Jersey Mike's Subs

I tried the Club Supreme sub today and it's a tasty sandwich. Not quite as good as their competitor (initials J.J.) but pretty close. And their customer service is excellent.

I love this place and the people working there are amazing. I have celiac disease and on occasion, I love to have a sandwich at a place that has gluten-free bread. But in all these years no one has ever asked me if it was preference or allergies. He informed me that he’s going to change his gloves and that he would fix it on a clean separate area and I watched him and I was so grateful to see that in action. I’ve been in the service industry for 30 years. And I was so impressed with the customer service and the sandwich was amazing not only will I be returning often, but that is the only place I will go and get a sub.

I had an amazing experience at Jersey Mike’s today! The food was fantastic, but what really stood out was the guy working the grill, he was absolutely on point. You could tell he knew his craft, expertly handling the grill with speed and precision while keeping everything fresh and perfectly cooked. Not only was he fast for a big guy, but he also made sure each order was done just right, hot, juicy, and full of flavor. Even with a busy line, he stayed cool and focused, making sure every order came out perfect. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and it makes all the difference. Huge shoutout to him and the rest of the team for making this one of the best sandwich spots around. If you haven’t been to this Jersey Mike’s yet, you’re missing out!

This is hands down unparalleled customer service not seen in the restaurant industry anymore! Dustin, the store manager and trainer remembers my name every time I come in, and I haven’t been in in well over a month! Seriously impressive! Whatever he’s paid, it’s not enough - that alone makes me want to come back routinely. You can tell all of the employees here have a good time working together and doing their job. Not an AirPod in sight in any of their ears and a smile on every face!

Jersey Mike's on Chenal is a favorite - I try to stop by at least once a week. Food is consistently fresh and delicious, staff is extremely friendly and efficient, and restaurant is clean and inviting. Great location to grab a weekday work lunch.

I regularly door dash a veggie sandwich from here. However after today I will no longer be eating here. I door dashed my sandwich and it was just missing tomatoes. I went back to get my sandwich made correctly. There’s four people in there. Two white guys, one white girl, and the only black man in the establishment. As soon as I come in with the bag the white guy said “uh oh” as the black guy said “I’m not making that sandwich” before I even approach the counter. Now I tell them I’m just missing my tomatoes on my VEGGIE sandwich. And the guy said we can remake it. Ok that’s cool. Now the same black man that just said he’s not making my sandwich, remakes my sandwich. As I’m waiting on him to fix my sandwich the white man said, “wow you’ve been starving for a long time.” And then proceeds to ask me “why didn’t you just eat that one.” That’s not what I paid for, duh. As the black man is putting the top bun on the sandwich the white girl said in a condescending voice “does that’s look better”. I said “yes that’s what I paid for” very politely. I said “thank you guys, y’all have a nice day.” The black man said “mmhmm” with an attitude. As I’m walking out the door the white guy who asked why I didn’t just eat the first one said, “See you tomorrow” I said “No you won’t I’m done eating here.” and threw away the messed up sandwich. Idk if y’all train them to be sarcastic assholes but I didn’t ask for an attitude just to remake a veggie sandwich. The SIMPLEST sandwich on the menu. If it’s takes all that just to get what I paid for I will happily never eat there again. If it’s a problem making a VEGGIE sandwich take it off the menu. Have the day y’all deserve.

Always a great sub from Jersey Mike's! But really loved the guys working behind the counter. Super sweet, on point with the sandwiches and lots of good conversation. Would recommend this place even though it's personally out of the way!

Never been to Jersey Mike's before and will definitely be back. The guys working made me feel welcomed and were very helpful when getting my order placed. Sandwiches also came out great. Thanks guys!

This has got to be the best place that I've been to all week they were very well organized the place was clean the orders were going in coming out two people up front at all times the food was magnificent this was my first time coming here and I will be back!!!
