Love Jersey Mike's! Always a good quality sandwich that's fresh sliced. They also make gluten free which is actually gluten free! No cross contamination when you say it's for an allergy. It's been 10 years since I ate a sandwich outside and I'll be back again and again!

Bad service. Not one smile. Guy let me struggle to carry my food and no napkins. For over $20 a sandwich I should have it bagged in my opinion. Being charged a ton anyways what's the use on mentioning he's charging me .10 cents for a bag. 🙁

It's funny, I read all of the terrible reviews and thought, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was prepared for bad service and was still surprised at how bad it was. That being said, the food is great but obviously management and ownership is to blame here.

First time going to this jersey mikes. I get that the employees might hate their lives, but it's no reason to treat customers like dirt. Serious attitude coming from these guys. It really should not be tolerated. I was being kind, and the 2 employees in there were being total scumbags. And looking at the reviews it seems as though other people were having the same experience. Go to another jersey mikes. Screw this place.

So this place has amazing food however the customer experience is atrocious. The staff consistently prioritizes to go orders over living breathing human beings ready to order sandwiches. They need to understand how to manage both customers in store and to go orders. I would never suggest this location if it weren’t for the good sandwiches. Dear manager, fix this otherwise you’ll continued to have disgruntled customers.

Fresh bread,and sandwich deli meats and cheeses , delicious meal options, friendly prompt customer service, clean environment.

Blanca was the absolute rudest jersey mikes employee I've ever been in contact with.....I asked for a ham, salami and american cheese she said I was going to have to pay extra....so I said I've never been charged extra finally I found out the number 11 is what I usually order I wasn't sure if it was 5 or 11. Sarcastically she says we'll it's 11 not 5. If you don't like your job and don't like working with people and helping people figure out what number sandwich since all the numbers aren't posted then don't work there. I work locally I won't ever come back here.

Always forget to leave a review for this place, but it's about time. This place is always the best! Good sandwiches, good bread, and great vibes. I always get the rosemary-park bread #7 with avocado. I sometimes even get the cookie, and it is great, the service is good, and they are nice. Out of the possibly 25 or 30 times I've gone, my order has been wrong only 1 time. The parking lot kinda sucks, but that's not their problem. Just make sure to park in the underground parking lot.

Jersey Mike's is like most movie sequels, good enough but much better exists. First try was a forgettable hot sandwich a long time ago. This time had a box provided by lunch. Turkey Provolone - big sandwich, decent bread, filling but nothing special Fresh baked chocolate chip cookie - many chips but no buttery taste Their prices are not worth what you get IMO. Minus one star because finding prices online is difficult! Thanks to the Yelper who posted a pic!

Such good sandwiches! I had a huge craving for sandwiches in which I was recommended to try Jersey Mike's. I had heard plenty about it before but never had the chance to actually go. I explained to the staff that it was my first time there so they kindly gave me recommendations on bread and sandwich choices they recommend. I ended up ordering the original Italian with rosemary bread. Service was quick and even though the store is in the middle of a busy area (down the block from UCLA), I had no issue being helped. The sandwich was fresh and so satisfying! With the multiple different meats on the sandwich, I didn't feel as if I was missing out on flavor and it was such a good size. I plan on coming back to try new items!

The best jersey mike's location in LA...what a hidden gem. Easy parking, and super friendly staff. I ordered the #13 mikes way. All fresh ingredient, and they didnt go cheap on the meats. Its very clean inside, and is my favorite location in LA.

Do not give you a lot of meat here like other locations. Not friendly at all. Not worth the money coming to this location. Won't be back. Will go on Rosecrans and ocean gate where service is better and they are not stingy with food. They charged me $1.55 for one piece of small square cheese. Unacceptable.

I love Jersey Mike's!! It's so good and fresh!! I always order the turkey sandwich. No vinegar as mikes way is too tart. The bread is good and they have enough flavor. The cookies are good too!

Terrible service. Always super slow and rude/ annoyed with whatever you order. Especially the older man working the grill. I only come to this location because it's walking distance but today was definitely be the last. This was the 3RD time I go and they don't sell hot subs after 8:30 because they "already cleaned the grill" such BS. You close at 9 your grill should stay open until then. Like I said, will not be returning.

Blanca is horrible. She told me I had to pay extra for just ordering a ham salami and cheese sandwich....when I asked why because I never paid extra she rudely said well have you been to this location because the owner charges extra at this location. O really? I walked out she didn't even greet me when I walked in and said hi just looked at me like I was wasting her time. She's got problems.

I've already used Jersey Mikes twice for catering with my business. Food is great and everyone is happy with the variety. Unfortunately, I did have a small issue when they didn't read that I wanted my condiments on the side. I specifically asked because I knew I was coming at a busy time and since my food was going to spend hours in a cooler I didn't want it to get soggy. I did get requests from my staff for the condiments on the side but since I didn't have time I had no choice but to move on. The staff member who made the sandwiches tried to help me when I pointed out what I wanted but I don't think she knew enough to fulfill my request so I just moved on. In the future I will just call in to double check that I get what I want specifically especially in high volume times.

Really good subs. My favorite is the Italian. The service was good. Fresh ingredients. Overall a pretty good restaurant

Today I decided to pay homage to Jersey Mike's subs because they were the first sub chain restaurant that had gluten-free submarine sandwich bread. Now I am not a submarine sandwich kinda guy. Po Boy- yes; muffuletta- yes; panini- yes; Cuban pressed- yes; torta- yes; sub sandwich- not so much. However, Jersey Mike's has mini, regular and Giant GF Udi loaves to create your dream sandwich. Thank goodness this isn't Starbucks or they would offer Gigantic, Humungous & Galactic size bread. I decided to try the Giant GF Club Supreme which has roast beef, antibiotic free turkey, Swiss, applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, avocado, mustard, oil & vinegar and I got a bag of chips and a GF cookie. This huge sub was cut into 4 parts which although the added avocado and GF bread pushed this baby to almost $23 clams, I got 4 meals out of it. I nixed the Mayo because that is a culinary crime in my book, almost akin to putting ketchup on a hot dog. No judgment for those of you that put Mayo on anything with meat but it is against the Book of Food. Just saying but that's just me. This sub in four part harmony was singing a very happy song with each bite. It's been a long time since I've been able to enjoy a sub owing to my being Celiac, so thank you to Jersey Mike's for the GF loaves and for Bruce Springsteen as well. Once again I can sing baby I was born to eat submarine sandwiches. Well played, JM!

I made a catering order with Brian over the phone. He was so helpful with suggesting the best sandwich combinations for our event. Then, when I called again to add another box of sandwiches to our order, Brian remembered me and made another suggestion to make sure we had enough variety for our guests. Unfortunately, our outdoor event was cancelled due to rain. When I called to cancel our large catering order, Brian was very understanding. Juan the manager followed up to make sure the refund for our order was processed promptly. We will definitely be using Jersey Mike's to cater our next event because of the excellent customer service they showed us.

Food was great tonight we ordered a giant 42 it was delicious. Juan and Kevin did an amazing job.

It seems like other reviewers have had a similar view/experience. Service was bad. I ordered with one guy at the front who asked me what I wanted to order, after ordering he looked confused and annoyed and just flagged down his co worker and ignored me and the entire order I gave him. Then the co-worker he flagged down asked for my order again. So I ordered and asked to substitute a meat, after asking for substitute in meat (they were happy to substitute for the male ordering in front of me) workers seemed annoyed that I even asked and they said they don't usually allow substitutions. I had never been to a jersey mikes that doesn't substitute meats, all other Jersey mikes I've been to have been more than happy to (management at some locations had even recommended it for certain subs). They kept talking amongst themselves about it after I ordered also. The first and only jersey mikes I've been too that doesn't do substitutions in an order. Maybe it's just this select location. Was glad to see this jersey mikes was by me, but sad to know that I won't come back due to the horrible service and lack of options to substitute.

I came into a while ago but forgot to leave this review. I have been to jersey mikes but never this specific branch, when I walked in I was greeted by a man (I think his name was Joseph) He helped me choose between getting a turkey and a steak sandwich and the whole time was polite and patient. At other jersey mikes it's I go in order get out but here he was actually asking me about my day and not in a forced way. Good job jersey mike I will be back soon.

Yeah that's right. This is a five star review for a Jersey Mike's. The food is good. The people are really nice and helpful. They get your order right every time. It's ready before it's promised. And the quality is far better than the now-identically-priced Subway across the intersection. For more money, Capriotti's is better, but that's a trek down to Culver City for me. So Jersey Mike's gets my Hamiltons.

Normally I love Jersey Mike's. This store is the exception, and a bad one at that. First off it's always slow. One time I walked in and was told right off the bat there was a 30 minute wait. Just now I walked into a completely empty restaurant after placing an online order and they don't even know about it. Not even an apology. Orders are prepared wrong half the time. One time I came in and they said it was a good thing I ordered a tub (salad) because they were out of bread. Out of bread? Bruh you are a sandwich shop. Get your shit together. Another time they were out of white bread and only had wheat bread. Do you think I want a cheesesteak on wheat bread? I only come here because I have 15 coupons for free subs that expire on October 31. Come November 1 I'm never coming here again.

Similar comments from other reviewers, which are also annoying to me. Slow service, don't seem interested in customer service, cannot substitute meats. The no substitutions is particularly annoying because a manager from another location was the first person to recommended a "secret menu" sandwich. And here it's not allowed.

The food here is the best for a sandwich like this in LA. The staff, manager and owner are great, it keeps us coming back.

Incompetence cannot succeed even with great food. Waited nearly thirty minutes after they took our order for cold subs until it was ready, staff do not understand prioritization and clearly were left on an island to fail today. Was going there weekly. Experiences like this will change that. Avoid this location, they can't even be bothered to apologize for slow service.

The Jersey Mike's at 2215 Westwood Boulevard is a favorite. Five stars. Always clean and well-maintained. Delicious made-to-order sandwiches. Easy parking. The staff is friendly and efficient, particularly employee Patrick and managers Chris and Juan. I look forward to my visits.

Are you kidding me? From the greeting to dressing up my sub was so fun and easy. Jesse the general manager made sure I was taken care of and made sure I had the best experience possible! Can't no one in town make my veggie sub the way he does it! Cleanliness is also a top priority here. Shoutout to the Westwood team for their outstanding service day in and day out! All the nearby jersey mikes have to fight for second best because Jesse's store is #1 in all categories:) 10/10

JM's has good sandwiches, but this franchised store management is questionable. Won't substitute meat for a meat (costs them nothing) all other stores do. On two different occasions ordered Club Subs, with no ham but a little more turkey... both times said no. Once it was a manager that shot me down. She was aloof, and didn't seem care. Seemed like she liked telling people no. Oh well, I'll need to go elsewhere for a sandwich.

I just had legit the worst subs I've ever gotten from Jersey Mikes. Got a giant #7, and a giant Cali club. First of all, there was literally less than half the amount of turkey on both of them that there's supposed to be. And I know because I've gotten this exact same order dozens of times. It was so little that you could only see and taste the cheese, even though the whole sub only has 4 paper thin slices of provolone. But beyond that, everything was straight up rotten! The worst offender being the damn avocado. It was LITERALLY black. Not brown, not dark green, BLACK! My gf bit into it and immediately spit it back out. How anyone could seriously look at that and serve it to someone and not just throw it out boggles my mind. So basically I just paid $34 for two loafs of bread with some rotting lettuce, and tomato, with straight up black rotten avocado on the other. Oh and a couple slices of cheese with basically the slightest hint of turkey. We literally had to throw them away. Frankly I want my money back, and if they don't do so, I will do a charge back on my credit card because I took pictures I can send them. No one in their right mind would have eaten that or remotely found that acceptable. Especially for $18 each! I should have been paying attention better to how everything looked before he put the top bread on. How anyone can seriously look at something that's straight up black and rotten, and actually put that on someone's food and go "oh yeah, that's fine. That'll be $34" absolutely blows my mind.

Friendly staff for mobile order pickup. The only other positive is the amount of lettuce on the sub. I will not be using this location anymore. The quality of the same exact sandwich with the same exact bread type was immediately and noticeably different once unwrapped. Even the size of the sandwich was noticeably different before unwrapped. I will definitely choose to go to the location at Olympic and Bundy's. Olympic & Bundy is not as convenient as Olympic and Westwood but it's worth the noticeably different quality to go to Olympic and Bundy location.

I generally love Jersey Mike's and am a frequent customer. Today I placed an online order. When I got my pickup time, it was a good 20 minutes after I ordered. Okay, maybe you were really busy. I get there for pick up at the specified time and still had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Not really acceptable in my opinion. Left a nice tip too, which is a bit of a shame given the delay. I realize that sometimes things happen, but I definitely did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling while I was waiting.

Terrible service! Slow slow and uninterested yo do anything . Their nightmare is when a customer walks in and they have to give any service. Who does run a business like that? Asked the girl to add only lettuce , seemed like she was going to jump and fight us. Who hires and trains ( I don't think they are trained) need to visit other locations like the one on Westwood village, to see what customer service and good attitudes are like. Maybe they like not to have any business , since anyway they get paid. Do yourself a favor and visit other close jersey mike's locations.

Most of the subs taste really nice. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. The prices are ridiculously too high for what you are getting and they need to really review their prices. they are not much better than subway tbh

We were greeted right away by two friendly employees. Our sandwiches were made correctly and quickly. Also, this location is so clean!! The employees work hard to keep it clean during their downtime. Thanks for a great meal and experience!

Service great. I ordered online for pick up. Asked to add bacon for extra $1.39. Picked up order and no bacon. I was so hungry , didn't feel like going back. Very disappointed

Worst service and unhygienic!. I ordered a chipotle mayo cheese steak with no peppers, raw onions and mikes way. Cashier girl who took my order messed it up first time it was cooked so they had to make it again. Second order messed up too & when I said where's the chipotle Mayo she raised her voice to me. I bit tongue and didn't lash out but should had walked away and & not paid for her shit. Horrible and slower than a turtle service. The girl who makes the sandwich also doesn't change her gloves between sandwiches, cleaning table nor after handling money. You have to remind a grown ass adult to change gloves after cleaning tables and handling money. DiSGUSTING. So AVOID THIS Jersey Mike's.

Came to this place once and I was extremely happy. now I've been coming back at least once a week. Jesse served me almost every time that I came, best service! great place can't go wrong. Highly recommend them.

Update: business owner responded and originally offered to give some sub cards for my bad experience however it seems that they edited their response and they no longer want to offer me any sort of apology even after I reached out via the email that was provided, will not ever be going back to this location to waste even more money and will recommend that my friends and family never visit this location as well, terrible customer service

One of the best sandwich spots in LA. The Turkey provolone was great on rosemary Parmesan and Jesse was awesome. Highly recommend!
