sub shop in the area. Got the usual cold sub of a number 13 and it was just okay but next to the competition it lost over taste and value. The taste wasn't as good and left an unpleasant aftertaste. The bread seemed fresh and I used the app the order while I'm realizing that might make for a different quality sandwich. The competition not only tasted better As for value at almost $16, the competition provided a 2 foot sub for $17 which also tasted better. The amount of meat was the same at both so overall the competition has a better value. Sad to say after being a loyal Jersey Mike's customer I won't be back for a while and I'll make sure to go in to place my order and watch it being made. Also might stick to the hot sandwiches but we will see.

Twice in a row now they are out of boxes/bowls for a salad and their response when asking for a salad is "we don't have bowls" and not "oh we're sorry about that, we should have them by x date. Here's a coupon for your next visit as an inconvenience" . & on the second time without bowls we called ahead of time and the response, "oh yeah we've been out for 3 weeks" again no apology or timeline for when they plan to have them back in stock. They have honestly been surprisingly really rude the last few times. Their preparation times are extremely slow. The food is decent. The place is a mess.

Went to pick up 2 online orders. Over heard 1 gentleman complaining about receiving online orders and say "they trippin, we so busy." Then when he finally asks who I'm picking up for he says they can't make them, they are out of bread. All while continuing to take and prepare orders for line of people. It wasn't even 8pm.

The worst service ever. Got here at 740 for an order that said it would be ready at 745. The place is empty. It's now 757 and they haven't started the order. Additionally, the place is filthy. Our sandwiches, this evening were typically tasty, and we enjoyed our meal, but there are two things are to note which aided in our decision to go three stars tonight instead of four... As a former restaurant owner, we were concerned because we noticed that the cashier was also our sandwich maker and hands were not washed before putting on a new pair of gloves after helping the previous guest on the POS system. This is simply a matter of safety that we hope will be noted by management so we are confident that our sandwiches are not susceptible to a food borne illness. Secondly, the coupon that we presented was not honored. It was for two giant subs, four bags of chips, and four fountain drinks for $35.99. The cashier said the coupon was expired, but it clearly wasn't expired until April 30th. of this year. He then said management knows nothing about this coupon and it was not set up in their system to be redeemed. So as a courtesy, the cashier comped us on four fountain sodas, but still charged us for the chips on top of our giant sub sandwiches. We generally don't write reviews like this, but we were concerned because we only expect the best from Jersey Mike's, especially as Shore Points members Thank you for our tasty sandwiches, but just a few things to note for management.

Awful per usual but the wife still has hopes it'll get better. So she sends my butt down there again This is location specific... They are often 'out of bread', which is really annoying. This trip... I'm 2nd in line. 4 employees working. One guy making sandwiches, 1 guy cutting bread, girl standing at the register doing nothing except ringing people up, and a 4th kinda just hanging around. -the sandwich sleeves that the sandwiches go in are spilled all over the bacon. No one will move them off. So they just stay there until I order bacon on my sandwich. Then they get moved. -the sandwich cutter/meat guy wiped/itched his nose with his right wrist while he had a glove on... and proceeded to immediately grab a large loaf of bread. Work station was disgusting. Filthy. Then someone came in for a pickup order, and the whole operation stops. The guy making sandwiches stops everything , and tries to locate the to go order. Meanwhile the girl at the register proceeds to Stand there with her arms crossed doing nothing. I'm not even mad anymore. Is so normal anymore to be disappointed with any sort of service in this town. The owners don't care because they'll be just fine. Lose us as customers, they'll be 10 more new ones next week. Just figured I'd share our last experience. Oh, the girl did thank me for the tip, which i have no idea why I left one.

I have given up on this place. I ordered 2 sandwiches through a food delivery service. They got both my orders wrong as far as bread type. Also bread was soggy and wet on the bottom. The bag was dripping in oil. I called and they redid the order but I had to go pick it up. Again, they got the order wrong and the bread was once again soggy. Only once have I had an awesome sandwich from here. Every time since it has been a disaster! I'm not wasting anymore money in hopes they get it right.

Absolute worst location in Las Vegas! Today was the second time I walked out. There were 5 people working behind the counter and 10 minutes later they all disappeared. I guess they don't care about the 2 people waiting in line or the 3 sandwiches (online orders) waiting on the counter. Don't waste your time here! I drove to the Cheyenne location and was in and out faster than the time I waited in line today at the Centennial location for nothing!

We make it a point to come to this jersey mikes all the time even though it is out of the way because Sam and Ryder always make us the best sandwiches. From the #9 to the #13. But have come to love the 43 cheese steak. Great place for lunch or dinner this place is always clean.

I've had issues with my order not being ready on time when called in, as well as not being made at all when it was called in one hour in advance. Now my issue I'm having with them is a HEALTH FOOD ISSUE. The employee that made my sandwich was chewing food with his mouth open, I thought I was going to throw up. To the owner......if you can't get a proper manager into you sandwich shop that's going to hold the employees accountable, then you should close your doors forever. I'm done with this place, it's unhealthy, I will not sacrifice my own personal safety to eat at this place and get sick. I through a 18.00 sandwich in the trash. Never again will I eat at this place.

To be honest, times are extremely tough. While i was waiting in the store, Ryder (an employee) brought me my sandwiches and said he would take care of it for me. I just refunded the sandwich I ordered from the 7901 W Tropical Pkwy, Centennial location because the bread was stale and hard, and because about half of the "roast" beef on the sandwich was practically raw and bright pink. I could almost forgive stale bread, but after 2 bites I could taste and see the raw roast beef. I have placed the rest in the freezer as evidence in case I get food poisoning from it. I can only imagine what other shortcomings this location suffers from.

Always had good service with jersey mikes but today was very unprofessional staff. There was food and bread everywhere, very unsanitary. Our sandwiches weren't being made even though we were the only customers in there. All 4 staff members were going back and forth touching one sandwich, opening it, closing it. Elizabeth was on the phone fighting with a customer while using those same gloves to touch the one sandwich they kept messing with while the other two still haven't been made. We told her we wanted to pay for the chips our toddler had then leave and she goes "somebody else deal with him I can't do this" then walks away. Will not return again.

This location started out being our absolute favorite when we moved here in June. Since then it by far is the worst. Three times now I have sent in feedback via their corporate wed page and followed up with a call into the actual store and have been ignored all three times. I am a loyal customer of Jersey Mike's and I know when the location is not meeting Jersey Mike's standards. This location just seems not to care.

It's a shame, I've seen this location go downhill over the last 1.5 yrs and I get fast food chains are having issues staffing. But not one take out order out of the last several has been correct. They don't like to pickup the phone during busy periods which I get so I order online. I pickup the latest order and the bag is taped shut indicating they must have obviously double checked. Nope. No chips. Drive 20 min round trip to get my chips? Nope. Now we have a clear pattern. If you're going to seal up my to go bag then maybe they might want to actually double check it, just a thought. So instead of continuing to be disappointed I'll take my business outside this location. I get it's a strenuous job and customers can be rude, but it's simply grabbing a couple bags of chips and truly looking at the order before you seal it up isn't too much to ask.

I also ordered Rosemary on both of my sandwiches only to later find out they only had white bread. Why not just tell the customer when they pick up the food or not allow customers to order rosemary when it's out of stock? I called and they weren't able to provide a coupon, so I had to drive another 30mins to receive the other half of my sandwich. Only to have all my other food to be cold and no longer fresh. Really disappointing. No real apologies were given.

I just paid $25 for a giant salad sandwich. It was ordered with extra meat and extra bacon $5 for the extra nothing! There were two strips of bacon on a 20" sandwich the rest salad so filled with hot peppers that I am still crying lol. I called to complain as was just told "that's how we make 'em" and hung up. Depending on the time of day and week, your friendly customer service will very. However, I have never been irritated at any visit. My go to sandwich is the #6, at least 90% of the time. Roast beef, Mike's Way (ORIGINAL MIKES WAY) on white. My experience and expectations have never been disappointing while visiting this location! Enjoy your sandwich!!

Went to this location at 6:05pm, Sat and waited for my online order for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. The lady at the counter seemed to not care about me standing there so I procced to the order line to ask about my order. I ask the lady about my order and she said they never got it. I show her my order and she then says "oh that was already made". I told her I never got it and the young man behind her goes "people always steal orders". She then reprints my order and then puts my order behind all the other customers orders that are waiting for takeout. After waiting in the store for my order for 55 minutes my order is finally done. The girl seemed to not care or offer an apology. This is the worst customer service I have gotten in a long time. As a regular at this location this leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
